The bracket clamping assembly is used for fixing the position of the middle bracket, and the bracket positioning assembly limits the middle bracket of the fender on the bracket clamping assembly through the mounting hole on the bracket; the bracket clamping assembly comprises a second active clamping part 41 and a second passive clamping part 42 which are arranged in a state of opposite clamping directions, in particular, the second active clamping part 41 is formed by clamping heads of the quick clamps, namely, two quick clamps are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the main frame 1, the second passive clamping part 42 is arranged as a reference block fixedly arranged on the main frame 1, and in use, the bracket in the fender is pressed and fixed towards the second passive clamping part 42 through the second active clamping part 41. The second active positioning and second auxiliary positioning pin 44 is used to insert into the mounting hole of the bracket in the fender so that the bracket in the fender is fixed on the second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism 4 in a limited manner, so as to ensure that the clamping position of the bracket in the fender can be kept unchanged when the second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism 4 is adjusted.
It should be noted that the second bracket auxiliary assembling mechanism 4 is completed by adding or subtracting assembling gaskets when the adjustment is needed, and the adopted manner belongs to the prior art, so that the detailed description is omitted here.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment, the first bracket auxiliary assembling mechanism 2 includes a fixed bracket 22 symmetrically disposed under the front side of the main frame 1 via a first link 21, and a movable bracket 23 mounted on the fixed bracket 22 through a first driving part 24; the movable bracket 23 is provided with a bracket positioning and clamping assembly, so that the movable bracket 23 is driven by the first driving part 24 to drive the bracket positioning and clamping assembly to move towards the installation position of the front fender bracket.
Specifically, in the technical scheme adopted by the invention, part of components which can assist in positioning the front fender bracket in the first bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism 2 are extended to the assembly position where the front fender bracket is assembled through the first connecting piece 21; the fixed support 22 is used for installing a first driving component 24 to drive the movable support 23 to be close to or far from the fixed support 22, the first driving component 24 is preferably a driving cylinder with a single piston rod, so that a cylinder body is installed on the fixed support 22, the piston rod of the cylinder is connected with the movable support 23, other driving components can be selected, and stable linear reciprocating motion can be realized; the movable bracket 23 is used for installing the bracket positioning and clamping assembly so as to be capable of being driven to be close to the assembling position of the front fender bracket by the first driving part 24 when the front fender bracket is positioned and clamped.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment, the bracket positioning and clamping assembly includes at least two first passive clamping portions 26 oppositely disposed on the movable bracket 23 and first passive clamping portions 26 corresponding to the first passive clamping portions 26; the two first passive clamping portions 26 are respectively provided with a first main positioning pin 27 and a first auxiliary positioning pin 28.
Specifically, in the technical scheme adopted by the invention, in order to facilitate operation, the bracket positioning and clamping assembly consists of two first passive clamping parts 26 which are oppositely arranged and first passive clamping parts 26 corresponding to the first passive clamping parts 26, which are all arranged on the movable bracket 23, but the invention is not limited to the arrangement number of the first passive clamping parts 26 and the first passive clamping parts 26 in the application, and the invention can ensure that the front fender bracket can be stably fixed on the bracket positioning and clamping assembly in a clamping manner according to the reasonable arrangement number of the front fender bracket according to the size of the front fender bracket; and a first main locating pin 27 and a first auxiliary locating pin 28 are arranged on two first passive clamping parts 26 and are used for being inserted into the mounting holes of the front fender bracket, so that the bracket locating and clamping assembly has a further limiting effect in the clamping process.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment, the fender profile detection mechanism 3 includes an adjusting assembly symmetrically disposed at the rear side of the main frame 1 via a second connecting member 31 and a fender rear end profile assembly mounted on the adjusting assembly; the adjusting assembly comprises a first sliding table structure 32, a second driving part 33 for driving the first sliding table structure 32 to linearly reciprocate, and a third driving part 34 arranged on the first sliding table structure 32; the driving direction of the second driving part 33 and the sliding direction of the first sliding table structure 32 are both arranged towards the first direction and are on the same straight line, and the second driving part 33 drives the first sliding table structure 32 to drive the third driving part 34 to linearly reciprocate along the first direction; the third driving part 34 is provided with a fender rear end profiling assembly; the fender rear end profile assembly is linearly reciprocable in a second direction by actuation of the third drive member 34 to provide for automated two-dimensional adjustment of the adjustment assembly.
Specifically, in the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the adjusting component and the fender rear end profiling component are mounted on the rear side of the main frame 1 through the second connecting piece 31 so as to adapt to the assembly position of the rear end part of the fender in a part of larger size, and the accurate adaptation size is adjusted through the adjusting component.
The adjusting assembly mainly comprises a first sliding table structure 32, and a second driving component 33 and a third driving component 34 with different driving directions, specifically, the first sliding table structure 32 and the second driving component 33 are all arranged along a first direction, and the driving direction of the second driving component 33 and the sliding direction of the first sliding table structure 32 are arranged on the same straight line for connection, so that the first sliding table structure 32 can be driven to slide through the second driving component 33, wherein the explanation of the first direction is as follows: the front-rear direction of the front section body frame is the direction that the rear end of the fender approaches or is far away from the front door along the side surface of the front section body frame; the third driving component 34 is mounted on the first sliding table structure 32, and the second driving component 33 drives the first sliding table structure 32 to drive the third driving component 34 to perform linear reciprocating motion along the first direction. The fender rear end profile assembly is mounted on the third drive member 34 so as to be able to approach or depart from the front-stage body frame, that is, in a second direction toward the left and right sides of the front-stage body frame, so that two-dimensional adjustment is made on the adjustment assembly.
It should be noted that the present application is not limited to setting the first sliding table structure 32 in the fender profiling detection mechanism 3, but may also select a screw nut kinematic pair, specifically adopt a ball nut and a screw to realize the linear reciprocating motion thereof, and may also adopt other linear reciprocating motions capable of completing stability; while the second driving part 33 and the third driving part 34 may use driving cylinders or motors to drive the first sliding table structure 32 or the screw nut kinematic pair, the combination of the sliding table structure and the driving cylinders is preferred for the convenience of assembly.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in the embodiment, the rear end fender assembly is formed of at least two fender contour blocks 35, and each fender contour block 35 is mounted on the third driving member 34 at intervals along the third direction.
Specifically, in the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the fender rear end profiling assembly at least comprises two fender profiling blocks 35, each fender profiling block 35 is arranged on the driving part at intervals along the third direction and is used for detecting the gap size between the front vehicle door and the fender profiling blocks 35, the fender profiling blocks 35 are block-shaped bodies formed by imitating the structure of the rear end of the fender as the name, so that the gap size measurement between the rear end of the fender and the front vehicle door can be replaced, and the fender profiling blocks 35 are 1:1 re-carved on the rear end of the fender part, so that the rear ends of the fender and the front vehicle door can be compared and detected, and therefore, whether the front vehicle exceeds the matching relation between the front vehicle door and the fender in the second direction or not can be obtained, and whether the front vehicle exceeds the thickness direction of the fender in the thickness direction of the front vehicle can be understood, so as to adjust. The purpose of the fender profiling blocks 35 is to locate whether the front door has rotation deviation or not, so that the rotation deviation of the front door can be eliminated or adjusted; and the explanation for the third direction is: the vertical direction of the front body frame is also the extending direction of the front door near the side surface of the fender.
Further, referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment, the device further includes a midline positioning mechanism 6, which is disposed below the main frame 1; the midline positioning mechanism 6 comprises a main frame positioning component which can be adjusted along the second direction and a linkage component connected with the main frame positioning component; the main frame positioning assembly can be symmetrically adjusted on the main frame 1 along the second direction through the linkage assembly.
Specifically, in the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the center line positioning mechanism 6 is used for ensuring that the main frame 1 is positioned on the center line of the front section vehicle body frame, the main frame positioning assembly is connected to the positioning holes of the symmetrical components in the front section vehicle body frame, and in order to adapt to the symmetrical positioning holes with different positions, the main frame positioning assembly is subjected to symmetrical linkage adjustment through the linkage assembly, so that the main frame 1 can be installed on the center line of the front section vehicle body frame through adjusting and connecting the corresponding symmetrical positioning holes.
Further, referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, the main frame positioning assembly includes two main frame adjusting positioning pins 61 mounted under the main frame 1 by a second sliding table structure 62 sliding in a second direction, and adjusted to be able to fit the positioning holes on the body damper; the linkage assembly comprises a switching rotating piece 63 rotatably arranged in the middle of the lower part of the main frame 1 and a transmission piece 64 respectively connected between the switching rotating piece 63 and the two second sliding table structures 62; the first ends of the transmission members 64 are respectively connected with the two end portions of the switching rotation member 63, and the second ends of the two transmission members 64 are respectively connected with the corresponding second sliding table structures 62.
Specifically, in the technical scheme adopted by the invention, two main frame adjusting positioning pins 61 are slidably mounted on the second sliding table structures 62 respectively, the sliding directions of the two second sliding table structures 62 are set to be second directions, so that positioning holes on dampers on a vehicle body can be matched through adjusting bodies, and in order to facilitate symmetric adjustment of the two main frame adjusting positioning pins 61, a linkage assembly is arranged between the two second sliding table structures 62, and specifically comprises a transfer rotating member 63 positioned in the middle of the lower part of the main frame 1, the transfer rotating member 63 is rotatably mounted on the main frame 1, two end parts of the transfer rotating member 63 are connected with transmission members 64, a first end of each transmission member 64 is connected with corresponding end parts on the transfer rotating member 63, and a second end of each transmission member 64 is connected with a sliding block of the corresponding second sliding table structure 62 respectively, so that when one of the main frame adjusting positioning pins 61 is adjusted, the other main frame adjusting positioning pin 61 can also move relatively, and the two main frame adjusting positioning pins 61 are ensured to be in a symmetric state.
Further, referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment, the device further includes a main frame supporting mechanism 7, which is disposed on the front side of the main frame 1; the main frame supporting mechanism 7 includes at least two frame supporting members 71 fixedly connected to the main frame 1, and frame positioning pins 72 respectively mounted on the frame supporting members 71; each frame support 71 can be supported on the tank rail and each frame alignment pin 72 can be inserted into a corresponding mounting hole on the tank rail.
Specifically, in the technical solution adopted by the present invention, a main frame supporting mechanism 7 is provided on the front side (i.e., the direction of the side close to the first bracket auxiliary assembling mechanism 2) of the main frame 1, and the main frame supporting mechanism 7 is formed by providing at least two frame supporting members 71 fixedly connected to the main frame 1, and the present application preferably provides two frame supporting members 71, wherein the frame supporting members 71 are formed into a bracket structure with a supporting surface at the end for supporting on a tank cross beam in a vehicle body frame, and a frame positioning pin 72 is further provided on the end of the frame supporting member 71 for inserting into a positioning hole on the tank cross beam so as to be able to further position the main frame 1.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and fig. 7, in the embodiment, the device further includes a main frame limiting mechanism 8, which is symmetrically disposed below the main frame 1; the main frame limiting mechanism 8 comprises a limiting clamping assembly and a limiting supporting assembly; the limiting clamping assembly and the limiting supporting assembly respectively limit the displacement of the main frame 1 to the opposite direction along the third direction.
Specifically, in the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the main frame limiting mechanism 8 is used for limiting the displacement of the main frame 1 in the third direction so as to ensure that the main frame 1 is more stable in the auxiliary positioning process and is not easy to generate displacement outside the control range, and the main frame limiting mechanism 8 is symmetrically arranged below the main frame 1 by referring to the structure of the front-section vehicle body frame and mainly comprises a limiting clamping assembly and a limiting supporting assembly; the limiting and clamping assembly limits the upward displacement of the main frame 1 in a locking manner, and the limiting and supporting assembly limits the downward position of the main frame 1 in an abutting supporting manner, so that the influence on the positioning accuracy caused by the displacement of the main frame 1 along the third direction can be avoided.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the embodiment, the limit clamping assembly includes a locking cylinder 81 installed below the main frame 1 in a third direction by a cylinder bracket 82 and a limit bracket 83 installed on the locking cylinder 81; the spacing bearing assembly comprises at least two support members 84 extending in a third direction towards the underside of the main frame 1.
Specifically, in the technical scheme adopted by the invention, the locking cylinder 81 is mounted on the main frame 1 through the cylinder bracket 82, and the limiting bracket 83 is arranged on the locking cylinder 81, so that the locking cylinder 81 is pulled back to drive the western bracket to act on the front section of the vehicle body frame so as to limit the upward displacement of the main frame 1, and in order to further avoid the downward displacement of the main frame 1, two supporting parts 84 are arranged on the main frame 1, and the supporting parts 84 are of straight rod structures extending towards the lower side of the main frame 1, so that the main frame 1 is prevented from being displaced along a third direction due to the influence of gravity or other external forces through the straight rod structures and the stability of the locking cylinder 81.
It should be noted that the present application is also provided with a power source conveyance control mechanism of each driving member, and since each driving member in the present application is preferably a driving cylinder, the power source conveyance control mechanism is also preferably the air path control conveyance mechanism 9.
According to the above disclosure, in order to explain the main functions of the auxiliary tool for assembling a vehicle body cover plate provided in the present application, the following description is given to the operation steps thereof:
s1, auxiliary tools for assembling a car body cover plate are required to be subjected to two times of center line positioning through each main frame adjusting and positioning pin 61 and each frame positioning pin 72, so that the main frame 1 is ensured to be positioned at the center line position of a front section car body frame, and if the positions of the main frame adjusting and positioning pins 61 and the positions of positioning holes of a car body damper are not matched, unified adjustment can be performed through the cooperation of a linkage assembly and a second sliding table structure 62;
s2, supporting the engine cover on the engine cover bracket 51, and enabling the engine cover positioning pin 52 to be inserted into a mounting hole on an engine cover inner plate so as to position a supporting position of the engine cover, which is convenient for connecting with a hinge structure, and completing assembly of the engine cover;
s3, respectively and sequentially adjusting the set positions of the second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism 4, the first bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism 2 and the fender profile detection mechanism 3 through the gap size between the second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism and the engine cover, ensuring that the middle fender bracket, the front fender bracket and the fender profile block 35 are at accurate assembly positions, and completing the assembly of the middle fender bracket and the front fender bracket;
S4, detecting the assembly position deviation of the front car lamp through the gap sizes between the front fender bracket and the front car lamp and between the engine cover and the front car lamp;
detecting whether the fitting degree between the front door and the fender and the assembly of the front door have deviation or not through the size and the thickness of a gap between the fender profiling block 35 and the front door;
s5, adjusting the assembly deviation values of the front car lamp and the front car door by referring to the assembly deviation values of the front car lamp and the front car door after the gap size is finished, so that the engine cover, the fender, the front car lamp and the front car door are guaranteed to have a matching relation which accords with the design standard.
According to the above-described operation steps, the position of the main frame adjustment positioning pin 61 can be adjusted by the center line positioning mechanism 6 so as to correspond to the damper upper mounting hole in the vehicle frame, so that the center line position can be ensured when the main frame 1 is arranged on the front end vehicle body frame, and the hood can be accurately positioned for auxiliary mounting by the hood auxiliary mounting mechanism 5; the assembly position of the bracket in the fender can be positioned by the gap size after the assembly position of the engine cover is determined, so that the set position of the second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism 4 is adjusted, the assembly positions of the front fender bracket and the fender profiling block 35 can be determined by further referring to the assembly position of the bracket in the fender, and then the set positions of the first bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism 2 and the fender profiling detection mechanism are adjusted, so that the assembly position deviation size of the front automobile lamp can be measured by the gap size between the engine cover and the front fender bracket and the front automobile lamp, and the assembly position deviation size of the front automobile door can be measured by the gap size between the fender profiling block 35 and the front automobile door; at the same time, whether the second direction assembly dimension of the front door is accurate can also be measured through the thickness of the fender profiling block 35.

the first bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism (2) is arranged on the main frame (1) and is used for auxiliary positioning of the front fender bracket on the front section vehicle body frame;
the fender profiling detection mechanism (3) is arranged on the main frame (1), is positioned in the opposite side direction of the first bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism (2), and can be matched with the extension size of the rear end part of the fender;
the second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism (4) is arranged on the main frame (1), is positioned between the first bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism (2) and the fender profiling detection mechanism (3) and is used for auxiliary positioning of a fender middle bracket on the front section vehicle body frame;
The second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism (4) can position the set position of the second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism through the gap between the second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism and the engine cover, so that the set positions of the first bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism (2) and the fender profile detection mechanism (3) can be respectively positioned through the gap between the second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism and the second bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism (4).
2. The auxiliary tool for assembling a vehicle body cover plate according to claim 1, wherein,
the auxiliary cover assembly mechanism (5) comprises a cover supporting component and a cover positioning component which are oppositely arranged on the main frame (1);
the engine cover supporting component is arranged on one side of the main frame (1) close to the first bracket auxiliary assembly mechanism (2) and is used for supporting the engine cover;
the bonnet positioning assembly is arranged on one side, close to the fender profiling detection mechanism (3), of the main frame (1), and can be matched with a positioning hole formed in the bonnet.
3. The auxiliary tool for assembling a vehicle body cover plate according to claim 2, wherein,
the engine cover supporting assembly is composed of at least two engine cover brackets (51) which are arranged at intervals, and each engine cover bracket (51) extends to the upper part of the main frame (1) so as to be capable of supporting the engine cover;
The engine cover positioning assembly is composed of at least two engine cover positioning pins (52) which are arranged at intervals, and each engine cover positioning pin (52) can correspond to the symmetrically arranged positioning holes on the engine cover one by one.

the bracket positioning assembly includes a second primary positioning pin and a second secondary positioning pin (44).

the adjusting assembly comprises a first sliding table structure (32), a second driving component (33) for driving the first sliding table structure (32) to linearly reciprocate, and a third driving component (34) arranged on the first sliding table structure (32);
the driving direction of the second driving component (33) and the sliding direction of the first sliding table structure (32) are both arranged towards the first direction and are positioned on the same straight line, and the second driving component (33) drives the first sliding table structure (32) to drive the third driving component (34) to linearly reciprocate along the first direction;
The third driving part (34) is provided with the fender rear end profiling assembly;
the fender rear end profiling assembly can linearly reciprocate along a second direction by being driven by the third driving component (34), so that automatic two-dimensional adjustment is formed on the adjustment assembly.

the rear end profile modeling assembly of the fender is composed of at least two fender profile modeling blocks (35), and each fender profile modeling block (35) is installed on the third driving part (34) at intervals along a third direction.

the main frame positioning assembly comprises two main frame adjusting positioning pins (61) which are arranged below the main frame (1) through a second sliding table structure (62) sliding along a second direction, and the main frame adjusting positioning pins can be adjusted to be matched with positioning holes on the automobile body damper;
The linkage assembly comprises a switching rotating piece (63) rotatably arranged in the middle of the lower part of the main frame (1), and a transmission piece (64) respectively connected between the switching rotating piece (63) and the two second sliding table structures (62);
the first ends of the two transmission pieces (64) are respectively connected with the two end parts of the switching rotating piece (63), and the second ends of the two transmission pieces (64) are respectively connected with the corresponding second sliding table structures (62).

a main frame support mechanism (7) provided on the front side of the main frame (1);
the main frame supporting mechanism (7) at least comprises two frame supporting pieces (71) fixedly connected with the main frame (1) and frame positioning pins (72) respectively arranged on the frame supporting pieces (71); each frame support (71) is supportable on a tank rail, and each frame locating pin (72) is insertable into a corresponding mounting hole on the tank rail.

the main frame limiting mechanisms (8) are symmetrically arranged below the main frame (1);
The main frame limiting mechanism (8) comprises a limiting clamping assembly and a limiting supporting assembly;
