When the battery pack cover to be punched is punched, firstly, the battery pack cover to be punched is placed on the chassis 2, the chassis 2 is driven to intermittently rotate along with the intermittent rotation of the sixth motor 37, so that the battery pack cover to be punched is moved to the position right below the punching head 28, when the chassis 2 stops rotating, the hydraulic cylinder 27 stretches to drive the punching head 28 to enter the inside of the punching groove 4 to punch the battery pack cover, the hydraulic cylinder 27 contracts to the original position after the punching is finished, so that the punching head 28 is withdrawn to the outside of the punching groove 4, then the third motor 20 is driven to rotate clockwise, then the first rotating disc 19 is driven to rotate clockwise, the waste materials remained on the battery pack cover are cleaned by the reciprocating rotation of the hairbrush 18, then the fourth motor 21 is rotated clockwise for 180 degrees, the nozzle 22 of the sprinkling device is rotated to be close to the battery pack cover, the water in the water tank 25 is pumped into the water pipe 23 by the water pump 24, spraying the cleaning device on a battery pack case cover through a plurality of nozzles 22, then driving a fourth motor 21 to rotate 180 degrees clockwise, rotating a brush 18 of the cleaning device to be close to the battery pack case cover, driving a third motor 20 to rotate clockwise, sweeping water sprayed on the battery pack case cover uniformly and controlling water quantity through reciprocating rotation of the brush 18, then rotating a supporting rod 17 out of the upper part of the battery pack case cover through the third motor 20, then driving a first motor 11 to rotate, driving a first moving block 9 and a second moving block 10 to move through a lead screw 8, increasing or reducing the distance between a left sucker 5 and a right sucker 6, changing the positions of the left sucker 5 and the right sucker 6, enabling the left sucker 5 and the right sucker 6 to move to an area which is not grooved with the battery pack case cover, then driving a gear 30 to rotate, then driving a rack 29 to move downwards, and enabling the left sucker 5, the right sucking disc 6 is attached to the top surface of the battery pack case cover, then the vacuum pump 15 starts to work, thereby negative pressure is formed in the left sucking disc 5 and the right sucking disc 6, the battery pack case cover can be adsorbed by the left sucking disc 5 and the right sucking disc 6, finally the gear 30 rotates in the opposite direction, the driving rack 29 moves upwards, the left sucking disc 5 and the right sucking disc 6 take out the battery pack case cover, the driving second motor 13 rotates anticlockwise, the battery pack case cover is moved to the upper part of other workpieces, the vacuum pump 15 stops working, the pressure release valve is opened, the pressure in the left sucking disc 5 and the right sucking disc 6 is restored, the battery pack case cover falls off and falls on the next workpiece, and the continuous production can be achieved through such circulation.
