the annular plate (7) comprises a fixed concave strip (71), a circular plate (72), an arc-shaped bent plate (73), an arc-shaped first strip (74), an arc-shaped second strip (75) and a cylindrical baffle (76), wherein the circular plate (7) is connected with the fixed plate (1) through the fixed concave strip (71) and is provided with the circular plate (72) on the inner surface of the circular plate (7), the arc-shaped bent plate (73) and the cylindrical baffle (76) are fixedly connected to the top of the circular plate (72), the arc-shaped first strip (74) is arranged right above the circular plate (72), an arc-shaped groove is formed in the inner surface of the arc-shaped first strip (74), and the arc-shaped second strip (75) is slidably connected inside the arc-shaped groove;
