On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 13, the dust-settling device further comprises a dust-settling component, wherein the dust-settling component comprises a water pipe 401 and a spray head 402; a water pipe 401 is fixedly connected to the support frame 1, and the water pipe 401 is positioned at the upper part of the front side of the discharge hole 3001; a spray head 402 is fixedly connected on the water pipe 401; high-pressure water flow is transmitted to the spray head 402 through the water pipe 401, and then the spray head 402 sprays water flow to the discharge hole 3001 to form a water curtain, so that dust is generated at the discharge hole 3001 during screening, dust inhalation of workers is avoided, harm is caused to the body, and a healthy working environment is ensured.

Claims (2)

1. The screening equipment for producing the silica gel cat litter comprises a supporting frame (1) and a receiving hopper (2); a plurality of receiving hoppers (2) for guiding classification of the silica gel cat litter are arranged on the supporting frame (1); the device is characterized by further comprising a roller screen (3), a roller cover (4), guide strips (5), guide plates (6) and a refining system; a plurality of roller screens (3) for screening the silica gel cat litter are arranged on the supporting frame (1); a plurality of roller covers (4) for preventing the silica gel cat litter from splashing are arranged on the supporting frame (1), and each roller screen (3) is positioned in the adjacent roller cover (4); a plurality of guide strips (5) which are in annular arrays and used for guiding air flow are arranged in each rotary screen (3), and the centripetal surface of each guide strip (5) is a concave cambered surface; each guide strip (5) is provided with a guide plate (6) for guiding the flow of the silica gel cat litter; the rotary screen (3) rotates anticlockwise based on the front-to-back view, and the rear parts of the guide strips (5) and the guide plates (6) are obliquely arranged towards the rotation direction of the rotary screen (3); an air vent groove (5001) is arranged between the guide strip (5) and the guide plate (6); a refining system for uniformly spreading the silica gel cat litter is arranged on the support frame (1), and the refining system is positioned at the inner side of the rotary screen (3);
the device also comprises a material-extending plate (7); a plurality of material extending plates (7) for delaying the flow of the silica gel cat litter are fixedly connected on each guide plate (6) along the rotation direction of the rotary screen (3);
the device also comprises a material guiding strip (8); two guide plate groups which are bilaterally symmetrical and used for guiding the silica gel cat litter are fixedly connected to the lower part of the inner side of each roller cover (4), and each guide plate group consists of a plurality of guide strips (8);
the refining system comprises a first supporting rod (201), a second supporting rod (202), a stirring plate (203), a refining plate (204) and a sweeping rod (205); a first supporting rod (201) is fixedly connected on the supporting frame (1); a second supporting rod (202) is fixedly connected to the supporting frame (1), and the first supporting rod (201) is positioned above the second supporting rod (202); the first supporting rod (201) and the second supporting rod (202) penetrate through the inner sides of the rotary screens (3); a plurality of toggle plates (203) are rotatably arranged on the first supporting rod (201); a plurality of refining plates (204) for stirring and dispersing the silica gel cat litter are rotatably arranged on the second supporting rod (202); the lower side of each refining plate (204) is fixedly connected with a plurality of sweeping rods (205) for uniformly spreading silica gel cat litter;
the upper part of the toggle plate (203) is provided with a first convex cambered surface (20301);
the lower part of the toggle plate (203) is provided with a second convex cambered surface (20302); the upper part of the refining plate (204) is provided with a third convex cambered surface (20401);
the cleaning system comprises a connecting rod (301), a roller (302) and a pushing rod (303); a connecting rod (301) is fixedly connected on the supporting frame (1); a plurality of rollers (302) are rotatably arranged on the connecting rod (301); a plurality of pushing rods (303) for cleaning silica gel cat sand clamped at the sieve holes of the roller screen (3) are fixedly connected to each roller (302), the pushing rods (303) are made of rubber, and the pushing rods (303) penetrate through the sieve holes of the roller screen (3);
the roller (302) and the pushing rod (303) are positioned at the right part of the inner side of the rotary screen (3);
the dust settling device also comprises a dust settling component, wherein the dust settling component comprises a water pipe (401) and a spray head (402); a water pipe (401) is fixedly connected to the support frame (1), and the water pipe (401) is positioned at the upper part of the front side of the discharge hole (3001); the water pipe (401) is fixedly connected with a spray head (402) for dust fall.
2. A screening apparatus for silica gel cat litter production according to claim 1, wherein the non-fixed long side of the guide plate (6) is inclined reversely to the rotation direction of the trommel (3).
