The working principle of the airway patency device for severe medical patients provided by the invention is as follows:
when the air channel intubation 4 is not inserted into the air channel, the output pipe 33 is communicated with the second input pipe 36 through the L-shaped air transmission cavity 321, namely when the air channel intubation 4 works, air flow enters the negative pressure device 1 through the second input pipe 36 from the L-shaped air transmission cavity 321 and the output pipe 33, and no negative pressure is pumped by the air channel intubation 4; after the airway tube 4 is inserted into the airway of a patient, the valve core 32 is driven to rotate one hundred eighty degrees through the knob 35 at the moment, so that the other end of the L-shaped gas transmission cavity 321 is connected with the first input tube 34 and separated from the second input tube 36, and the negative pressure device 1 pumps negative pressure in the airway tube 4 at the moment, thereby realizing the functions of pumping obstruction such as sputum;
referring to fig. 6 (6 a) to (6 b), in the process of turning the valve core 32 by the knob 35 for one hundred eighty degrees, the valve core 32 drives the driving hook 6 to pass through the collar 523 and pulls the pulling rope 51, the pulling rope 51 drives the suction nozzle 43 to move towards one side of the insertion tube portion 41, so that the folding portion 42 is driven to fold along the first annular folding cross 422, the folding portion 42 is not required to fold through additional operation, the air passage insertion tube 4 is slowly lifted up by the following medical staff, and the accumulated obstruction such as phlegm is upwards carried out by the folded folding portion 42, and the effect of clearing the obstruction such as phlegm is improved by matching with the negative pressure suction function;
the valve core 32 drives the gear to rotate through the arc toothed plate 323 simultaneously, thereby driving the driving shaft 71 to rotate, realizing driving the two arc clamping plates 72 to move towards the direction that leaves, clamping the assembly tube head 413, improving the stability of the assembly tube head 413 and the installation of the first input tube 34, thereby when utilizing the airway intubation 4 to suck the obstruction such as phlegm, the medical staff can hold the regulating valve 3 without supporting the airway intubation 4, and the operation is more convenient.
The foregoing description is only illustrative of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes or direct or indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present invention.
