All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an external damage prevention method for a power transmission line based on image recognition is shown.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for preventing the external damage of the power transmission line based on image recognition specifically comprises the following steps:
step S101, a plurality of external damage risk images are obtained in a preset time period, and image preprocessing is carried out on the plurality of collected external damage risk images to obtain a first target risk image sequence, wherein the first target risk image sequence comprises a plurality of target risk images arranged based on time sequence.
In the step, after a plurality of external damage risk images are acquired within a preset time period, filtering processing is carried out on each external damage risk image by adopting a Gaussian filtering method, so as to obtain a plurality of filtering risk images; performing contrast processing on each filtering risk image by adopting a histogram equalization method to obtain a plurality of preset risk images; and performing image enhancement processing on each preset risk image to obtain a target risk image sequence.
Step S102, detecting the first target risk image sequence based on a preset risk detection model, so as to determine whether at least one target risk image including an external damage risk source exists in the first target risk image sequence.
In the step, firstly, image preprocessing is carried out on a plurality of collected external damage risk images to obtain a plurality of target risk images, and a plurality of target risk images and label information corresponding to the target risk images form an external damage risk data set; then, training a preset risk detection model by adopting an external risk data set until a preset condition is met to obtain a target risk detection model; and finally, inputting the real-time risk images into the risk detection model, and detecting whether external damage risk sources exist in each target risk image in the first target risk image sequence. In the scheme, an external damage risk data set is adopted firstly, a preset risk detection model is trained to obtain a target risk detection model, and then the risk detection model obtained through training is adopted to detect whether an external damage risk source exists in a real-time risk image, namely the external damage risk source of the power transmission line is automatically identified. The risk source of the external damage of the power transmission line is identified in a manual inspection-free mode, so that labor and time cost can be saved.
In a specific embodiment, if at least one target risk image including an external damage risk source does not exist in the first target risk image sequence, a plurality of external damage risk images are acquired in a next preset time period, and image preprocessing is performed on the acquired plurality of external damage risk images.
Step S103, if at least one target risk image including an external damage risk source exists in the first target risk image sequence, updating the first target risk image sequence to obtain a second target risk image sequence, where the second target risk image sequence includes only a plurality of target risk images including external damage risk sources arranged based on a time sequence.
Step S104, judging whether the position variation of the external damage risk source of the two adjacent target risk images in the second target risk image sequence is larger than a preset threshold value, wherein the position variation is the distance variation of the external damage risk source and the power transmission line.
In the step, after judging whether the position variation of the external damage risk sources of two adjacent target risk images in the second target risk image sequence is larger than a preset threshold, if the position variation of the external damage risk sources of two adjacent target risk images in the second target risk image sequence is not larger than the preset threshold, acquiring a plurality of external damage risk images in the next preset time period, and performing image preprocessing on the acquired plurality of external damage risk images.
Step S105, if the position variation of the external damage risk sources of the two adjacent target risk images in the second target risk image sequence is greater than a preset threshold, sending an external damage prevention early warning signal.
If the position variation of the external damage risk source of the two adjacent target risk images in the second target risk image sequence is larger than a preset threshold value, calculating the target distance between the external damage risk source in a certain target risk image and the power transmission line, and judging whether the target distance is larger than a distance threshold value, wherein the certain target risk image is a target risk image corresponding to the nearest moment in the two adjacent target risk images; if the target distance is greater than the distance threshold, taking the target distance corresponding to one target risk image as a standard distance, and sending an external damage prevention early warning signal under the condition that the target distance in the other target risk image is smaller than the standard distance.
Specifically, if the target distance is not greater than the distance threshold, directly sending an external damage prevention early warning signal.
In summary, according to the method, the external risk data set is adopted first, the preset risk detection model is trained to obtain the target risk detection model, and then the risk detection model obtained through training is adopted to detect whether the external risk source exists in the real-time risk image, namely, the external risk source of the power transmission line is automatically identified. The risk source of the external damage of the power transmission line is identified in a manual inspection-free mode, so that labor and time cost can be saved.
