Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of design, manufacture and use of aero-engine pipelines, and particularly relates to a split assembled type combined external nut connected with a flat pipe nozzle joint, which comprises an upper part of the split assembled type combined nut and a lower part of the split assembled type combined nut, wherein the bottom surface of the upper part of the split assembled type combined nut is connected with the lower part of the split assembled type combined nut, and the upper part of the split assembled type combined nut and the lower part of the split assembled type combined nut are locked through locking pins; the split assembled type combined nut comprises two half nuts, one side of the inner wall of each half nut is provided with a through locking pin hole, and a protruding ring used for pressing a flat nozzle is arranged in each half nut.

The invention belongs to the technical field of design, manufacture and use of aero-engine pipelines, and particularly relates to a split assembled type combined externally-added nut connected with a flat pipe nozzle joint.
Background
When the pipeline of the aeroengine is designed, part of pipeline arrangement is limited by the structural size of a pipe joint or the space size between a part of pipeline joint and a flat pipe nozzle is limited, a common external nut cannot be sleeved into the pipeline in advance and then the flat pipe nozzle is welded, the external nut is fixedly connected by a bolt in the conventional method, but the sealing effect is influenced by the deformation of the flat pipe nozzle when a nut stop pin is inserted in the connecting form frequently, the pressing force between the stop pin and the flat pipe nozzle is uneven when the nut is screwed, the sealing effect of the flat pipe nozzle is poor along with the vibration of the pipeline in the working process of the aeroengine, and the oil leakage fault at the pipeline connecting part of the connecting mode is caused. Therefore, the method for researching the connection of the flat pipe nozzle limited by the structural size and the externally-added nut replaces the traditional bolt fastening method, and the method for solving the problem of oil leakage faults has very important significance in order to ensure the working reliability and stability of the aeroengine.

Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides the split assembled type combined externally-added nut connected with the flat pipe mouth joint, which ensures that the pipe joint with the flat pipe mouth is in stress-free assembled connection with the externally-added nut, ensures that the split assembled type combined externally-added nut can uniformly press the end face of the flat pipe mouth when the pipes with the flat pipe mouth joint in the form are connected with each other, ensures the reliability of pipeline connection, and solves the problem of oil leakage fault of the flat pipe mouth joint of the traditional plug pin type fixed externally-added nut.
The split assembled type combined external nut comprises an upper split assembled type combined nut part and a lower split assembled type combined nut part, wherein the bottom surface of the upper split assembled type combined nut part is connected with the lower split assembled type combined nut part, and the upper split assembled type combined nut part and the lower split assembled type combined nut part are locked through locking pins.
The upper part of the split assembled type combined nut comprises two half nuts, a hollow structure is arranged between the two half nuts, one sides of the inner walls of the two half nuts are respectively provided with a through locking pin hole, and the locking pins are inserted into the locking pin holes to fix the upper part of the split assembled type combined nut and the lower part of the split assembled type combined nut.

The inside of half nut is equipped with the bulge loop that is used for compressing tightly flat nozzle.
The outer side of the joint of the half nut at the upper part of the split assembled type combined nut and the lower part of the split assembled type combined nut is provided with a thread structure, and the thread directions of the two half nuts are consistent.
The inside of the lower part of the split assembled type combined nut is of a hollow structure, and the inner side of the lower part of the split assembled type combined nut is provided with internal threads.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention achieves the purpose of the unstressed assembly of the combined externally-added nut and the flat pipe nozzle joint, ensures that the split assembled combined externally-added nut can uniformly press the end face of the flat pipe nozzle when the flat pipe nozzle joint guide pipes with the form are connected with each other, ensures the reliability of pipeline connection, and effectively solves the frequent oil leakage fault of the flat pipe nozzle joint with the traditional bolt-type fixed externally-added nut in the working process of an engine.
2. The structure design method effectively solves the problems that the prior bolt type fixed externally-added nut is easy to cause deformation of a flat pipe nozzle when the nut stop pin is inserted, and the pressing force between the stop pin and the flat pipe nozzle is uneven when the pipeline connecting nut is screwed, and the sealing effect is affected.

As shown in fig. 1-4, a split assembled type combined external nut connected with a flat pipe joint comprises an upper split assembled type combined nut part and a lower split assembled type combined nut part 2, wherein the bottom surface of the upper split assembled type combined nut part is connected with the lower split assembled type combined nut part 2 through a threaded structure, and the upper split assembled type combined nut part and the lower split assembled type combined nut part 2 are locked through a locking pin 4.
The upper part of the split assembled type combined nut comprises two half nuts 1, a hollow structure is arranged between the two half nuts 1, one sides of the inner walls of the two half nuts 1 are respectively provided with a through locking pin hole 3, and a locking pin 4 is inserted into the locking pin holes 3 to fix the upper part of the split assembled type combined nut and the lower part 2 of the split assembled type combined nut.
The upper side of the lower part 2 of the split assembled type combined nut is symmetrically provided with locking wire holes 5 for preventing the whole nut from being connected with other joints.
The half nut 1 is internally provided with a projecting ring 6 for pressing the flat nozzle.
The outer side of the joint of the half nut at the upper part of the split assembled type combined nut and the lower part of the split assembled type combined nut is provided with a thread structure, and the thread directions of the two half nuts 1 are consistent.
The lower part 2 of the split assembled type combined nut is of a hollow structure, and internal threads are arranged on the inner side.
The application method of the split assembled type combined externally-added nut connected with the flat pipe mouth joint comprises the following steps:
step 1: according to the design requirement, selecting a bar with proper specification, and manufacturing two half nuts 1 of the upper part of the split assembled type combined nut and a lower part 2 of the split assembled type combined nut, wherein the lower part 2 of the split assembled type combined nut is of an integral structure, and at the moment, the two half nuts 1 are not provided with locking pin holes;
