Abstract
本发明涉及燃料技术领域,公开了一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,包括以下制备原料:费托合成柴油、煤基费托合成粗液体蜡、煤焦油加氢柴油、燃烧催化剂、十六烷值增强剂、脂肪酸酯型抗磨剂、抗氧剂和柴油清净剂,其制备方法包括:步骤一、按调和配方比例将费托合成柴油、煤基费托合成粗液体蜡、煤焦油加氢柴油打入到调和罐中;步骤二、原料均匀混合;步骤三、根据调和产品数量,利用电子设备在线循环加工一个轮次,完成制备后,装罐中沉淀24小时后,储存、运输、销售。通过提供一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,能够在日益严格的环保法规和油品质量保障下实现资源互补,弥补单一石油产品的短缺、成本较高的缺陷,缓解了国内石油资源不足的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及燃料技术领域,具体为一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济持续、高速发展,我国对清洁柴油的需求量持续增长,而石油作为一种不可再生资源,决定了它是确保国家安全,保证国民经济持续发展和人民生活水平不断提高不可缺少的战略资源。
然而,石油属于不可再生能源,正面临日趋枯竭的危机,为保障国家能源安全,满足国家能源战略的迫切需要,急需开发生产一种具有极大发展潜力的清洁替代能源,中国煤炭储量比较丰富,因此,由煤炭制取液体燃料和可再生的动植物油生物秸秆制取液体燃料,对保障国家能源安全具有重要的战略意义。
当前的煤加工液体燃料包括:煤制甲醇、煤制乙二醇、F-T合成液蜡、煤直接液化柴油、费托合成柴油、间接液化柴油、煤焦油加氢柴油、DMM3~6柴油组分等等,动植物油生物秸秆制取液体燃料包括:甲醇、乙醇、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯等等,煤化工、生物化工对于优化国内能源结构、推动燃料多元化供应,缓解石油供需矛盾,保障国家能源安全,为国家高质量发展打造“绿色引擎”,实现传统能源向清洁化能源转化利用,生产出环境友好型的清洁燃料,它不仅符合绿色环保的发展理念,并在能源供给中开辟了新途径,具有重要的战略意义。
本发明旨在提供一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,醇醚酯清洁燃料是符合市场需求的结构产品,符合日益严格的环保法规和油品质量升级换代,而且作为交通运输车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,可以商业化生产实现资源互补,满足市场需求,具有良好的应用前景。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料及其制备方法,旨在实现资源互补,弥补单一石油产品的短缺缺陷,从战略上部分缓解了国内石油资源不足的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,包括以下制备原料:费托合成柴油、煤基费托合成粗液体蜡、煤焦油加氢柴油、燃烧催化剂、十六烷值增强剂、脂肪酸酯型抗磨剂、抗氧剂和柴油清净剂。
优选的,所述费托合成柴油的闪点℃≥55、硫含量5mg/kg、氮含量在10mg/kg以下、十六烷值77、密度>750kg/m3、柴油磨痕直径680(60℃)μm,95%回收温度/℃≤365。
优选的,所述煤基费托合成粗液体蜡的密度>770kg/m3。
优选的,所述煤焦油加氢柴油的密度(20℃)为866kg/m3、硫质量分数为5mg/kg、十六烷值为41.2,作为低硫清洁柴油调和组分。
优选的,所述十六烷值增强剂为煤化工DMM3~6柴油组分,其密度1024~1100kg/m3,十六烷值78~104,硫含量0mg/kg,或草酸二正丁酯、草酸二异戊酯。
优选的,所述燃烧催化剂为异辛醇和碳酸二甲酯的其中一种或两种的组合。
优选的,所述脂肪酸酯型抗磨剂为棕榈油脂肪酸甲酯,90%回收温度/℃≤339.3,运动粘度4.44mm2/s,十六烷值61.2。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
优选的,所述柴油清净剂为无灰型柴油清净剂。
一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料的制备方法,包括以下方法步骤:
步骤一、首先通过电脑智能调和模型中确定的调和配方比例,将费托合成柴油、煤基费托合成粗液体蜡、煤焦油加氢柴油打入到调和罐中;
步骤二、开启调和罐内超声均质器电子设备,利用罐内自动循环搅拌器加工生产,使原料均匀混合;
步骤三、根据调和产品数量,利用电子设备在线循环加工一个轮次,完成车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料的制备,然后打入成品罐中静止沉淀24小时后,进行储存、运输、销售。
本发明提供了一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料及其制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过采用费托合成柴油、煤基费托合成粗液体蜡、煤焦油加氢柴油等原料制备车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,经过实测使用该燃料的车辆发动机声音、温度,怠速均正常,汽车工况良好,节油效果较为显著,降低油耗和传统燃料油成本,同时柴油机排放烟度有明显改善,汽车排放尾气中有害物质含量明显降低,车辆尾气污染物排放减少,具有良好的环保效益。
2、本发明通过提供一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,符合市场需求,能够在日益严格的环保法规和油品质量保障下实现资源互补,弥补单一石油产品的短缺、成本较高的缺陷,从战略上部分解决了国内石油资源不足的问题。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例:
本发明实施例提供一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料及其制备方法,其中,该车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料包括以下的制备原料:费托合成柴油、煤基费托合成粗液体蜡、煤焦油加氢柴油、燃烧催化剂、十六烷值增强剂、脂肪酸酯型抗磨剂、抗氧剂和柴油清净剂。
在上述原料中,费托合成柴油的闪点℃≥55、硫含量5mg/kg、氮含量在10mg/kg以下、十六烷值77、密度>750kg/m3、柴油磨痕直径680(60℃)μm,95%回收温度/℃≤365。
在上述原料中,煤基费托合成粗液体蜡的密度>770kg/m3,这种组分具有低硫、低芳烃、高十六烷值、低氮化物等优点。
在上述原料中,煤焦油加氢柴油的密度(20℃)为866kg/m3、硫质量分数为5mg/kg、十六烷值为41.2,作为低硫清洁柴油调和组分。
在上述原料中,十六烷值增强剂为煤化工DMM3~6柴油组分,其密度1024~1100kg/m3,十六烷值78~104,硫含量0mg/kg,或草酸二正丁酯、草酸二异戊酯,其中,十六烷值是用来衡量柴油的着火性能和抗爆性能的重要指标,十六烷值的大小对柴油有害物质排放、启动性能、改善柴油机燃烧和耗油量等有重要影响。
在上述原料中,燃烧催化剂为异辛醇和碳酸二甲酯的其中一种或两种的组合,其中,异辛醇的分子量为130.23,无色澄清,有特殊气味的可燃性液体,可与多数有机溶剂互溶,熔点(℃):-76,沸点(℃):185-189、密度:0.835,闪点(℃):77,主要可用来生产:苯二甲酸二辛酯、乙二酸二辛酯、偏苯三酸三辛酯、其他增塑剂、丙烯酸辛酯、表面活性剂类、润滑油添加剂、柴油机燃料添加剂、溶剂、防锈剂酯等等;
而碳酸二甲酯作为应用前景广阔的碳酸酯类改进剂,可以改善清洁燃料的着火性能,碳酸二甲酯本身具有沸点高,作为原料可以提高清洁燃料的含氧量,使得燃料具有抗积碳、燃烧充分以及减少环境污染的性能。
在上述原料中,脂肪酸酯型抗磨剂为棕榈油脂肪酸甲酯,90%回收温度/℃≤339.3,运动粘度4.44mm2/s,十六烷值61.2,脂肪酸酯类抗磨剂是目前应用最多的一类柴油抗磨剂,通过长链不饱和脂肪酸和醇反应制备而成。该类物质不含除氧之外的杂原子,不会加大尾气污染物排放,且因含有氧原子而具有较好的极性,可以吸附在摩擦表面形成保护膜,起到较好的润滑作用。
在上述原料中,抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,在油品中起到抗氧化的作用,能够与油中的活性自由基发生反应,消耗油中的自由基,阻止油分子自身氧化。
在上述原料中,柴油清净剂为无灰型柴油清净剂,在清洁燃料中添加清净剂可以有效清除沉积物,降低尾气排放,降低油耗等。随着环保法规日趋严格,车辆尾气污染物排放要求提高,在清洁燃料中添加清净剂已成为必然趋势。
进一步的,该车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料的制备方法,包括以下的方法步骤:
S1、首先通过电脑智能调和模型中确定的调和配方比例,将费托合成柴油、煤基费托合成粗液体蜡、煤焦油加氢柴油打入到调和罐中;
S2、开启调合罐内超声均质器电子设备,利用罐内自动循环搅拌器加工生产,使原料均匀混合;
S3、根据调和产品数量,利用电子设备在线循环加工一个轮次,完成车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料的制备,然后打入成品罐中静止沉淀24小时后,进行储存、运输、销售。
在本制备方法中,通过利用智能调和方法,采用多模型方式,在满足清洁燃料各种质量指标的基础上对调和配方进行优化计算,可以获取调和生产的最大利润率。
行车试验:
试验内容包括启动性能、动力性能、油耗及稳定性,试验车型及数量:斯太尔D7B、斯太尔、欧曼银河、北京重卡、北京重卡、北京重卡,试验前车况良好,上述车型使用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料通过约8000公里的试验运行,所有试验车辆均在广东境内高速及黑龙江、内蒙古高速路段运行。

本发明产品实测特点:
经过上述实际测试,采用本发明所提供的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料的车辆,其发动机声音、温度,怠速均正常,柴油机排放烟度有明显改善,同时汽车排放尾气中有害物质含量明显降低,汽车恢复良好工况,同时节油效果也很显著,5款车平均耗油量为10.94升/百公里,增加汽车续航里程10%以上,未见影响车辆运行的问题。
本发明实施例所提供的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,是符合市场需求结构的产品,作为交通运输车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,可以实现商业化生产,与市面上现有燃油产品进行资源互补,弥补单一石油产品短缺、成本较高的缺陷,同时本发明提供的车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,具有良好的环保和燃油经济性,可以降低车辆尾气污染物排放,降低油耗、降低燃料油成本价格,净化蓝天,具有良好的应用前景。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,其特征在于,包括以下制备原料:费托合成柴油、煤基费托合成粗液体蜡、煤焦油加氢柴油、燃烧催化剂、十六烷值增强剂、脂肪酸酯型抗磨剂、抗氧剂和柴油清净剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,其特征在于,所述费托合成柴油的闪点℃≥55、硫含量5mg/kg、氮含量在10mg/kg以下、十六烷值77、密度>750kg/m3、柴油磨痕直径680(60℃)μm,95%回收温度/℃≤365。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,其特征在于,所述煤基费托合成粗液体蜡的密度>770kg/m3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,其特征在于,所述煤焦油加氢柴油的密度(20℃)为866kg/m3、硫质量分数为5mg/kg、十六烷值为41.2,作为低硫清洁柴油调和组分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,其特征在于,所述十六烷值增强剂为煤化工DMM3~6柴油组分,其密度1024~1100kg/m3,十六烷值78~104,硫含量0mg/kg,或草酸二正丁酯、草酸二异戊酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,其特征在于,所述燃烧催化剂为异辛醇和碳酸二甲酯的其中一种或两种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸酯型抗磨剂为棕榈油脂肪酸甲酯,90%回收温度/℃≤339.3,运动粘度4.44mm2/s,十六烷值61.2。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,其特征在于,所述柴油清净剂为无灰型柴油清净剂。
10.一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料的制备方法,其特征在于,应用于权利要求1-9任一项所述的一种车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料,包括以下方法步骤:
步骤一、首先通过电脑智能调和模型中确定的调和配方比例,将费托合成柴油、煤基费托合成粗液体蜡、煤焦油加氢柴油打入到调和罐中;
步骤二、开启调和罐内超声均质器电子设备,利用罐内自动循环搅拌器加工生产,使原料均匀混合;
步骤三、根据调和产品数量,利用电子设备在线循环加工一个轮次,完成车用煤基醇醚酯清洁燃料的制备,然后打入成品罐中静止沉淀24小时后,进行储存、运输、销售。
