the model number of the Gao Ben ethylene is HS-860; the rubber black master specification is BL2510; the specification of the white carbon black is a precipitation method; the specification of the mixed white carbon black is DT-325, also known as reinforcing powder; the specification of polyethylene glycol is PEG4000; the model of the environment-friendly odorless tackifying resin is DT100.

3) Preparing a rubber compound: putting the plasticated rubber, the middle material and the bulk material 1 into an internal mixer for press-mixing for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, sweeping and turning for 15 seconds, press-mixing for 6 minutes, sweeping and turning for 8 minutes, continuing sweeping and turning for 12 minutes, adding the bulk material 2 and the environment-friendly rubber plasticizer, continuing press-mixing for 14 minutes and 30 seconds, turning for 15 minutes and 30 seconds, discharging, spreading and cooling the discharged plasticated rubber on the ground, pulling and turning for 8-10 times under the roll gap of 3-4mm of an open mill, wrapping rolls, and discharging sheets under the roll gap of 6-7mm to obtain the sulfur-free quick vulcanized black shoe edge rubber composition;
4) Adding sulfur into the fast vulcanized black shoe edge rubber composition without sulfur on an open mill under the condition of cooling water for the open mill, refining uniformly, forming a decorative pattern shaped shoe girth semi-finished product film, pasting rubber shoes, and vulcanizing and shaping the rubber shoes at the vulcanization temperature of 120 ℃ in shoe making work.
5. The method for preparing the rapid vulcanization black shoe edge rubber composition according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
in the step 3), the qualification index of the fast vulcanization black shoe edge rubber composition is as follows: the plasticity of the rubber compound is 0.57 to 0.62;
in the step 4), sulfur is added into the rubber compound sample to rapidly detect the vulcanization performance of the rubber compound: the starting point of vulcanization of the sulfur-added rubber compound at 143 ℃ is 3 '20' -3 '50', and the Shore A hardness is 53-58 ℃.
