Abstract
本发明提供了一种高强植生材料及制备方法和应用,所述高强植生材料的制备原料包括按重量份计的以下组分:微生物菌发酵的有机质5‑10份、水泥3‑10份、土壤调节组分10‑20份、肥料组分7‑10份、保水组分0.01‑0.05份、植物纤维0.05‑0.10份。本发明的高强植生材料可以显著提高了护坡强度及抗冲刷能力,有效改善水泥土体系所带来的土壤板结、pH值偏高,提高基材肥力持续性和基材保水性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及混凝土建筑材料领域,特别涉及一种高强植生材料及其制备方法,同时本发明还涉及一种上述高强植生材料的应用。
背景技术
随着基础设施建设的快速发展,大量原有农田和绿地被混凝土结构所取代,导致水土流失,土地分割,景观及生物生存环境遭到破坏。此外,建筑工程往往会开发出陡峭的岩石斜坡,导致土壤退化,从而产生浅层滑坡和泥石流,从而产生径流,可能对斜坡和附近地区产生破坏性影响。为了应对这一问题,人们开发了许多技术,通过对抗这些有害影响来保护山坡。一些传统的边坡稳定方法包括植被、锚杆灌浆、水利覆盖、铁丝网围栏和土壤稳定剂,除此之外,边坡保护的无机程序主要涉及混凝土的使用,如喷射混凝土工艺、混凝土帆布遮蔽物、预制混凝土和挡土墙等。
这些常规方法能短时间稳定斜坡,但不能提供斜坡上植被覆盖所带来的长期效益。此外,这些方法通常启动成本高,后期日常维修产生高额成本。在此背景下,近几年掀起一股生态工程技术应用于景观建设的热潮。各国专家开始关注具有实际环境效益的植被护坡及边坡绿化。其中,植生型生态护坡结合了生态护坡各种技术优势,构建边坡的生态防护平台,利用其透水性、透气性以及生长植物,并与水体形成立体的边坡生态系统,改善河道及周边环境的自然景观,营建一个和谐的自然环境。
植生混凝土是指以一定孔径、一定孔隙率的特制混凝土为骨架,在混凝土孔隙内充填植物生长所需的物质,植物根系生长于孔隙内或穿透混凝土生长于下层土壤中的一类混凝土或混凝土制品。此类混凝土或混凝土制品是植物与混凝土通过混凝土孔隙内的植物生长基有机结合而成的新型混凝土。根据施工方式又可以分为现浇型和预制型。但不管哪种施工方式,都需要混凝土骨架到一定龄期(一般为7d)进行降碱处理后才能喷播植生基材和种子,工序较为繁琐,施工周期较长。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种高强植生材料,以提高护坡强度,利于植被的生长。
为达上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种高强植生材料,其特征在于:所述高强植生材料的制备原料包括按重量份计的以下组分:微生物菌发酵的有机质5-10份、水泥3-10份、土壤调节组分10-20份、肥料组分7-10份、保水组分0.01-0.05份、植物纤维0.05-0.10份。
进一步的,所述高强植生材料还包括壤土90-110份。
进一步的,所述有机质包括稻壳、花生壳、松针、锯末中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述水泥包括低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥。
进一步的,所述土壤调节组分包括以质量比为1:(0.8-1.2):(0.1-0.5):(0.4-1.0):(0.01-0.05)的磷石膏、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸、腐植酸、矿源黄腐酸钾。
进一步的,所述肥料组分包括有机肥、复合肥、缓释肥、生物炭。
进一步的,所述保水组分包括以质量比为1:(1.5-2)的SPA吸水树脂和聚丙烯酰胺。
进一步的,所述植物纤维包括水稻和玉米纤维中的至少一种。
本发明还提出了一种高强植生材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
称取90-110份壤土,加入5-10份有机质、3-8份水泥、土壤调节组分10-18份、肥料组分7-10份、保水组分0.01-0.05份、植物纤维0.05-0.10份,混合均匀,得到所述高强植生材料。
本发明进一步提出了上述的高强植生材料在边坡生态修复工程上的应用。
本发明的高强植生材料可以显著提高了护坡强度及抗冲刷能力,有效改善水泥土体系所带来的土壤板结、pH值偏高,提高基材肥力持续性和基材保水性。
具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的试验材料,如无特殊说明,均为自常规生化试剂商店购买得到的。另外,除本实施例特别说明之外,本实施例中所涉及的各术语及工艺依照现有技术中的一般认知及常规方法进行理解即可。
实施例一
一种高强植生材料,该高强植生材料的制备原料包括按重量份计的以下组分:微生物菌发酵的有机质5-10份、水泥3-10份、土壤调节组分10-20份、肥料组分7-10份、保水组分0.01-0.05份、植物纤维0.05-0.10份。
本发明的高强植生材料可以显著提高了护坡强度及抗冲刷能力,有效改善水泥土体系所带来的土壤板结、pH值偏高,提高基材肥力持续性和基材保水性。
优选的有机质包括稻壳、花生壳、松针、锯末中的至少一种,发酵所采用微生物菌群包括芽孢杆菌、固氮菌、氨化细菌、硝化细菌、磷细菌的一种或多种。
水泥则可以采用低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥,比如强度等级为42.5的水泥。硫铝酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料,具有快硬早强,能显著提高坡体的强度及抗冲刷能力,且pH值较低。
土壤调节组分优选采用包括以质量比为1:(0.8-1.2):(0.1-0.5):(0.4-1.0):(0.01-0.05)的磷石膏、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸、腐植酸、矿源黄腐酸钾。磷石膏为生产磷铵化肥的副产品,主要成分为CaSO4,主要含CaO、SO2,而且含有少量磷及微量元素等,并显酸性,可以调节土壤的pH值。硫酸亚铁优选采用为农业级的FeSO4·7H20。柠檬酸从结构上讲是一种三羧酸类化合物,是一种较强的有机酸。腐殖酸是一种复合有机酸,是动植物遗骸埋藏在地底下,经过微生物亿万年的分解和转化,及一系列的化学过程积累起来的高分子有机物,其基本结构是芳环和脂环,环上连有酚羟基、羟基、醇羟基、醌羟基、烯醇基、磺酸基、胺基、游离的醌基、半醌基、醌氧基、甲氧基等多种功能团。
肥料组分包括有机肥、复合肥、缓释肥、生物炭,优选的质量比为1:1:(0.1-0.5):(2-5)。有机肥为发酵鸡粪、羊粪、牛粪的一种。复合肥为过磷酸钙。缓释肥为MU缓释肥。生物炭为小麦秸秆生物炭、玉米秸秆生物炭、水稻秸秆生物炭、水稻壳生物炭、花生壳生物炭的一种。
保水组分优选采用包括以质量比为1:(1.5-2)的SPA吸水树脂和聚丙烯酰胺。植物纤维优选包括水稻和玉米纤维中的至少一种。
本发明的高强植生材料可以与壤土和植物种子配合喷播使用,其中壤土为90-110份的田园种植土,其土壤肥力满足种植土要求。植物种子以香根草为主要先锋物种,同时根据边坡所处气候及环境条件选择高羊茅、早熟禾、白三叶、紫花苜蓿、黑麦草、披碱草等常见护坡植物,通常优选4-5种进行搭配。
实施例二
本实施例涉及上述一种高强植生材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
称取90-110份壤土,加入5-10份有机质、3-8份水泥、土壤调节组分10-18份、肥料组分7-10份、保水组分0.01-0.05份、植物纤维0.05-0.10份,混合均匀,得到所述高强植生材料。
实施例三
本实施例涉及高强植生材料用于边坡生态修复技术,具体做法如下:
(1)清理坡面
清理坡面开口线以上植被结合部,清理宽度1.5m-2m(根据现场实际情况调整宽度)以铲除原始边坡上植物枝干为准,对地下根茎无必要进行挖除;清除坡表面的杂草、落叶枯枝、浮土浮石等。
(2)挂网打锚
锚钉采用φ18钢筋,根据坡面实际,长度0.6m-1m区间,横向和竖向间距均为1m。护坡网采用直径1.8mm、网孔6cm×6cm的镀锌钢丝网。
(3)配制高强植生材料
高强植生材料分为基层和面层两层配制,面层包含植物种子,且水泥含量较少。按照具体配方称取原材料,投料时,按照种植土、有机质、水泥、土壤调节组分、肥料组分、保水组分、植物纤维的顺序投放,面层最后加入以香根草为主要先锋物种的草籽35-50g/m2,并加水拌制3min-5min。用水量应使喷植在坡面的植生材料不散落不流淌。
(4)进行喷播施工
配制好的高强植生材料采用喷播施工,基层厚度为60-100mm,分为两次喷播,中间间隔4h以内;基层喷播完成后,在喷播面层,面层厚度一般为20mm。
(5)覆盖无纺布,进行浇水养护,直到草籽发芽后揭去无纺布。
本发明提供的高强植生材料优势有以下几个方面:
第一,显著提高了护坡强度及抗冲刷能力。以硫铝酸盐水泥作为胶凝材料,具有快硬早强,能显著提高坡体的强度及抗冲刷能力,尤其是早期强度,且pH值较低,且烧成温度为1300~1350℃,低于普通硅酸盐水泥,属于生态水泥的范畴;优选香根草作为主要先锋物种,同时搭配适合当地气候的其他护坡物种,香根草根系发达,一年内可生长到2m左右,最长可达6m,且抗拉强度高达85MPa,是优良的“生物铆钉”,后期通过植物加筋锚固,可达到良好护坡效果。
第二,有效改善了水泥土体系所带来的的土壤板结、pH值偏高等问题。尽管选用了低碱度硫铝酸盐水泥作为土壤胶结材料,其pH值仍然在9-10左右,不适合植物生长,需要有效调节基材pH。以硫酸亚铁作为主要的化学降碱材料,加入适量柠檬酸防止Fe2+被氧化成Fe3+,有利于植物吸收Fe元素,避免植物因缺铁而发黄。磷石膏作为磷铵化肥厂副产品,主要成分为CaSO4,主要含CaO、SO2,而且含有少量磷及微量元素等,并显酸性。磷石膏的钙离子可代换土壤胶体的钠离子,形成可溶性盐,结合灌水淋盐,降低土壤碱化度和土壤含盐量,同时其酸性又可中和土壤碱性,还可补充土壤磷与微量元素。施入土中的化学变化:2NaX+CaSO4→CaX+Na2SO4土壤-Na+CaSO4→土壤-Ca+Na2SO4。硫酸钠为中性盐,易溶于水,经灌水冲洗可随地下水排出。腐植酸有机胶体与土壤中的钙离子结合形成絮状凝胶,能把土粒胶结起来,使土壤中水稳性团粒结构增加,土壤的水、肥、气热状况得以协调,保水、保肥性增加,尤其对改良过粘或过沙等微薄土壤效果好。腐植酸与腐植酸盐类形成了一个缓冲体系,可以调节和稳定土壤的PH值,起到土壤调理剂的作用。矿源黄腐酸钾施用到土壤中后,可促进土壤团粒结构的形成,改善土壤的结构,提高土壤的保水、透气能力。从结构上看,矿源黄腐酸钾拥有的多种功能基团,可调节土壤酸碱度,并通过络合、螯合、还原作用将有毒的重金属固定在土壤表面,以降低重金属的毒性。此外,矿源黄腐酸钾还可以为土壤微生物提供充足的碳源和能源,提高土壤微生物活性。几种组分协同作用,有效改善了水泥带来的土壤板结、pH值偏高的问题,同时为工业固废磷石膏资源化利用拓展了新的途径。
第三,改善基材保水问题。加入聚丙烯酰胺和SPA吸水树脂复配的复合保水剂,有效提高了基材的保水能力,同时也改善了土壤的通气孔隙率。
第四,改善基材肥力持续性问题。生物炭富含微孔,不但可以补充土壤的有机物含量,还可以有效地保存水分和养料,提高土壤肥力。缓释肥在化学和生物因素的作用下,肥料逐渐分解,氮素缓慢释放,可满足植物整个生长期对氮的需求。
为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合制备测试例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体制备例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。

本对比例与制备例3相比基本相同,不同的是本对比例的土壤调节组分只有FeSO4,其余不变。
上述制备例和对比例都是按下列步骤制备:
有机质的发酵:将微生物菌群加入有机质中,充分混合均匀,并堆放120-240h;
按照磷石膏、硫酸亚铁、柠檬酸、腐植酸与矿源黄腐酸钾质量比为1:(0.8-1.2):(0.1-0.5):(0.4-1.0):(0.01-0.05)称取各原材料,将硫酸亚铁与柠檬酸充分混合均匀,再依次加入磷石膏、腐殖酸充分混合均匀得到土壤调节组分;
按照生物炭、有机肥、复合肥与缓释肥质量比为1:1:(0.1-0.5):(2-5)称取各原材料,并充分混合均匀得到肥料组分;
将SPA吸水树脂与聚丙烯酰胺按照1:1.5-2的质量比充分混合均匀得到保水组分;
称取100份壤土,依次加入有机质、水泥、土壤调节组分、肥料组分、保水组分植物纤维,充分混合均匀,即得到所述高强植生材料。
本发明还提供了该高强植生材料用于边坡生态修复技术,具体做法如下:

上述各制备例、对比例在喷播5-7d后,草籽开始发芽。对其关键技术指标进行测试,其结果见下表:
从上表结果可知,制备例1-3都为护坡植物营造了良好的生长环境,半年内护坡植物长势良好,且没有出现叶片发黄枯萎现象;对比例1与制备例3相比采用P.O 42.5水泥,早期强度明显较低,pH值偏高,种子发芽时间延迟,且萌芽率较低,后期生长速度缓慢;对比例2与制备例3相比,没有加入土壤调节组分,基材强度值较高,pH值最高,土壤板结,通气性差,导致种子萌发率最低,且植物根系很浅,后期因为缺水缺肥而逐渐枯萎死亡;对比例3与制备例3相比,土壤调节组分仅有FeSO4,pH值略高于制备例,Fe2+逐渐被氧化成Fe3+,Fe元素难以被吸收,植物因缺铁而出现叶片发黄现象。
