A group of micropores 30 are uniformly distributed on the surface of the bump 25, and the micropores 30 are communicated with the inside of the bump 25; when the bump 25 is contracted downward, air in the bump is sprayed outward through the micro-holes 30 to further blow the leather surface, so that the air flow efficiency is improved, and when the bump 25 is expanded upward, air is re-sucked through the micro-holes 30, so that the circulation work is performed.
Working principle: when the leather is stored, the pair of electric sliders 5 are controlled to move on the surfaces of the guide rails 4, the material guide plates 7 are driven to one end of the longitudinal beams 3, one sides of the leather are clamped by the clamps 8, then the electric sliders 5 are controlled to move towards the other ends of the longitudinal beams 3, the material guide plates 7 pull the leather to the upper sides of the storage units 2 through the clamps 8, so that the leather is tiled on the surfaces of the cross beams 6, and when the leather is taken out, the leather is pulled out only by one end of the longitudinal beams 3, the leather can be stored in layers by the aid of the cross beams 6, the leather is supported by the cross beams 6, the upper leather and the lower leather cannot be stacked and adhered to each other, air can flow between the leather, and if moisture exists in the leather or on the surfaces of the leather, the leather can be outwards dispersed, so that the leather is prevented from being wetted and moldy;
when leather is stored, the pressing block 15 is pressed into the air groove 14, air in the air groove 14 enters the driving column 11 through the guide pipe 17, the pair of sliding plates 12 are pushed to slide up and down, the pair of clamping pieces 9 are pushed to open through the ejector rod 13, the first spring 10 is lengthened, the leather is placed between the pair of clamping pieces 9, then the pressing block 15 is loosened, the first spring 10 pulls the pair of clamping pieces 9 to fold and clamp the leather, the second spring 16 pushes the pressing block 15 to reset, and the air in the driving column 11 returns to the air groove 14 through the guide pipe 17; the leather is conveniently placed between the pair of clamping pieces 9 by arranging the arc-shaped parts 18 in the open shape, the side edges of the clamping pieces 9 can be prevented from scraping the leather, when the leather is completely pulled to the upper side of the storage unit 2 by the guide plate 7 through the clamp 8, the guide plate 7 and the baffle 19 are in contact with each other at the moment, the baffle 19 extrudes the pressing block 15 into the air groove 14, so that the pair of clamping pieces 9 loosen the leather, and further, the problem that the leather surface is pressed by the clamping pieces 9 for a long time to cause indentation in the subsequent storage process can be prevented;
in the process of storing leather, the air pump can be started regularly, so that air flows enter the inside of the cross bars 6 through the conveying pipe 20 and the longitudinal beams 3, and then are sprayed out through the air holes 21 on the surfaces of the cross bars 6 to blow the leather above and below the cross bars 6, so that the flowing efficiency of air is improved, the leather is dried, the emission of moisture on the surface and the inside of the leather is accelerated, the outside moisture is prevented from condensing on the surface of the leather, and the storage quality of the leather is improved; in the process of pulling leather to move on the surface of the storage unit 2, the leather can drive the cross rod 6 to rotate, so that sliding friction between the leather and the cross rod 6 is changed into rolling friction, friction resistance between the leather and the cross rod is reduced, and the problem that the cross rod 6 wears the leather can be avoided;
when the leather is pulled to the upper side of the storage unit 2 by the guide plate 7, the cross rod 6 stops rotating, and no matter how much angle the cross rod 6 rotates, the pair of arc plates 23 can shield the air holes 21 on the two horizontal sides, so that the air flow in the cross rod 6 is sprayed out through the air holes 21 on the two upper and lower sides, and is difficult to jet air to the two horizontal sides (the leather is positioned above and below the cross rod 6), the utilization rate of the air flow is improved, and the air blowing amount and the air blowing pressure can be improved when the leather on the upper and lower sides is blown, so that the flow speed of the air on the surface of the leather is further improved, and the drying efficiency is improved; through the arrangement of the protruding blocks 25, the surface roughness of the cross rod 6 can be increased, so that leather can smoothly drive the cross rod 6 to rotate, and after the cross rod 6 stops rotating, the protruding blocks 25 positioned at the top can support the leather, so that on one hand, the problem that the air holes 21 at the top are blocked by the leather and the air holes 21 are not smooth to air out can be prevented, and on the other hand, the protruding blocks 25 can increase the gap between the cross rod 6 and the leather, so that air can smoothly flow between the cross rod 6 and the leather and take away moisture; the electromagnet 27 is controlled to be intermittently powered on and off in the air injection process of the cross rod 6, when the electromagnet 27 is powered on, the magnetic sheet 28 in the top protruding block 25 is attracted, the protruding block 25 is driven to shrink downwards, when the electromagnet 27 is powered off, the elastic piece 29 pushes the protruding block 25 to expand upwards for resetting, and then the leather is continuously pushed by the protruding block 25, so that a peristaltic effect is generated on the leather, and the outward emission of moisture in the leather is further promoted; when the bump 25 is contracted downward, air in the bump is sprayed outward through the micro-holes 30 to further blow the leather surface, so that the air flow efficiency is improved, and when the bump 25 is expanded upward, air is re-sucked through the micro-holes 30, so that the circulation work is performed.

the material guide plate (7), the material guide plate (7) is fixedly connected between a pair of electric sliding blocks (5), and the material guide plate (7) is parallel to the cross rod (6);
the clamp (8) is arranged on the surface of the material guide plate (7), and the clamp (8) is used for clamping leather;
the clamp (8) comprises a pair of clamping pieces (9), and one side of each clamping piece (9) is hinged with the material guide plate (7); a first spring (10) is fixedly connected between the clamping pieces (9); a hollow driving column (11) is arranged between the clamping pieces (9); a pair of sliding plates (12) are connected in a sliding and sealing manner in the driving column (11); the ejector rods (13) are fixedly connected to one sides, away from each other, of the sliding plates (12); the ejector rods (13) are respectively hinged with the clamping pieces (9), and the ejector rods (13) are in sliding connection with the end parts of the driving columns (11); an air groove (14) is formed in one side, far away from the clamping piece (9), of the material guide plate (7); a pressing block (15) is connected in the air groove (14) in a sliding and sealing manner, and the pressing block (15) protrudes out of the surface of the material guide plate (7); a second spring (16) is fixedly connected between the pressing block (15) and the air groove (14); the air groove (14) is communicated with the driving column (11) through a conduit (17);
an arc-shaped part (18) is arranged on one side, far away from the guide plate (7), of the clamping pieces (9), and the arc-shaped parts (18) of the clamping pieces (9) are in an open shape; a baffle plate (19) is fixedly connected between the end parts of the pair of longitudinal beams (3), and the baffle plate (19) is parallel to the material guide plate (7);
the cross rod (6) and one of the longitudinal beams (3) of the storage unit (2) are of hollow tubular structures, and the cross rod (6) is communicated with the hollow longitudinal beam (3); an air pump is arranged at one side of the frame (1); the air pump is communicated with the ends of the hollow longitudinal beams (3) through conveying pipes (20); a group of air holes (21) are uniformly distributed on the surface of the cross rod (6), and the air holes (21) are communicated with the inside of the cross rod (6);
the cross rod (6) is cylindrical, and the end part of the cross rod (6) is in rotary sealing connection with the longitudinal beam (3);
the cross rod (6) is internally provided with a strut (22), and both ends of the strut (22) are fixedly connected with the longitudinal beam (3); the surface of the support column (22) is fixedly connected with a pair of arc plates (23) through a bracket, and the pair of arc plates (23) are positioned on the two horizontal sides of the support column (22); the arc-shaped plate (23) is matched with the shape of the inner side of the cross rod (6);
