Meanwhile, the conventional track transportation lithium battery generally adopts the reciprocating movement of the linear guide rail to realize processing, but the production mode has the problem of poor resetting time of the sliding block, and is mainly applicable to shorter production lines and not applicable to processing production of long production lines.

In practical design, the carrier is set to be of a general structure with more than two batteries, when a battery with a smaller size is used, the battery with the smaller size can be directly placed on the positioning seat 62, the sucker 63 can directly adsorb and fix the battery with the smaller size, and the first paper box and the second paper box are positioned at the periphery of the smaller size, so that ink at the periphery of the lithium battery 100 can be received;
when the large-size lithium battery 100 is transported, the lithium battery 100 is longitudinally placed, the periphery of the lithium battery 100 is positioned between the first paper box and the second paper box, and the middle position of the lithium battery 100 is opposite to the sucker 63, so that a good adsorption and fixation effect is achieved;
the universality of the equipment is realized, meanwhile, the first paper box and the second paper box are arranged to facilitate the carrying of the ink, and the pollution to the equipment is avoided.
Specifically, the frame 1 is provided with a support bracket 32 at the inner side of the transmission chain 2, and the support bracket 32 and the upper cover 31 enclose a guide groove 3 of the transmission chain 2; the middle part of frame 1 is equipped with I-shaped frame 4, support bracket 32 is equipped with the upper end and the lower extreme of I-shaped frame 4, and wherein guide slot 3 has played the effect of supporting and direction, has guaranteed the steady operation of drive chain 2.

Specifically, the spraying device comprises a top spraying device 71 and a side spraying device, wherein the top spraying device 71 is arranged on (a main vertical sliding block of) a main vertical moving frame;
