Referring to fig. 7, a metal cylinder cover 9 is hinged to the top of the filter cylinder 4, and a through hole 10 is formed in the metal cylinder cover 9.
Referring to fig. 1 and 12, a placement groove 12 is formed in the top of the diversion bench 2, a receiving cup 15 is placed in the placement groove 12, and two groups of handles 16 are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the receiving cup 15, referring to fig. 13.
Referring to fig. 1 and 12, the top of the diversion bench 2 is provided with the diversion trench 13, one side of the diversion bench 2 is provided with the hidden trench 14, the top of the bottom plate 1 is provided with the water receiving tank 17, the water receiving tank 17 is arranged in the hidden trench 14, and through the cooperation of the placement trench 12 and the diversion trench 13, the water receiving tank can be used for placing the receiving cup 15 to receive the filtered liquid medicine for collection, and can drain the cleaned sewage when the filter cartridge 4 is cleaned by the flushing mechanism 7, so that the sewage flows into the water receiving tank 17 for collection and convenient treatment, and the use effect of the device is ensured.
Referring to fig. 3, a controller 18 is disposed on top of the u-shaped carrier plate 3.
Referring to fig. 6, a groove is formed in the top of the filter cartridge 4, a magnet piece 19 is fixedly mounted in the groove, and the magnet piece 19 is attached to the bottom of the metal cartridge cover 9.
Working principle: the metal cylinder cover 9 on the filter cylinder 4 is opened, the medicine to be filtered is added inwards and placed in the filter bag 52, after the metal cylinder cover 9 is closed, the servo motor 61 is controlled to start to drive the driving gear 62 to rotate, the driving gear 62 drives the rotating ring 63 to rotate so as to drive the rotating ring 63 to rotate at the circular opening on the U-shaped bearing plate 3 through the drag reduction ball 64, the filter cylinder 4 clamped on the clamping ring 66 rotates along with the rotating ring, the medicine in the filter cylinder 4 realizes high-efficiency filtration under the centrifugal rotation, the liquid medicine flows out of the filter cylinder 4 from the filter cylinder 4 to the receiving cup 15 through the filter bag 52 to be collected, the solid medicine is remained in the filter bag 52, after the filtration is completed, the receiving cup 15 is taken away, the metal cylinder cover 9 is opened, the lantern ring 57 on the positioning rod 55 is driven to slide on the slide rod 54 by stirring the first deflector rod 56, one end of the positioning rod 55 is separated from the positioning hole on the inner wall of the filter cylinder 4, then the connecting ring 51 together with the filter bag 52 is taken out from the filter cartridge 4 for cleaning, then the metal cylinder cover 9 is closed, the soft beating pad 73 is pressed to enable the rectangular frame 72 to slide downwards on the L-shaped supporting plate 71 and compress the guide rod 74 until the nozzle 771 passes through the through hole 10 and enters the filter cartridge 4, the water suction pump 774 in the water tank 772 is controlled to start pumping water to spray out of the nozzle 771 through the soft water pipe 775 to flush the inner wall of the filter cartridge 4, sewage flowing out of the filter cartridge 4 flows into the water receiving tank 17 through the placing groove 12 and the drainage groove 13 to collect, after flushing is finished, the flushing mechanism 7 is released to reset, the second deflector 610 can be pulled to drive the clamping piece 68 to extend into the clamping ring 66 and compress the second spring 69 in the clamping ring 66, so that the clamping block 11 on the filter cartridge 4 can be removed from the clamping groove 67 to facilitate wiping the removed filter cartridge 4, and then reinstalling, reinstalling the cleaned filter bag 52 into the filter cartridge 4 and resetting.
