Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of a pith racket, in particular to a novel pith racket and a manufacturing process thereof.
Background
Peak ball (Pickleball) is a sport played with a racket and is emerging from the Benziqi island of Seattle, U.S. It is said to be a hybrid of tennis, badminton and table tennis, which is most appropriate. It was invented by two persons. The name of the "pick" ball comes from one dog of one of the inventors; at the beginning of the invention trial run, the dog named pick often runs on his ball.
Currently, most of the rackets on the market have a PP honeycomb material as a base material layer, and then fixing panels are respectively attached to two surfaces of the base material layer. In the prior art, the panel is directly attached to the surface of the fixed base material layer through the adhesive, so that the noise reduction and noise reduction functions are poor, the batting sound is large, batting is laborious, and the experience of a user is reduced. Accordingly, there is a need for improvements to current picocell racquets.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims at overcoming the drawbacks of the prior art, and its primary object is to provide a novel pith racket and a manufacturing process thereof, which can effectively solve the problem that the existing pith racket has poor silencing and noise reducing functions.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the novel pith racket comprises a main body, wherein the main body comprises a base material layer and two panels, the two panels are respectively overlapped and arranged outside two surfaces of the base material layer, and the main body consists of a racket main body and a handle connected with the racket main body; the two surfaces of the base material layer are fixedly adhered and bonded with the silencing and noise-reducing layers through the first adhesive layer, a plurality of silencing and noise-reducing holes are formed in each silencing and noise-reducing layer, and the outer side surface of each silencing and noise-reducing layer is fixedly adhered and bonded with the inner side surface of the corresponding panel through the second adhesive layer; and, the intermediate position of this racket main part is formed with a plurality of through-holes that are used for reducing windage, and every through-hole runs through the lateral surface of two panels.
Preferably, the substrate layer is made of PP honeycomb material.
Preferably, the panel is a glass fiber board or a carbon fiber board.
Preferably, the noise reduction layer is made of foam or cloth.
A novel manufacturing process of a picocell racket comprises the following steps:
(1) Taking a base material layer, two silencing and noise reducing layers and two panels, wherein the base material layer, the two silencing and noise reducing layers and the two panels are matched with the size proportion of the Pickle racket;
(2) Punching partial areas of the two silencing and noise reducing layers to form a plurality of silencing and noise reducing holes;
(3) The two silencing and noise reducing layers are respectively adhered and fixed on the two surfaces of the base material layer through the first adhesive layer;
(4) The two panels are respectively adhered and fixed on the outer side surfaces of the two silencing and noise reducing layers through a second adhesive layer;
(5) The middle position of the racket body is drilled to form a plurality of through holes for reducing wind resistance, and each through hole penetrates through the outer side surfaces of the two panels.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has obvious advantages and beneficial effects, and in particular, the technical scheme can be as follows:
the two surfaces of the base material layer are adhered and attached with the first adhesive layer to be fixed with the silencing noise reduction layers, and each silencing noise reduction layer is provided with a plurality of silencing noise reduction holes, so that the product achieves good silencing noise reduction and damping effects.
