specifically, each of the heat massage protrusion units 250 includes a protrusion massage body 251, a heating member, a sensor 252, and a sensing block 253; the heating element and the sensor 252 are connected with the convex massage main body 251, and the sensing block 253 is movably arranged in the convex massage main body 251; the sensor 252 is used to sense the movement of the sensing piece 253 within the raised massage body 251. On the basis that the protruding massage main body 251 and the heating element realize the functions of massaging and hot compressing the waist or other parts of a patient, the sensor 252 is used for sensing the movement of the sensing block 253 in the protruding massage main body 251, so that the physical state of the patient can be monitored, for example, when the patient is suddenly awake or unconscious to be cramped, the body movement of the patient can drive the sensing block 253 to move in the protruding massage main body 251, and further, the sensor 252 can be used for receiving the sensing signal sent by the movement of the sensing block 253, so that the alarm can be triggered, and the medical care can be reminded of checking in time.

1. A lumbar adjustment device, characterized in that:
the waist adjusting device comprises a main frame body, a waist supporting unit, a driving unit and a fixing unit;
the main frame body is used for being detachably connected with the bed body, and is provided with a supporting part; the lumbar support unit is provided with a contour corresponding to the lumbar part of a patient, is used for supporting the lumbar part of the patient, and is slidably connected with the bearing part; the driving unit is in transmission connection with the lumbar support unit so as to drive the lumbar support unit to slide relative to the main frame body; the fixing unit is connected with the lumbar support unit and is used for being pressed on the front side of the body of a patient when the lumbar support unit is supported on the lumbar of the patient;
wherein the curvature of the support portion is the same as the curvature of the lumbar support unit;
the driving unit comprises a sliding rail, a sliding block and a driving motor;
the sliding rail is connected to one side of the supporting part for sliding fit with the lumbar support unit, and is provided with a bending contour corresponding to the supporting part; the sliding block is connected to one side of the waist supporting unit, which is used for being in sliding fit with the supporting part; the driving motor is used for driving the sliding block to slide relative to the sliding rail;
the main frame body further comprises two connecting parts, wherein the two connecting parts are connected with the supporting parts and are positioned on two sides of the supporting parts along the length direction of the bed body; the two connecting parts are respectively used for being connected with two sides of the bed body;
the fixed unit comprises a pressing piece and two movable pieces; both of the movable members are movably connected with the lumbar support unit; two ends of the pressing piece are respectively connected with the two movable pieces;
two movable pieces are respectively and movably connected to two sides of the lumbar support unit along the length direction of the bed body, and the movable pieces are slidably connected with the supporting part or the lumbar support unit along the bending extension direction of the lumbar support unit or linearly move along the direction right opposite to the bottom of the lumbar support unit;
the fixing unit further comprises two hydraulic parts, wherein the two hydraulic parts are connected with the lumbar support unit, and the two hydraulic parts are respectively connected with one movable part so as to apply a movement trend to the movable part towards the bottom of the lumbar support unit;
one end of the pressing piece is hinged with one of the movable pieces, and the other end of the pressing piece is detachably connected with the other movable piece;
the movable part and the pressing part are both provided with soft package pads on one side opposite to the body of the patient.
2. The lumbar adjustment device according to claim 1, wherein:
the fixing unit includes an elastic binding band connected with the main frame body or the lumbar support unit.
3. The lumbar adjustment device according to claim 1, wherein:
the waist supporting unit is used for being in contact with a patient, and a plurality of hot compress massage protruding units are arranged on the surface of the waist supporting unit; each hot compress massage convex unit comprises a convex massage main body, a heating piece, an inductor and an induction block;
the heating piece and the inductor are connected with the convex massage main body, and the induction block is movably arranged in the convex massage main body; the sensor is used for sensing the movement of the sensing block in the convex massage main body.
