Description

Brew cup with separable isolation container
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of brewing cups, in particular to a brewing cup with a detachable isolation container.
Background
The traditional soaking cup is provided with an inner cavity for containing soaking materials such as tea, soaking pieces and the like and boiled water, wherein the soaking materials are soaked in the water, and active ingredients in the soaking materials are gradually released from the soaking materials and dissolved in the water. In order to control the concentration of the effective components of the soaking drink dissolved in water, a soaking drink cup with a filter screen cylinder is appeared in the market, the soaking drink is placed in the filter screen cylinder, the filter screen cylinder is placed in the cup body of the soaking drink cup, boiled water is poured into the cup body to soak the cup, and the filter screen cylinder is taken out after soaking for a certain time. The infusion cup has a simple structure, but is relatively troublesome to operate.
The inner wall of the cup cover is directly provided with a containing cavity for containing the drink soaking material, the opening of the containing cavity is covered by the filter screen, when the drink soaking cup is used, firstly, the drink soaking material is placed in the containing cavity, then boiled water is poured into the cup body, the cup cover is sealed at the cup mouth of the cup body, then the cup body is inverted, the boiled water in the cup body can soak the drink soaking material in the containing cavity, and when the concentration of the drink reaches the required concentration of a user, the cup body is rotated again to enable the cup cover to face upwards, so that the well-soaked drink can be drunk. The drinking cup needs to be inverted for a relatively long time to soak in the use process, so that the sealing piece between the cup cover and the cup mouth is easy to age to cause water leakage, and the service life of the drinking cup is influenced.
In order to solve the technical problems, a Chinese patent application No. CN201820067139.1 (issued to the public No. CN 208550917U) discloses a drinking cup, which comprises a cup body, a cup cover and an isolation container, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed in the wall of the isolation container, and a first magnetic attraction part and a second magnetic attraction part which can be mutually magnetically attracted are respectively arranged on the isolation container and the inner side wall of the cup cover. When the concentration of the beverage in the soaking cup reaches the requirement, the soaking cup is only required to be inverted, the isolation container can fall on the inner wall of the cup cover due to gravity and is adsorbed on the inner side wall of the cup cover, and when the cup cover is upwards rotated to the soaking cup again, the isolation container and the beverage in the isolation container are separated from contact with water in the cup body, so that the soaking time of the beverage in the soaking cup can be controlled simply and flexibly, and the concentration of the beverage can be regulated.
However, the drinking cup in the above patent has a certain disadvantage in the actual use process, because the isolation container is adsorbed on the inner side wall (also called inner top wall) of the cup cover, when the cup cover is taken down to drink or add water, the isolation container is taken down together with the cup cover, and the drinking articles (such as tea leaves) placed in the isolation container are soaked in water, so that the water entrained in the isolation container can be spilled out of the cup body when the cup cover is taken down, and the use experience of a user is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The utility model aims to solve the technical problem of the prior art, and provides a drinking cup of a separable isolation container, which not only can flexibly control the soaking time of drinks, but also can prevent water carried in the isolation container from being spilled out of a cup body due to the fact that the isolation container is taken out along with a cup cover when the cup cover is opened.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: a brew cup having a separable isolation container, comprising:
a cup body;
the cup cover is arranged at the opening of the cup body and can be taken down from the opening of the cup body;
the isolation container is used for placing the soaking drink and can be placed in the cup body and taken out from the cup body;
the isolation container is provided with a first magnetic attraction piece, the cup body is provided with a second magnetic attraction piece at a position adjacent to the opening of the cup body, and the isolation container can be fixed at the opening of the cup body under the magnetic attraction action of the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece when moving to the opening position of the cup body.
In order to enable the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece to generate magnetic attraction effect, one of the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece is a magnet block, and the other of the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece is a magnet block or a magnetic conduction block which can be attracted by the magnet block. The magnet block can be made of magnetic attraction materials, such as permanent magnets, and the corresponding magnetic conduction blocks attracted by the magnet block are preferably made of iron magnetic conduction materials such as cast iron. Of course, it is conceivable that the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member may be made of magnetic materials, for example, permanent magnets capable of attracting the two members may be used.
In order to ensure the stability of the magnetic field in the open area of the cup body, the isolation container can be quickly attracted when moving to the area, and the isolation container is kept at the open position of the cup body and does not fall off. The first magnetic attraction pieces are multiple and are sequentially arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the isolation container; the second magnetic attraction pieces are multiple and are arranged at intervals along the periphery Xiang Yici of the cup body. Of course, the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member may be an annular integral structure, but this way increases the cost.
When a metal material having magnetic permeability is used for the whole or part of the structure (preferably, the outer peripheral portion) of the isolation container, the whole or part of the structure having magnetic permeability constitutes the first magnetic attraction member. When the isolation container is integrally made of non-magnetic material (such as plastic), the independent magnetic conductive block or the magnet block can be embedded or integrally formed in the isolation container, and the magnetic conductive block forms the first magnetic attraction piece.
In order to ensure that the isolation container can sink smoothly, stably and rapidly in the cup body on the basis that the first magnetic attraction piece on the isolation container is as close to the second magnetic attraction piece on the cup body as possible, the peripheral wall of the isolation container is also provided with convex blocks which are sequentially spaced along the circumferential direction and are outwards convex, each convex block is provided with a placement groove for placing the first magnetic attraction piece, and a water passing groove is formed by a gap between two adjacent convex blocks.
The first magnetic attraction piece is arranged on the convex block on the periphery of the isolation container, so that the first magnetic attraction piece on the isolation container is as close to the second magnetic attraction piece on the cup body as possible, and the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece are guaranteed to have enough magnetic attraction strength.
As an improvement, each second magnetic block is arranged on the outer side of the part of the cup body adjacent to the opening of the cup body in sequence. In order to facilitate the fixing of the second magnetic attraction block on the outer side of the opening part of the cup body, the cup further comprises a fixing ring sleeved outside the opening part of the cup body, and each second magnetic attraction piece is arranged on the fixing ring.
For convenience in installation and cost saving, the fixing ring is a flexible ring, and each second magnetic attraction piece is wrapped in the flexible ring. The flexible ring has certain elasticity, so that the cup body with different specifications can be adapted. On the other hand, the height position of the flexible ring on the open portion of the cup body can also be finely adjusted up and down, so that the height position at which the isolation container is fixed at the open position of the cup body can also be finely adjusted accordingly.
As another preferable scheme, the cup body comprises a cup body and connecting sleeves inserted at the top of the cup body, and each second magnetic attraction piece is arranged on the connecting sleeve. Each second magnetic attraction piece can be arranged on the inner side of the opening part of the cup body, and the second magnetic attraction piece is close to the isolation container, so that attraction force between the cup body and the isolation container can be ensured.
In order to avoid the problem of liquid leakage between the connecting sleeve and the cup body, an annular groove is formed in the bottom of the peripheral wall of the connecting sleeve, and a sealing ring used for being in sealing contact with the cup body is arranged in the annular groove.
In order to realize that two parts of the cup body and the connecting sleeve are assembled together after the processing is finished, the processing difficulty is reduced, the cup body comprises a cup body and the connecting sleeve which is connected to the top of the cup body in a threaded connection or clamping manner, and each second magnetic attraction piece is arranged on the connecting sleeve.
In general, the user can make the isolation container overcome the magnetism of first magnetism and inhale the piece and second magnetism and inhale the effect and sink or fall to the cup bottom through rocking the cup, for the convenience of customers more nimble, with isolation container sink or fall to the cup bottom fast, still include the locating the action bars subassembly on the bowl cover, this action bars subassembly can drive by external force and order about isolation container relatively the cup moves down, and make first magnetism inhale piece and second magnetism inhale the piece and break away from the absorption.
The lever assembly may be a variety of operating mechanisms capable of driving the isolation container to move downward, such as a horizontal push-pull manner on the surface of the lid or a vertical push-down manner on the lid, and includes:
the operating rod is vertically arranged on the cup cover and can move up and down relative to the cup cover, the top end of the operating rod moves out of the top surface of the cup cover to form a pressing part for a user to press, and the bottom end of the operating rod can move out of the bottom surface of the cup cover to form a triggering part which can be propped against the isolation container;
the elastic piece is arranged on the cup cover, acts on the operating rod and enables the operating rod to always have upward movement trend.
In order to install the operating rod and the elastic piece on the cup cover, an installation cavity for accommodating the operating rod is defined in the cup cover, a first opening which is communicated with the installation cavity and is used for the top end of the operating rod to pass through is formed in the top of the cup cover, and a second opening which is communicated with the installation cavity and is used for the bottom end of the operating rod to pass through is formed in the bottom of the cup cover;
the outer peripheral wall of the operating rod is provided with a blocking part which protrudes outwards in the radial direction and can resist the peripheral edge of the first opening, the bottom wall of the blocking part is also provided with a positioning groove which extends upwards, the elastic part is a spring, the spring is sleeved on the part below the blocking part of the operating rod, the first end of the spring is limited in the positioning groove, and the second end of the spring is propped against the peripheral edge part of the second opening.
The elastic member is not limited by a spring, and various elastic elements such as a torsion spring, a reed and the like can be adopted.
In order to dispense with the process of detaching the cup cover and conveniently pouring water or facilitating a user to drink directly, the cup cover is also provided with a water drinking port for the liquid of the cup body to flow out.
Compared with the prior art, the utility model has the advantages that: because the cup body is provided with the first magnetic attraction piece on one of the part adjacent to the opening of the cup body and the isolation container, and the second magnetic attraction piece is arranged on the other one, when the concentration of the brewed beverage is required to reach the requirement by soaking the brewed beverage, the isolation container can fall to the opening position of the cup body under the action of gravity and is adsorbed at the opening position, and when the cup body is rotated to the upper side of the cup cover of the brewed beverage cup again, the isolation container and the brewed beverage in the isolation container are separated from contact with water in the cup body, so that the soaking time of the brewed beverage is controlled. On the other hand, because the isolation container is adsorbed on the side wall of the cup body, when the cup cover is taken down, the isolation container cannot be taken down together with the cup cover, so that the situation that water carried in the isolation container can spill out of the cup body cannot occur, and the use experience of a user is improved.

The cup cover 2 is connected with the opening 10 of the cup body 1 through threads. A water drinking port 210 for water or drink in the cup body 1 to flow out is arranged on the cup cover 2 near the outer periphery. The water drinking port 210 can omit the process of taking down the cup cover 2, and is convenient for directly pouring water or directly drinking by a user.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the isolation container 3 is used for placing a brew (such as tea leaves or effervescent tablets) and can be placed into the cup body 1 and taken out of the cup body 1. The isolation container 3 of the present embodiment includes a first shell 31 and a second shell 32 that can be fastened together, where the first shell 31 and the second shell 32 form a cavity for holding a beverage, and a water through hole/groove is formed on the wall of the first shell 31 and the second shell 32. The isolation container 3 of the present embodiment is generally vertically arranged in a cylindrical shape, and specifically, a gap allowing the isolation container 3 to move up and down is provided between the outer peripheral wall of the isolation container 3 and the inner peripheral wall of the cup body 1.
In the present embodiment, when the metal material having magnetic permeability is used for the whole or part of the structure (preferably, the outer peripheral portion) of the isolation container 3, the whole or part of the structure having magnetic permeability of the isolation container 3 constitutes the first magnetic attraction member 35. When the isolation container 3 is integrally made of a non-magnetic conductive material (such as plastic), an independent magnetic conductive block or a magnet block may be embedded in or integrally formed in the isolation container 3, where the magnetic conductive block or the magnet block forms the first magnetic attraction member 35.
The first shell 31 of the isolation container 3 is a top opening, the second shell 32 is a bottom opening, and the second shell 32 is buckled at the top opening of the first shell 31. The top of the second housing 32 further has protruding blocks 32 protruding outwards and sequentially distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction thereof, each protruding block 32 is provided with a mounting groove 34, the top of each mounting groove 34 is provided with a mounting opening, and the first magnetic attraction piece 35 (which may be a magnetic conductive block or a magnet block) may be placed into the mounting groove 34 through the mounting opening. The top of the second housing 32 is also connected with a cover plate 33, and the cover plate 33 can be connected to the second housing 32 by a buckle or a connecting piece and shields the mounting opening of the mounting groove 34. The gap between two adjacent projections 320 forms a water passing groove 321. As shown in fig. 2, the isolation container 3 has 5 protrusions 320 thereon, thereby forming 5 water passing grooves 321.
The first magnetic attraction pieces 35 are arranged on the convex blocks 320 on the periphery of the isolation container 3, so that the first magnetic attraction pieces 35 on the isolation container 3 can be as close to the second magnetic attraction pieces 12 on the cup body 1 as possible, the first magnetic attraction pieces and the second magnetic attraction pieces are guaranteed to have enough magnetic attraction strength, on the basis, in the vertical movement process of the isolation container 3, water passing grooves 321 formed by gaps between two adjacent convex blocks 32 can be used for smoothly passing water flow, and the water flow resistance in the vertical movement process of the isolation container 3 is reduced.
The cup 1 is provided with a second magnetic element 12 in the part adjacent to its opening 10. Similarly, the second magnetic attraction member 12 of the present embodiment may be made of a magnetic material or a magnetically conductive material, wherein the magnetic material may be a permanent magnet, and the magnetically conductive material may be a ferromagnetic material such as cast iron. It will be appreciated that in order to achieve magnetic attraction between the first magnetic attraction member 35 and the second magnetic attraction member 12, at least one of the two is made of a magnetic material, for example, at least one of the two employs a permanent magnet. Preferably, the first magnetic attraction member 35 and the second magnetic attraction member 12 are made of magnetic materials, for example, permanent magnets capable of attracting the two can be used.
The cup 1 has second magnetic attraction pieces 12 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction on a portion adjacent to the opening 10 thereof. The plurality of second magnetic attraction pieces 12 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the opening 10 of the cup body 1, so that the stability of the magnetic field in the area of the opening 10 of the cup body 1 is ensured, and the isolation container 3 can be attracted rapidly when moving to the area, and is kept at the position of the opening 10 of the cup body 1 without falling off.
The outer side of the cup body 1 adjacent to the opening 10 is also sleeved with a fixing ring 11, and each second magnetic attraction piece 12 is arranged on the fixing ring 11. For convenience of processing and installation, the fixing ring 11 may be connected to the cup body 1 by means of threads or a buckle. In a preferred embodiment, the fixing ring 11 of the present embodiment is a flexible ring, and each second magnetic attraction member 12 is wrapped in the flexible ring, so that the flexible ring can be finely tuned by moving up and down at the open position of the cup body 1 according to the actual situation. Of course, the two parts of the flexible ring and the isolation container 3 can be conveniently applied to the existing common drinking cup, and when the cup is used, the isolation container 3 is placed in the drinking cup only by sleeving the flexible ring outside the existing drinking cup.
When the concentration of the beverage is reached, the isolation container 3 falls to the position of the opening 10 of the cup body 1 under the action of gravity and is adsorbed on the position, and when the cup cover 2 is turned upwards again, the isolation container 3 and the beverage in the isolation container 3 are separated from contact with the water in the cup body, so that the soaking time of the beverage is controlled. In addition, because the isolation container 3 is adsorbed on the side wall of the opening 10 of the cup body 1, when the cup cover 2 is taken down, the isolation container 3 can not be taken down together with the cup cover 2, so that the situation that water entrained in the isolation container 3 can spill out of the cup body 1 can not occur, and the use experience of a user is improved.
When the soaking of the beverage in the isolation container 3 is required to be continued, the user can make the isolation container 3 sink to the bottom of the cup body 1 against the magnetic attraction of the first magnetic attraction member 35 and the second magnetic attraction member 12 by shaking the cup body 1. In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to more flexibly and rapidly sink or drop the isolation container 3 to the bottom of the cup body 1, the cup cover 2 is further provided with an operation lever assembly, and the operation lever assembly can be driven by an external force to drive the isolation container 3 to move downwards relative to the cup body 1, so that the first magnetic attraction piece 35 and the second magnetic attraction piece 12 on the isolation container 3 are separated from each other, and the isolation container 3 can sink to the bottom of the cup body 1 under the action of self gravity.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the lever assembly includes a lever 23 and an elastic member 24.
The cup cover 2 defines a mounting cavity 20 therein for receiving an operating lever 23. Specifically, the cup cover 2 includes a base 21 for connecting with the cup body 1, and a cover 22 fastened to the bottom of the base 21, wherein the cover 22 and a corresponding portion of the bottom of the base 21 define the mounting cavity 20. The body of the cup cover 2 is provided with a first opening 211 which is communicated with the mounting cavity 20 and is used for the top end of the operating rod 23 to pass through, and the top of the operating rod 23 is exposed out of the top surface of the cup cover 2 to form a pressing part 231 for pressing by a user. The buckle cover 22 of the cup cover 2 is provided with a second opening 220 which is communicated with the mounting cavity 20 and is used for the bottom end of the operating rod 23 to pass through, and a triggering part 232 which can be propped against the isolation container 3 is formed outside the bottom surface of the operating rod 23 which can be moved out of the buckle cover 22.
The operating lever 23 has an annular stopper 230 protruding radially outward on the outer peripheral wall. Wherein the portion of the operating lever 23 above the annular stopper 230 is denoted as an upper section, and the portion below the annular stopper 230 is denoted as a lower section, the diameter of the lower section of the operating lever 23 being smaller than the diameter of the upper section thereof. More specifically, the bottom wall of the blocking portion 230 is further provided with an annular positioning groove 233 extending upward at a portion located outside the lower section of the operating lever 23. The elastic member 24 in this embodiment is a spring, which is sleeved on the lower section of the operating rod 23, and the first end (i.e. the upper end) of the spring is limited in the positioning slot 233, and the second end (i.e. the lower end) abuts against the peripheral portion of the second opening 220 on the buckle 22. Under the action of the elastic force of the spring, the upper side of the blocking part 230 of the operating rod 23 is blocked on the periphery of the first opening 211, and the top end of the operating rod 23 is exposed out of the top surface of the cup cover 2. It will be appreciated that the travel by which the lever 23 of the present embodiment can be depressed is sufficient to enable the first and second magnetic attraction pieces 35, 12 of the isolation container 3 to be desorbed.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 7 to 10, this embodiment differs from embodiment 1 in that: the cup body 1 of the present embodiment includes a cup body 131 and a connecting sleeve 132 connected to the top of the cup body 131, where the connecting sleeve 132 may be connected to the inner sidewall of the top opening of the cup body 131 by a threaded connection, a clamping connection, or a tight fit (such as a plugging connection). The cup body 131 may be made of glass, and the connecting sleeve 132 may be made of plastic with the second magnetic attraction member 12 inside, so that the cup body 131 and the connecting sleeve 132 may be separately processed and then mounted together. The top of the cup body 131 is provided with threads, and the cup cover 2 can be connected to the top of the cup body 131.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the connecting sleeve 132 of the present embodiment extends into the top opening of the cup body 131 from top to bottom in a plugging manner, specifically, the bottom of the connecting sleeve 132 has an annular groove 1320, and a sealing ring 1321 is embedded in the annular groove 1320. The connecting sleeve 132 further has a limiting step 1322 at a position above the annular groove 1320. After the connection sleeve 132 is fitted into the top opening of the cup body 131, the sealing ring 1321 seals the two, preventing liquid from leaking there. The limiting step 1322 of the connecting sleeve 132 abuts against the end wall of the top opening of the cup body 131.
The second magnetic attraction element 12 may be integrally formed in the connecting sleeve 132 during the processing of the connecting sleeve 132. Specifically, the second magnetic attraction members 12 are provided in plurality and are sequentially arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the connecting sleeve 132. Of course, the second magnetic attraction member 12 may be embedded in the peripheral wall of the connecting sleeve 132 after the connecting sleeve 132 is processed. Because the second magnetic attraction piece 12 is arranged in the connecting sleeve 12, the second magnetic attraction piece 12 is relatively close to the isolation container 3, and the attraction force between the cup body 1 and the isolation container 3 can be ensured.
