Technical Field

Background

The side pocket of the garment has strong functionality and convenient use, and has strong practicability in the garment. In order to make the whole garment more compact and elegant, many side pockets are arranged in hidden form. In some garments of stronger decorative style, the pocket needs to be practical and the decorative effect is increasingly prominent. For example, in some garments that seek to give a stereoscopic impression, trim such as welts/rolls are added at the edges of the pocket to assist in increasing the stereoscopic impression and personalization of the garment.

The side pocket comprises a front piece, a back piece and a pocket connected at the seam of the front piece and the back piece; the opening of the pocket comprises an unstitched first opening edge and a unstitched second opening edge, the first opening edge is sewed with the back surface of the front piece, and the second opening edge is sewed with the back piece; the front piece and the rear piece are sewn at the two side areas of the pocket mouth, and the seam allowance of the front piece at the seam allowance and the seam allowance of the edge of the first pocket mouth are wrapped in the wrapping edge.

Preferably, the back sheet is provided with a first folding edge, the edge of the second bag opening is provided with a second folding edge, and the second folding edge is clamped between the back sheet and the first folding edge.

More preferably, the second pouch edge and the rear panel are sewn together along the inside of the fold of the first gusset and the inside of the fold of the second gusset.

It is another object of the present disclosure to provide a side pocket sewing process that makes the side pocket more aesthetically pleasing and more secure.

The sewing process of the side pocket comprises the following steps:

s1, taking two pieces of bag cloth, sewing the two pieces of bag cloth, and turning over the bag cloth to the front through a bag opening to obtain a bag;

s2, taking a back piece, and sewing the edge of the second bag opening of the bag opening and the back piece;

s3, taking a front piece, placing the front piece above the edge of the first bag opening of the bag opening, and sewing the edge of the first bag opening of the bag opening and the outer edge of the front piece;

It is a further object of the present disclosure to provide a garment having a more aesthetically pleasing, more secure side pocket, the garment including the side pocket described above.

The technical scheme claimed by the disclosure has the following beneficial effects:

1) Through bordure simultaneously with the tang at front bezel and first sack border fixed, avoided the circumstances that the sack exposes alone, realized the stealthy of side pocket sack from the clothing outside, make the side pocket clean and tidy generous, direct fixation between sack and the bordure also makes the side pocket more firm, is difficult for appearing deckle edge and damage.

2) The mode that adopts the buried clip is in the same place with second sack border and back piece "knot", can all wrap up the deckle edge of first hem and second hem in the inside of suture structure, need not operation such as extra serging, and the twice seam also makes back piece and second sack border fixed more firm, even the atress also is difficult for collapsing.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantageous effects of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all embodiments. Example 1

As shown in fig. 1-6, this embodiment provides a side pocket.

Specifically, the side pocket is composed of a front panel 1, a rear panel 2 and a pocket 3 connected at the seam of the front panel 1 and the rear panel 2. As shown in fig. 6, the side pocket in this embodiment fixes the front piece and the seam allowance at the edge of the first pocket opening through the wrapping edge, so that the condition that the pocket opening is exposed independently is avoided, the invisible side pocket opening is realized from the outer side of the garment, the side pocket is tidy and square, and the side pocket is firmer due to the direct fixation between the pocket opening and the wrapping edge, and burrs and breakage are not easy to occur.

Example 2

The embodiment provides a process for sewing a side pocket, referring to fig. 1-6, the process comprises the following steps:

s1, taking two pieces of bag cloth, sewing the two pieces of bag cloth, and turning the two pieces of bag cloth to the front through a bag opening 4 to obtain a bag 3, wherein the seam allowance of the bag cloth is 0.3cm;

s2, taking a back sheet 2, and sewing the second pocket edge of the pocket 4 and the back sheet 2;

s3, taking a front piece 1, placing the front piece 1 above the first bag opening edge of the bag opening, and sewing the first bag opening edge of the bag opening and the outer edge of the front piece 1;

s4, taking a wrapping edge 5, wrapping the outer edge of the whole front piece 1 and the edge of the first bag opening in the wrapping edge 5, and sewing the wrapping edge 5;

s5, sewing the front sheet 1 and the rear sheet 2 which are positioned in the two side areas of the bag opening 4;

s6, finally, pressing the seam allowance line with the width of 0.6cm along the outer edge of the pocket to fix burrs on the inner side of the pocket 3.

In a preferred embodiment, step S2 is specifically: the back sheet 2 is folded to obtain a first folded edge 6, the second pocket edge is folded to obtain a second folded edge 7, the second folded edge 7 is clamped between the back sheet 2 and the first folded edge 6, and the back sheet 2 and the second pocket edge are respectively connected along the inner side of the crease of the first folded edge 6 and the inner side of the crease of the second folded edge 7 in a sewing mode. The embedded clamping process is adopted, so that the rear sheet and the edge of the second bag opening are firmly sewn, burrs of the first folding edge and the second folding edge can be directly wrapped in the sewing structure, and additional operations such as edge locking and the like are not needed to be carried out in the follow-up process.

In a preferred embodiment, before step S5, the front panel, the pocket and the rear panel are flattened, and the hitches 8 are fixed at both ends of the pocket 4 to fix the three.

In a preferred embodiment, in step S5, the front panel 1 and the rear panel 2 are sewn along the seam of the hem 5.

Example 3

This embodiment provides a garment comprising the side pocket of embodiment 1.

A side pocket, which comprises a front piece (1), a back piece (2) and a pocket (3) connected at the seam of the front piece (1) and the back piece (2); the bag is characterized in that a bag opening (4) of the bag (3) comprises a first bag opening edge and a second bag opening edge which are not sewn, wherein the first bag opening edge is sewn with the back surface of the front sheet (1), and the second bag opening edge is sewn with the back sheet (2); the front piece (1) and the rear piece (2) are sewn in the two side areas of the pocket opening (4), and the seam allowance of the front piece (1) at the seam allowance and the seam allowance of the edge of the first pocket opening are wrapped in the wrapping edge (5).

2. A side pocket according to claim 1, characterized in that the back panel (2) is provided with a first fold (6) and the second pocket edge is provided with a second fold (7), the second fold (7) being sandwiched between the back panel (2) and the first fold (6).

3. A side pocket according to claim 2, characterized in that the second pocket edge and the back panel (2) are sewn together along the inside of the fold of the first fold (6) and the inside of the fold of the second fold (7).

4. A side pocket according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the two ends of the mouth (4) are provided with hitches (8), respectively.

5. A side pocket according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the seam of the front panel (1) and the rear panel (2) coincides with the seam of the hem (5).

6. A process for sewing a side pocket as defined in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

s1, taking two pieces of bag cloth, sewing the two pieces of bag cloth, and turning over the two pieces of bag cloth to the front through a bag opening (4) to obtain a bag (3);

s2, taking a rear piece (2), and sewing the edge of the second bag opening of the bag opening (4) and the rear piece (2);

s3, taking a front piece (1), placing the front piece (1) above the edge of the first bag opening of the bag opening, and sewing the edge of the first bag opening of the bag opening and the outer edge of the front piece (1);

s4, taking a wrapping edge (5), wrapping the outer edge of the whole front piece (1) and the edge of the first bag opening in the wrapping edge (5) and sewing the wrapping edge (5);

s5, sewing the front piece (1) and the rear piece (2) which are positioned in the two side areas of the bag opening (4).

7. The sewing process according to claim 6, characterized in that in step S2, the back panel (2) is folded over to obtain a first folded edge (6), the second pocket edge is folded over to obtain a second folded edge (7), the second folded edge (7) is sandwiched between the back panel (2) and the first folded edge (6), and the back panel (2) and the second pocket edge are sewn along the inside of the crease of the first folded edge (6) and the inside of the crease of the second folded edge (7), respectively.

8. The sewing process according to claim 6, wherein before step S5, the hitches (8) are fixed at both ends of the pocket (4).

9. Process according to claim 6, characterized in that in step S5, the front panel (1) and the rear panel (2) are sewn along the stitching of the edging (5).

10. A garment comprising the side pocket of any one of claims 1 to 5.
