Description

Opening and closing supporting device and office machine
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an opening/closing support device and an office machine, and more particularly, to an opening/closing support device with a rotatable bearing pin and an office machine having the same.
Background
Conventionally, office machines such as copiers, scanners, and printers use an openable body (document pressing plate) to press a document onto an exposure glass, and the openable body (document pressing plate) prevents external light from entering an exposure system in the apparatus body. In order to allow the opening/closing body to be opened/closed with respect to the device body, various opening/closing support devices are known.
There are several kinds of opening and closing supporting means for controlling the movement of the cam slider using a pressing member (pressing pin or pressing roller) abutted against the outer surface of the bottom of the cam slider.
Japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2008-257167 (paragraph [0019 ]) describes: the document pressing plate opening and closing device 1 includes: a mounting member 2 mounted on the machine body 11 side of the office machine 10 having the original pressing plate 12; a support member 3 pivotally supported by the mounting member 2 and rotatable about a first hinge pin 15; a lifting member 4 mounted on the original pressing plate 12 and overlapped with the supporting member 3 while being pivotally supported on a free end portion of the supporting member 3 about a second hinge pin 16; and an elastic device 5 provided between the lifting member 4 and the mounting member 2, for urging the lifting member 4 in a direction overlapping the supporting member 3 and simultaneously urging the document pressing plate 12 to rotate in the opening direction. By rotating the original pressing plate 12, a closed state in which the original pressing plate 12 covers the upper face of the machine body 11, and an open state in which the upper face of the machine body 11 is exposed can be formed. The original pressing plate opening and closing device 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention further includes: an engaging device 6 that prevents the original cover plate 12 from reversing over a specific opening angle range of the original cover plate 12; and engagement releasing means 9 for releasing the engagement means 6 outside a specific opening angle range of the original cover 12 to allow the original cover 12 to be reversed. A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device
In the above publication, a pressure-receiving pin that does not rotate is fixed to the mounting base as a pressure-receiving member.
The bearing pin of the original pressing plate opening and closing device cannot rotate because of being fixed on the mounting base, and friction can be generated on the sliding cam under the condition of repeated opening and closing. In particular, when the ADF (Auto Document Feeder) is heavier, the contact pressure between the pressing pin and the slide cam increases, which increases the friction amount. In this way, the problem of wear of the cam portion occurs.
In addition, japanese patent laid-open publication No. 2011-227370 (paragraph [0013 ]) describes the following: the "original pressing plate opening and closing device" includes: a mounting member mounted to a machine body of the office machine; a support member pivotally supported on the mounting member by a first hinge shaft; a lifting member mounted to the original pressing plate and overlapped with the supporting member, and pivotally supported on a free end portion of the supporting member through a second hinge shaft so as to be rotatable in a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the supporting member; an elastic device arranged between the mounting member and the supporting member, for applying force to rotate the original pressing plate in the opening direction; and a connecting mechanism for controlling rotation of the lifting member in association with the opening and closing operation of the original pressing plate; the original pressing plate opening and closing device further includes: a first connecting arm that rotates one end of the connecting mechanism mounted on the mounting member side; a second connecting arm, one end of which is installed at the lifting member side to be rotated, and the other end of which is coupled to the other end side of the first connecting arm by a coupling means to be rotated with each other; and cam means acting on the coupling means. A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device
In the above publication, the mechanism used for the pressure-receiving member is as follows: a roller made of resin or metal is additionally provided to rotate the fixed bearing pin.
The mechanism in which the roller rotates can reduce abrasion, but the roller is added, so that the space of the torque generating part is reduced. In recent years, the hinge installation space of a copying machine tends to be smaller, and is contrary to the case where it is actually intended to secure a space of a torque generating portion as much as possible.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has been made in an effort to provide a mechanism for rotating a pressure-receiving pin itself without using a roller and without changing the diameter of the pressure-receiving pin after trial and error. The space of the torque generating part is ensured because the roller is not used and the diameter length of the pressure bearing pin is not changed. In addition, by means of the mechanism for rotating the bearing pin, abrasion of the cam part caused by repeated opening and closing can be reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an opening and closing support device which can ensure the space of a torque generating part and reduce abrasion caused by repeated opening and closing of a cam part.
The construction of the present invention is as follows.
The opening and closing support device of the present invention comprises: a mounting member mounted on a device body of the office machine; a support member rotatably supported by the mounting member via a spindle shaft; a lifting member mounted on the opening/closing body, the lifting member overlapping the support member, the lifting member being pivotally supported by the free end of the support member by a lifting shaft and being rotatable in a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the support member; a slider and a sliding lifter which are accommodated in the support member and slide; an elastic member elastically provided between the slider and the sliding lifter; and a pressure-receiving pin which is pressure-contacted with the cam portion of the slider. Wherein the mounting member has a pair of side plates provided with mounting holes at positions opposed to each other, each mounting hole being fitted with a bushing, respectively, through which the pressure-receiving pin is journaled between the pair of side plates, the bushing being divided in the axial direction and provided with a contractible dividing portion in the radial direction.
The opening and closing support device of the invention is preferably constructed as follows: the bushing has a circular ring part, a cylindrical part, and a connecting part connecting the circular ring part and the cylindrical part, the dividing part includes a substantially triangular part in plan view and a substantially rectangular part in plan view, and the substantially triangular part in plan view has a dividing part with a large area and a dividing part with a small area; the substantially rectangular planar portion is constituted by only small-area divided portions, and the substantially triangular planar portion is provided from the annular portion to the connecting portion, and the substantially rectangular planar portion is provided from the connecting portion to the cylindrical portion.
The office machine of the present invention uses the opening and closing support device as described above.
The opening/closing support device of the present invention includes the above-described structure (i.e., a mechanism that rotates the pressure-receiving pin itself without using a roller and without changing the diameter of the pressure-receiving pin), thereby ensuring a space for the torque generating portion and reducing abrasion of the cam portion due to repeated opening/closing. The bushing is divided in the axial direction, and the contractible dividing part is arranged in the radial direction, so that the pressure-bearing pin can be pushed into the bushing to be stably mounted, the rotation of the pressure-bearing pin is smooth, and the abrasion of the cam part caused by repeated opening and closing is reduced.
The office machine of the invention adopts the opening and closing supporting device with the structure, and the opening and closing supporting device comprises a mechanism which does not use rollers and does not change the diameter length of the pressure bearing pin to rotate the pressure bearing pin, so that the space of the torque generating part can be ensured, and the abrasion of the cam part caused by repeated opening and closing can be reduced.
