The protection system consists of a power supply 9, a display screen 10 and a protection device with a nuclear phase function, wherein the power supply 9 supplies electric energy to the whole system, the display screen 10 is used for displaying detection results and other relevant information of the nuclear phase, the power supply 9 supplies required electric power for the automatic nuclear phase instrument 3 when the system works, the automatic nuclear phase instrument 3 judges the phase sequence condition of a wiring port by processing a voltage signal detected by the protection device, the result is transmitted to the display screen 10 for display, and an operator can know the detection results of the nuclear phase through the display screen 10 and perform corresponding operation and judgment according to requirements.

Claims (10)

1. A protection device having a nuclear phase function, comprising:
the automatic phase checking device comprises a shell (1), wherein a conductive block (2) is arranged on the inner top wall of the shell (1), an automatic phase checking instrument (3) is arranged on the inner side wall of the shell (1), a first transmission line (4) is electrically connected to the automatic phase checking instrument (3), and a conductive plate (5) corresponding to one side of the conductive block (2) is electrically connected to the other end of the first transmission line (4);
the detection part (6) is arranged on the shell (1) and is electrically connected with the conductive block (2) and is used for carrying out nuclear phase detection on a wiring port of the low-voltage bus-bar cabinet;
a pressing unit (7) for conducting power on and off by matching the conductive plate (5) and the conductive block (2);
wherein the pressing unit (7) comprises a pressing piece (71) and a shielding piece (72), the shielding piece (72) comprises a connecting plate (721) fixed on one side of the shell (1), and a concave frame (722) formed into a whole is fixed on the other side of the connecting plate (721);
when the pressing piece (71) is in 180-degree limit collision with the concave frame (722), the conducting plate (5) and the conducting block (2) are powered off and are used for being matched with the detection part (6) to be safely docked in a wiring port of the low-voltage bus-bar cabinet;
when the pressing piece (71) is in 90-degree limit interference with the connecting plate (721), the conducting plate (5) is electrified with the conducting block (2) and is used for matching with the detecting part (6) to detect the nuclear phase of the wiring port of the low-voltage bus-bar cabinet.

The protection device with the nuclear phase function according to claim 1, wherein the detection part (6) comprises a detection rod (61) connected to the shell (1), at least one voltage transformer (62) is installed at the front end of the detection rod (61), a wiring cavity (63) is arranged in the detection rod (61), and a transmission line II (64) positioned in the wiring cavity (63) is electrically connected between the voltage transformer (62) and the conductive block (2).

The protection device with the nuclear phase function according to claim 1, wherein the pressing piece (71) comprises a connecting rod (711) which is connected between the inner side wall and the outer side of the shell (1) in a sliding mode, one end of the connecting rod (711) is fixed on one side of the conducting plate (5), a connecting block (712) is fixed at the other end of the connecting rod (711), a first spring (713) sleeved on the connecting rod (711) is fixed between the connecting block (712) and the shell (1), a rotating groove (714) is formed in the connecting block (712), and a rotating part (715) is arranged in the rotating groove (714).

A protection device with a nuclear phase function according to claim 3, wherein when the rotation part (715) is 180 degrees with the connection block (712), the rotation part (715) is in limited contact with the concave frame (722), and when the rotation part (715) is 90 degrees with the connection block (712), the rotation part (715) is in limited contact with the connection block (721).

A protection device with a nuclear phase function according to claim 3, wherein the rotating part (715) comprises a connecting shaft (7151) rotatably arranged on the rotating groove (714), a rotating plate (7152) is fixed on the connecting shaft (7151), a telescopic groove (7153) is formed in the other side of the rotating plate (7152), and an elastic part (7154) which can respectively perform limit interference with the connecting plate (721) and the concave frame (722) is arranged in the telescopic groove (7153).

The protection device with the nuclear phase function according to claim 5, wherein the elastic portion (7154) comprises a telescopic rod (71541) fixed on the inner wall of the telescopic groove (7153), an arc-shaped iron block (71542) is fixed at the other end of the telescopic rod (71541), a second spring (71543) sleeved on the telescopic rod (71541) is fixed between the arc-shaped iron block (71542) and the inner wall corresponding to the telescopic groove (7153), an arc-shaped groove I (723) clamped with the arc-shaped iron block (71542) is formed in the inner wall of the concave frame (722), an arc-shaped groove II (724) is further formed in the concave frame (722), and an arc-shaped pull ring (7155) attached to the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove II (724) is fixed on the rotating plate (7152).

The protection device with the nuclear phase function according to claim 6, wherein the connecting plate (721) is provided with an arc-shaped groove III (725) which is in fit and clamping connection with the arc-shaped iron block (71542), and a magnetic sheet (726) which is in magnetic attraction fit with the arc-shaped iron block (71542) is fixed on the inner wall of the arc-shaped groove III (725).
8. A protection device with nuclear phase function according to claim 1, characterized in that the housing (1) is fixed with a handle (8), both sides of the handle (8) being bent gradually inwards.

A protection system with nuclear phase function, applied to a protection device with nuclear phase function as claimed in any one of claims 1-9, characterized by comprising a power supply (9) and a display screen (10), wherein the power supply (9) and the display screen (10) are respectively electrically connected with the automatic nuclear phase instrument (3).
10. The protection system with nuclear phase function according to claim 9, wherein a pair of L-shaped struts (11) are connected to the display screen (10), and a panel (12) detachably connected to the housing (1) is fixed to the other end of the L-shaped struts (11).
