the displacement device (4) comprises a displacement screw rod (18), a displacement motor (19) and a displacement column (20), wherein the displacement screw rod (18) is rotatably arranged on the inner side walls of the two groups of vertical plates (17), the displacement motor (19) is fixedly arranged on one group of vertical plates (17), the power output end of the displacement motor (19) is in power connection with the displacement screw rod (18), the displacement column (20) penetrates through the bearing plate (16), the displacement column (20) is slidably arranged on the bearing plate (16), the displacement screw rod (18) penetrates through the displacement column (20), and the displacement screw rod (18) is in threaded connection with the displacement column (20);
