Abstract

Claims (13)
1. A light bar washer, comprising:
the bottom plate is used for bearing a light bar and has two states of horizontal placement and vertical placement;
the cleaning base comprises a right half cylinder and a left half cylinder, the right half cylinder and the left half cylinder can be buckled to form a hollow cylinder for surrounding the optical rod, cleaning liquid distribution components are respectively arranged on the right half cylinder and the left half cylinder, and cleaning liquid is uniformly distributed by the cleaning liquid distribution components and sprayed on the optical rod;
the cleaning felt is arranged on the inner side of the cleaning base and comprises a plurality of flexible felt pieces which encircle to form a circular ring structure, and the flexible felt pieces form interference contact with the optical rods after the cleaning base is buckled on the optical rods;
the moving unit is arranged on the bottom plate and comprises a base screw rod which is connected to the cleaning base and controls the cleaning base to be opened or buckled, and a base sliding plate which drives the cleaning base to move along the length direction of the optical wand;
during cleaning, the bottom plate is used for vertically hanging the light bar horizontally loaded on a hanging platform, and the cleaning base is buckled with the light bar and is used for cleaning the light bar from top to bottom along the length direction of the light bar.
2. The wand cleaner of claim 1, wherein the cleaning solution dispensing assembly comprises:
the cleaning liquid inlet is oppositely arranged at two sides of the outer side wall of the cleaning base;
the cleaning liquid distribution pipeline is arranged in the cleaning base and is communicated with the cleaning liquid inlet;
the cleaning liquid inlets are uniformly distributed on the inner side wall of the cleaning base, and are communicated with the cleaning liquid inlets through the cleaning liquid distribution pipeline.
3. The light bar cleaning machine of claim 1, further comprising:
the first driving piece drives the base sliding plate to move on the bottom plate along the length direction of the light bar;
and the opening and closing motor is connected with the base screw rod and used for controlling the opening and closing of the cleaning base.
4. The wand cleaner of claim 1, further comprising an ultrasonic mechanism for ultrasonically atomizing a cleaning liquid; the ultrasonic mechanism is connected with the cleaning liquid inlet through a cleaning pipeline.

The light bar cleaning machine according to claim 3, wherein a pressure sensor is arranged on the cleaning felt, and the opening and closing motor controls the distance between the right half cylinder and the left half cylinder according to a pressure signal of the pressure sensor so as to adjust the pressure between the cleaning felt and the light bar.
6. A light bar hanging truck, comprising:
the light bar washer of any one of claims 1-5;
a frame;
the bracket is fixedly connected with the bottom plate of the optical wand cleaner, the bottom plate and the bracket are arranged in a step mode, and the edge of the bottom plate does not exceed the edge of the bracket;
the position adjusting unit is arranged on the frame and is rotationally connected with the bracket and used for overturning the bracket so that the bottom plate moves between the horizontal direction and the vertical direction;
the control unit is connected with the position adjusting unit and the optical wand cleaning machine and controls the optical wand cleaning machine to work;
when the light bar hanging vehicle works, the light bar is carried to the vicinity of a light bar hanging jig, the position adjusting unit controls the bottom plate to move to be in a vertical state and adjusts the position of the light bar, so that the light bar is hung on a hanging platform of the light bar hanging jig, and the control unit controls the light bar cleaning machine to clean the light bar.
7. The light bar hanging truck according to claim 6, wherein the position adjusting unit comprises:
the horizontal moving assembly is used for driving the bracket;
the vertical moving assembly is used for driving the bracket to move in a direction vertical to the horizontal plane;
and the overturning assembly is used for overturning the bracket.

The light bar hanging truck of claim 7, wherein the horizontal movement assembly comprises: the first driving piece is arranged on the frame and used for driving the horizontal moving screw rod to move; the horizontal moving screw rod is provided with a horizontal moving ball nut which moves along with the horizontal moving screw rod.

The light bar hanging truck according to claim 8, wherein the vertical moving assembly comprises a linear bearing arranged on the horizontal moving ball nut, a lifting guide rod penetrating through the linear bearing and perpendicular to the frame, and a second driving member for driving the lifting guide rod to move up and down.

The light bar hanging truck of claim 9 wherein the flip assembly comprises a bearing and a flip drive; the bearing is perpendicular to the moving direction of the horizontal moving assembly, and the lifting guide rod is rotationally connected with the bracket through the bearing; the flip drive is configured to provide a torque to flip the bracket.
11. The light bar hanging truck of claim 6, further comprising a fixing unit for fixing the light bar; the fixing unit includes:
the first screw rod is arranged on the bracket;
the fixing base is arranged on the bracket and comprises a first fixing seat and a second fixing seat which can be buckled, and the fixing base is used for supporting and fixing the optical rod tip;
the first screw rod driving piece drives the first screw rod to rotate, so that the first fixing seat and the second fixing seat are opened or closed;
the second screw rod is arranged on the bracket;
the band-type brake locking mechanism is arranged on the second screw rod and comprises a first locking piece and a second locking piece, and is used for fixing the optical rod body, so that the optical rod is prevented from falling off in a rolling manner in the overturning process;
the second screw rod driving piece drives the second screw rod to rotate, so that the first locking piece and the second locking piece are opened or closed;
the first screw rod and the second screw rod penetrate through the bottom plate, and grooves which are not communicated are formed in the bottom plate and correspond to the fixed base and the band-type brake locking mechanism; when the cleaning unit works, the fixed base and the band-type brake locking mechanism are in an open state.
12. The light bar hanging truck of claim 6, further comprising a positioning unit comprising:
the signal transmitting device transmits a laser signal;
a signal receiving device for receiving the laser signal sent by the signal transmitting device 910;
the data processing device is used for recording the time interval between the emission and the reception of the laser signals and judging the relative position between the optical rod and the optical rod hanging jig.
