Disclosure of Invention

The oblique pocket sewing process comprises the following steps:

1) A first pocket cloth, a front piece of surface cloth and a front piece of lining cloth are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, and the first pocket cloth, the front piece of surface cloth and the front piece of lining cloth are overlapped along the pocket opening position of the first pocket cloth;

2) Sewing the first pocket cloth, the front piece of face cloth and the front piece of inner cloth along the pocket line position at the pocket opening;

3) Cutting edges at upper and lower corners of the suture lines of the first pocket cloth, the front piece of face cloth and the front piece of lining cloth respectively;

The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:

Detailed Description

The technical scheme of the invention claimed in the invention is further clearly described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

Example 1

The embodiment provides an oblique pocket sewing process, which comprises the following steps:

1) Referring to fig. 1, a first pocket cloth 1, a front panel cloth 2 (shown by solid lines) and a front panel inner cloth 3 (shown by broken lines) are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, and the first pocket cloth 1 at the upper layer, the front panel cloth 2 at the middle layer and the front panel inner cloth 3 at the lower layer are overlapped along the pocket positions of the first pocket cloth 1.

2) Referring to fig. 2, the first pocket cloth 1, the front panel cloth 2 and the front panel inner cloth 3 are sewn along a pocket line 4 at the pocket.

3) With further reference to fig. 2, the edges are cut at the upper and lower corners 5 of the seam lines of the first pocket cloth 1, the front piece of face cloth 2 and the front piece of inner cloth 3, respectively.

4) Referring to fig. 4, the second pocket cloth 6 is sewn with the first pocket cloth 1 to obtain the diagonal pocket 7.

5) And turning the oblique inserting bag 7 back to the front through the bag opening, then flattening the oblique inserting bag, and turning the line pressing 8 on the bag body. In a preferred scheme, in the step 4), the second pocket cloth 6 is sewn with the first pocket cloth 1 in a hidden seam, and the seam allowance width is 0.5-0.8cm. In a more preferred embodiment, the width of the seam allowance between the second pocket cloth 6 and the first pocket cloth 1 is 0.6cm.

In a preferred embodiment, in step 5), the pressing line 8 is spaced from the outer edge of the oblique insertion bag 7 by 0.5 cm to 0.8cm. In a more preferred scheme, the line pressing 8 is 0.6cm away from the outer edge of the oblique inserting bag 7, so that no burrs exist inside the bag. And ironing the oblique inserting bag after the line pressing is finished.

By adopting the seam mode, the surface cloth and the lining cloth of the front piece and the back piece are respectively fixed with each other, and the rest parts are separated.

Fig. 9 and 10 show front and rear perspective views, respectively, of a front and rear panel of a garment portion after sewing back inner and back face cloths by the method described above, each cloth piece being subjected to a seam-lock treatment at the seam in a conventional manner.

Fig. 11 and 12 show a reverse side view of an oblique pocket sewn using the existing process and a reverse side view of an oblique pocket sewn using the process of the present embodiment, respectively. As can be seen from fig. 11, the conventional oblique pocket cloth is easy to sag and turn, and the wearing attractiveness is affected. The seam lockstitch of the front piece, the back piece and the pocket is also in a bare state, which affects the comfort of wearing and is easy to open for a long time. In the process of the embodiment, the double-layer cloth piece is used, the lining cloth is additionally arranged in the surface cloth, and the oblique inserting bag is flatly fixed to the front lining cloth, so that sagging, curling and rotation of the oblique inserting bag cloth can be avoided even if the surface material is thick or articles are contained in the bag.
