Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of inverters, in particular to an outdoor inverter.
Background
The inverter is characterized in that one end of the inverter is connected with a wire of a power supply, the other end of the inverter is an alternating current socket, the inverter can convert the direct current power supply into the alternating current power supply required by household equipment, the inverter is generally composed of an input end, an inverter chip, a controller, an output end and a heat dissipation system, the input end receives the direct current power supply input of a solar photovoltaic panel, the inverter chip is responsible for converting the direct current into the alternating current, the controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling the working state of the inverter, the output end outputs the alternating current converted by the inverter to a power grid or other load equipment, and the heat dissipation system removes heat through devices such as a radiator and a fan;
the heat dissipation fan sets up in the inside both sides of box, dispel the heat to the inside part of box through the heat dissipation fan, the box both sides are provided with the thermovent that is equipped with the heat dissipation fan, and thermovent is fixed with the protection network, in the outdoor work in-process, through the catkin that the protection network produced outdoor work, mosquito and dust block, avoid catkin, dust and mosquito get into inside the box, the circulation of thermovent inflow air is accelerated in the forward rotation of heat dissipation fan flabellum, this moment partial catkin, dust and mosquito are adsorbed in the hole of protection network or the surface by the suction that the flabellum forward rotation produced, thereby make the heat dissipation hole diminish, influence thermovent's heat dissipation function, need clear up regularly, if not regularly clear up, catkin, mosquito and dust get into inside the box through the thermovent, can influence the life of the inside spare part of box, but the hole of protection network is comparatively tiny, clear up or dismantle the protection network from outside and clear up, it is all less easy. To this end we propose an outdoor inverter.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to an outdoor inverter, which solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: an outdoor inverter comprising: the box body, both ends of the box body are fixed with the protective net, one end of both sides of the inside of the box body close to the protective net is fixed with the radiating fan which turns reversely, and the central shaft of the radiating fan is fixed with the motor;
the cleaning mechanism comprises a rotary drum fixed at one end of a motor far away from a cooling fan, a first switch is arranged at a direct current inserting end on the surface of a box body, a second switch is arranged at an alternating current inserting end on the surface of the box body, signals are transmitted to a controller through pressing the first switch and the second switch, the controller controls the two groups of motors to change, a scraping plate pushing dust on the surface of a protective net is fixed on one side of the surface of the rotary drum far away from the box body, a first opposite interface is arranged in the rotary drum, a collecting cylinder is inserted in the rotary drum, a second opposite interface matched with the first opposite interface is arranged in the collecting cylinder, dust falls into the collecting cylinder to be collected conveniently, a pushing mechanism pushing dust out of the inner wall of the protective net is arranged on the outer wall of the rotary drum, the pushing mechanism comprises a lantern ring fixed at the middle end of the outer wall of the rotary drum, clamping plates are fixed on two sides of the outer wall of the lantern ring, and brush plates I and brush plates II pushing dust in a staggered mode are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the clamping plates.
Preferably, the second butt joint opening is arranged at the top of the collecting cylinder, and the first butt joint opening corresponds to the second butt joint opening.
Preferably, the both sides of the outer wall of the collecting cylinder are fixed with the connecting block, and the terminal surface of the connecting block is fixed at the inner wall of the mount, and the stabilizer blade of mount is fixed at the box inner wall.
Preferably, the inside of the collecting cylinder is provided with a storage groove, the inside of the storage groove is slidably connected with a baffle, the bottom of the baffle is fixedly provided with a first push plate, the top of the baffle is glued with a rubber fixing block, the middle of the top of the storage groove is provided with a first bayonet matched with the rubber fixing block, and one side of the top of the storage groove away from the first push plate is provided with a second bayonet matched with the rubber fixing block.
Preferably, the bottom of accomodating the groove is provided with the fixed plate, and the terminal surface of fixed plate is fixed on the surface of rotary drum, and the top of fixed plate is glued there is the rubber pusher that promotes push pedal one, and the rubber pusher sets up to the arc, and the both sides of push pedal one bottom set up to with rubber pusher complex arc.

Preferably, one side of the first brush plate and the second brush plate, which is close to the protective net, is provided with a mounting plate, the surface of the mounting plate is fixedly provided with a plugboard, the interiors of the first brush plate and the second brush plate are provided with a plugboard matched inserting cavity, the inner wall of the inserting cavity is glued with a rubber clamping block, the rubber clamping block is clamped in the plugboard, and the plugboard is internally provided with a clamping groove matched with the rubber clamping block.
Preferably, the side that the scraper blade kept away from rotary drum one end is fixed with the connecting plate, and the surface of connecting plate is provided with the movable plate, and one side that the movable plate is close to the connecting plate is connected with the spring leaf through the stay cord, and the terminal surface of spring leaf is fixed at the inner wall of connecting plate, and one side that the movable plate is close to the rotary drum is fixed with the push pedal second of striking off the dust.

According to the above-described embodiment, in the third embodiment,

A movable wheel 71 is movably connected to one side of the surface of the scraper 32 far away from the rotary drum 31, a first gear 72 is movably connected to one side of the surface of the scraper 32 close to the rotary drum 31, a belt 73 is sleeved on the outer wall of the movable wheel 71 and the first gear 72, a first toothed plate 74 is fixed on the inner wall of the belt 73, a second gear 75 is fixed at one end of the first gear 72 far away from the scraper 32, the second gear 75 is meshed with the outer wall of the second toothed plate 76, the second toothed plate 76 is fixed on the outer wall of the fixed frame 37, when the rotary drum 31 rotates clockwise to enable the second gear 75 to contact the second toothed plate 76, the second gear 75 is meshed with the second toothed plate 76, the second gear 75 rotates clockwise under the cooperation of the second toothed plate 76, the second gear 75 drives the first gear 72 to synchronously rotate, the first gear 72 drives the first toothed plate 74 to move, the first toothed plate 74 drives the belt 73 to synchronously move, the belt 73 moves to drive the moving plate 66 fixed on the outer wall of the belt 73 to move synchronously, when the drum 31 rotates anticlockwise, the gear II 75 rotates anticlockwise when being meshed with the gear II 76, at this time, the gear I72 rotates anticlockwise and cannot be meshed with the gear II 74 to drive the gear II 74 to move, the gear II 76 is arranged right above the surface of the fixing frame 37, when the scraper 32 is about to rotate to the upper side of the protective net 21 along with the drum 31, the moving plate 66 is driven to move by the cooperation of the gear II 76, the gear II 75, the gear I74, the belt 73, the gear I72 and the movable wheel 71, and the push plate 69 is driven by the moving plate 66 to push impurities to the direction of the first butt joint 33, so that after the first butt joint 33 coincides with the second butt joint 35, the impurities fall into the collecting cylinder 34, and the impurities are pushed into the collecting cylinder 34, so that the impurities are more completely collected.
