Referring now to fig. 1 in combination, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a motor waterproof cover structure is provided, which includes a waterproof cover 100. The waterproof cover 100 has a sleeve hole 10 penetrating both ends. The sleeve hole 10 is provided with a first hole section 101 and a second hole section 102, the waterproof cover 100 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 201a of the motor 200 through the first hole section 101, and is sleeved on the end cover outer bearing chamber structure 202a of the motor 200 through the second hole section 102.
The apertures of both the first hole section 101 and the second hole section 102 are adjustable to place the waterproof cover 100 in the first state or the second state. Wherein, when the waterproof cover 100 is in the first state, as shown in fig. 6, the first hole section 101 can be tightly matched with the rotating shaft 201a of the motor 200, and the second hole section 102 can be loosely matched with the outer bearing chamber structure 202a of the end cover of the motor 200. In the second state of the waterproof cover 100, as shown in fig. 7, the first hole section 101 can be loosely fitted with the rotating shaft 201a of the motor 200, and the second hole section 102 can be tightly fitted with the end cover outer bearing chamber structure 202a of the motor 200.
What needs to be explained here is: the above-mentioned "tight fit" means an interference fit, and "loose fit" means a clearance fit.
As shown in fig. 6, the waterproof cover 100 is suitable for the motor 200 placed vertically in the first state, in which the waterproof cover 100 has the first hole section 101 tightly matched with the rotating shaft 201a of the motor 200, and the second hole section 102 is loosely matched with the outer bearing chamber structure 202a of the end cover of the motor 200, so that the waterproof cover 100 can rotate along with the rotating shaft 201a of the motor 200, and the protection grade of the motor 200 placed vertically reaches the standard. As shown in fig. 7, the waterproof cover 100 is suitable for the motor 200 placed horizontally in the second state, in which the waterproof cover 100 has the first hole section 101 loosely fitted with the rotating shaft 201a of the motor 200, and the second hole section 102 tightly fitted with the outer bearing chamber structure 202a of the end cover of the motor 200, so as to achieve the standard of protection level in the state of placing the motor 200 horizontally.
In the above example, the waterproof cover 100 can realize compatibility of two horizontal and vertical mounting structures of the motor 200 through different assemblies, meets the protection level requirement under each mounting mode, realizes a double structure by a single material, and is universal by one set of dies, so that the degree of universalization is high.
In order to achieve the technical effect of the adjustable aperture of the first hole section 101, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the waterproof cover 100 has a first base 21, and the first base 21 may be located at one end of the waterproof cover 100. The first base 21 is provided with a first a-connection arm 22 at one end in the circumferential direction of the waterproof cover 100, and a second a-connection arm 23 at the other end. One end of the first a connection arm 22 may be integrally formed at one end of the first base 21 to achieve connection with one end of the first base 21. Similarly, one end of the second a connection arm 23 may be integrally formed at the other end of the first base 21 to achieve connection with the other end of the first base 21. Wherein both the first a-connection arm 22 and the second a-connection arm 23 are adapted to cooperate with the first base 21 to enclose the aforementioned first bore section 101. The position of the first a-connection arm 22 and/or the second a-connection arm 23 in the circumferential direction of the first bore section 101 is adjustable to adjust the bore diameter of the first bore section 101.
In order to make the position of the first a-connection arm 22 and/or the second a-connection arm 23 in the circumferential direction of the first hole section 101 adjustable, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, one of the first a-connection arm 22 and the second a-connection arm 23 is provided with a first a-connection portion 201, and the other is provided with two or more second a-connection portions 202 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first hole section 101. Both the first a-connection arm 22 and the second a-connection arm 23 are connected by a first a-connection portion 201 and a second a-connection portion 202. The first a connection portion 201 is configured to connect with a second a connection portion 202, which is different from the first a connection portion, so as to adjust a position of the first a connection arm 22 and/or the second a connection arm 23 in the circumferential direction of the first hole section 101, and further adjust an aperture of the first hole section 101. What needs to be explained here is: one of the first and second a-connection parts 201 and 202 may be a positioning column and the other one is a positioning hole.
In the above example, by providing the first base 21, the first a-connecting arm 22, and the second a-connecting arm 23 to enclose the aforementioned first hole section 101, and the first a-connecting portion 201 on the first a-connecting arm 22 is connected with the different second a-connecting portion 202 on the second a-connecting arm 23, the effect of adjusting the aperture of the first hole section 101 can be achieved.
Further, the first base 21, the first a connecting arm 22 and the second a connecting arm 23 are all connected to the cover 1 of the waterproof cover 100 at one end along the central line direction of the first hole section, and are in sealing fit with the cover 1, so that the joint of the first base 21, the first a connecting arm 22 and the second a connecting arm 23 and the cover 1 can be prevented from leaking rainwater, and the waterproof performance of the waterproof cover for the motor can be improved.
One ends of the first base 21, the first a connecting arm 22 and the second a connecting arm 23 along the center line direction of the first hole section are all fixed on the cover 1 of the waterproof cover 100, and the cover 1 of the waterproof cover 100 can expand and contract in the circumferential direction under the driving of the first a connecting arm 22 and the second a connecting arm 23.
In the above example, the one ends of the first base 21, the first a connecting arm 22, and the second a connecting arm 23 are connected to the cover 1 in a fixed manner, so that the connection stability of the first base 21, the first a connecting arm 22, and the second a connecting arm 23 to the cover 1 can be improved. In addition, since the cover body 1 of the waterproof cover 100 is driven by the first a-connection arm 22 and the second a-connection arm 23 to expand and contract in the circumferential direction, the change in the connection positions of both the first a-connection arm 22 and the second a-connection arm 23 in the circumferential direction is not affected.
In a specific application example, one end of the first base 21, the first a connecting arm 22 and the second a connecting arm 23 along the central line direction of the first hole section may be integrally formed on the cover 1, so as to realize connection with the cover 1 and seal fit with the cover 1. Wherein, integrated into one piece's mode connection stability and sealed effect are all preferred.
The cover 1 of the waterproof cover 100 may be made of an elastic material, so that the cover 1 may be expanded and contracted in the circumferential direction by the first and second a-connection arms 22 and 23. Specifically, the elastic material may be elastic plastic such as silica gel. Similarly, the first base 21, the first a-connecting arm 22, and the second a-connecting arm 23 may be made of an elastic material, for example, the same material as that of the cover 1.
In order to achieve the technical effect of the adjustable aperture of the second hole section 102, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the waterproof cover 100 has a second base 31, and the second base 31 may be located at the other end of the waterproof cover 100. The second base 31 is provided with a first B connection arm 32 at one end in the waterproof cover circumferential direction and a second B connection arm 33 at the other end. One end of the first B connecting arm 32 may be integrally formed at one end of the second base 31, so as to connect with one end of the second base 31. Similarly, one end of the second B connection arm 33 may be integrally formed at the other end of the second base 31 to achieve connection with the other end of the second base 31. Both the first B-connecting arm 32 and the second B-connecting arm 33 are adapted to cooperate with the second base 31 to define the aforementioned second bore section 102. Wherein the position of the first B-connection arm 32 and/or the second B-connection arm 33 in the circumferential direction of the second hole section 102 is adjustable to adjust the aperture of the second hole section 102).
In order to adjust the position of the first B connection arm 32 and/or the second B connection arm 33 in the circumferential direction of the second hole section 102, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, one of the first B connection arm 32 and the second B connection arm 33 is provided with a first B connection portion 301, and the other is provided with two or more second B connection portions 302 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the second hole section 102. The first B connection arm 32 and the second B connection arm 33 are both connected by the first B connection portion 301 and the second B connection portion 302. The first B connection portion 301 is configured to connect with a different second B connection portion 302, so as to adjust a position of the first B connection arm 32 and/or the second B connection arm 33 in the circumferential direction of the second hole segment 102, and further adjust an aperture of the second hole segment 102. What needs to be explained here is: one of the first B connection part 301 and the second B connection part 302 may be a positioning post, and the other one is a positioning hole.
In the above example, by providing the second base 31, the first B connection arm 32, and the second B connection arm 33 to enclose the aforementioned second hole section 102, and the first B connection portion 301 on the first B connection arm 32 is connected with the different second B connection portion 302 on the second B connection arm 33, the effect of adjusting the aperture of the second hole section 102 can be achieved.
Further, the ends of the second base 31, the first B connecting arm 32 and the second B connecting arm 33 along the center line direction of the second hole section are all connected to the cover 1 of the waterproof cover 100 and are in sealing fit with the cover 1, so that the joint of the second base 31, the first B connecting arm 32 and the second B connecting arm 33 and the cover 1 can be prevented from leaking rainwater, and the waterproof performance of the waterproof cover for the motor can be improved.
One ends of the second base 31, the first B connecting arm 32 and the second B connecting arm 33 along the center line direction of the second hole section are fixed on the cover 1 of the waterproof cover 100, and the cover 1 of the waterproof cover 100 can expand and contract in the circumferential direction under the driving of the first B connecting arm 32 and the second B connecting arm 33.
In the above example, the connection stability of the third body 31, the first B connection arm 32, and the second B connection arm 33 with the cover 1 can be improved by fixedly connecting one ends of the third body 31, the first B connection arm 32, and the second B connection arm 33 to the cover 1. In addition, since the cover body 1 of the waterproof cover 100 is brought along by the first B connection arm 32 and the second B connection arm 33 to expand and contract in the circumferential direction, the change in the connection positions of both the first B connection arm 32 and the second B connection arm 33 in the circumferential direction is not affected.
In a specific application example, one end of the second base 31, the first B connecting arm 32 and the second B connecting arm 33 along the center line direction of the second hole section may be integrally formed on the cover 1, so as to achieve connection with the cover 1 and sealing fit with the cover 1. Wherein, integrated into one piece's mode connection stability and sealed effect are all preferred.
The cover 1 of the waterproof cover 100 may be made of an elastic material, so that the cover 1 may be expanded and contracted in the circumferential direction by the first and second B connection arms 32 and 33. Specifically, the elastic material may be elastic plastic such as silica gel. Similarly, the second base 31, the first B connecting arm 32, and the second B connecting arm 33 may be made of an elastic material, for example, the same material as the cover 1.
In a specific application example, as shown in fig. 1, the waterproof cover 100 has a connection ring 4 and a cover body 1 having a frustum shape. The cover body 1 and the connecting ring 4 are sequentially butted along the central line direction of the sleeved hole. Wherein, the cover body 1 is provided with a small opening end and a large opening end, and the outer diameter of the small opening end of the cover body 1 is smaller than that of the large opening end. The aforementioned first hole section 101 is located on the small-mouth end side of the cover 1. The cover body 1 is abutted with one end of the connecting ring 4 through the inner side of the large opening end. The second hole section 102 is located on the side of the connection ring 4 facing away from the cover 1.
The connecting ring 4 has a frustum-shaped outer wall, which has a first end 41 and a second end 42 opposite to each other along the central line direction of the sleeve hole 10, and the first end 41 is close to the second hole section 102 opposite to the second end 42. The outer diameter of the first end 41 is smaller than the outer diameter of the second end 42.
In the above example, by arranging the cover 1 in a truncated cone shape, it is advantageous to disperse the water wave when installed vertically. In addition, the connection ring 4 is arranged in a frustum shape, so that water drops can slide off easily.
As shown in fig. 1, the first hole section 101 may be a straight line section, so as to increase the contact surface between the first hole section 101 and the rotating shaft 201a of the motor 200 when the motor 200 is placed vertically, thereby ensuring reliable installation. The second hole section 102 may be a straight line section, so as to increase the contact surface between the second hole section 102 and the outer end cover bearing chamber structure of the motor 200 when the motor 200 is placed horizontally, thereby ensuring reliable installation.
What needs to be explained here is: the first hole section 101 and the second hole section 102 may be circular hole sections, square or irregular hole structures, and the like.
The invention also provides a motor structure which can comprise the motor waterproof cover of any one of the above.
