determining scientific research influence factors related to scientific research projects;
generating project result evaluation indexes according to the scientific research influence factors and the extraction results;
acquiring declaration information;
calculating the matching degree of project achievement indexes and the declaration information;
and when the matching degree meets the set requirement, generating project declaration notification information, and sending the project declaration notification information to the terminal for display at the terminal.
2. The method for managing research data of colleges and universities according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining and summarizing the research data of various sources to obtain a summarized result comprises:
acquiring academic papers, scientific research project reports, patent books and academic news by adopting ELT tools and API plug-ins to obtain initial data;
and carrying out classified summarization on the initial data to obtain a summarization result.

determining core technical key information of scientific research projects to obtain technical keywords; for extracting core technical key information, text data are filtered based on a language model to determine a first candidate word set, then words belonging to technical knowledge graph nodes are screened out of the first candidate word set by utilizing a pre-built technical knowledge graph, words meeting the requirements for times appearing in the scientific item data are screened out of the words, a second candidate word set is determined, words appearing in the utility model content or the utility model content part of the patent and appearing in journals and papers are screened out from the second candidate word set, a third candidate word set is obtained, and expansion of approximate words is needed to be adopted for the third candidate word set and correction is needed to be carried out by corresponding scientific researchers.
