Thus, the user side can hear the audio output by the right channel and the left channel. Therefore, the problem of poor user experience caused by no sound of one loudspeaker can be avoided. Namely, the method and the device realize that the background audio channel is not interfered by the triggering audio through sacrificing the tone quality (without a left channel), and improve the user experience.
The method in step 132 is similar to the method in step 131, and is merely a left-right channel switching, which is not described herein.
In one embodiment of the present application, the method principle of mixing background audio into mono background audio is shown in fig. 4. Mixing is to adjust the left channel and the right channel (the left channel L1 and the right channel R1 corresponding to the sound source 1 and the left channel L2 and the right channel R2 corresponding to the sound source 2) from the same sound source according to a preset amplitude control, process the signals through a mixer and a gain unit, guide the digital signals into a coder and decoder (CODEC) through a PDM (Pulse Density Modulation) interface, convert the digital signals into analog signals (DAC) through the CODEC, and output the analog signals as required, for example, in fig. 4, adjust the R2 of the sound source 2 to be output together with the L1 of the sound source 1 through the left and right channels of the same earphone; the audio information of the left channel and the right channel is combined into one channel L1orR2 for output, namely, the left channel and the right channel of the same sound source (background audio) are combined into one channel for output after the mixing is completed, so that the loss of information when the two channels of the peripheral channel respectively output the two sound sources can be avoided. Most of the audio is dual-channel, if the audio is directly output, a user can only acquire the content in a single channel, so that information is lost, the left channel and the right channel of the audio are mixed and then output, and therefore, although the dual-channel effect is lost through single-channel output, the user can acquire the complete information of the dual channels of the audio, and the loss of the information in the audio is avoided.
In one embodiment of the present application, a default speaker is disposed on the multi-channel audio output control device, referring to fig. 2, the target output channel includes a default channel, the default channel includes a channel connected to the default speaker and playing audio through the default speaker, and controlling to trigger audio to output through the target output channel in step 130 includes:
step 133, controlling the left channel to be connected with a default loudspeaker, taking the left channel as the default channel, and outputting the trigger audio to the default loudspeaker through the left channel; or (b)
Step 134, controlling the right channel to be connected with the default speaker, taking the right channel as the default channel, and outputting the trigger audio to the default speaker through the right channel.
According to the scheme, the left and right channels of the original peripheral channel are disconnected through the step 131 or the step 132, the disconnected channels are used as default channels, and trigger audio is output to a default loudspeaker through the disconnected channels. Specifically, both the above-described cases of step 133 and step 134 are included.
When the left audio switch corresponding to the left channel is disconnected, the left channel is controlled to be connected with the default loudspeaker, the left channel is used as the default channel, the trigger audio is output to the default loudspeaker through the left channel, and the right channel normally outputs the background audio at the moment. Under the condition of external peripheral equipment, the left channel of the peripheral equipment channel is taken as a target output channel, and the right channel is taken as a background audio channel; if the right audio switch corresponding to the right channel is disconnected, when the audio is output through the peripheral channel, the speaker (the left speaker and the right speaker) of the peripheral channel and the default speaker can both sound and respectively serve as the target output channel and the background audio channel, the played audio cannot be mutually influenced, the mutual interference of different audio input is further avoided, and the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment of the present application, a default connection switch is provided between the left channel and the default speaker or the right channel and the default speaker are directly provided with the default connection switch.
Controlling the left channel to connect with the default speaker in step 133 includes: the default connection switch is controlled to close so that the left channel outputs audio to the default speaker.
Controlling the right channel to connect with the default speaker in step 134 includes: the default connection switch is controlled to close so that the left channel outputs audio to the default speaker.
After the left audio switch or the right audio switch is turned off, the self trigger audio in the left channel or the right channel which stops outputting the audio to the loudspeaker is output to the default loudspeaker, so that the loudspeaker connected with the peripheral channel and the default loudspeaker respectively output the background audio and the trigger audio, and users using the peripheral (left and right loudspeakers) and using the default loudspeaker cannot interfere with each other.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, a default speaker is disposed on the multi-channel audio output control device, and the target output channel includes a default channel, where the default channel includes a channel that connects to the default speaker and plays audio through the default speaker; the method for controlling the triggering audio to be output through the target output channel in step 130 includes:
And outputting the triggering audio to the default loudspeaker through a default channel.
If the background audio is played in the default channel, due to the fact that the synchronous output state is set, when the trigger audio is analyzed out of the default channel and is output to the default loudspeaker through the default channel, the background audio can be kept in the play state in the default loudspeaker without being interrupted, and therefore the influence on a user using the loudspeaker to listen to the background audio when the trigger audio is played is reduced.
The difference between the two schemes of fig. 2 and 3 is that fig. 2 effectively uses the cut-off left and right channels to output directly as default channels. While fig. 3 directly discards the cut left and right channels, and directly outputs them from the default channel. The default connection switch described above may not be required to be provided with the scheme of fig. 3. It should be noted that, the default channel and the peripheral channel in the present application are hardware channels set by the audio output control device, and have actual hardware content. Whereas the background audio channel and the target output channel of the present application are channels on the characteristics, which are channels for outputting specific audio. For example, the background audio channel represents a channel for outputting background audio, and the target output channel represents a channel for outputting trigger audio. These channels may be hardware channels as described above and the output needs to be done by means of the hardware channels as described above.
In one embodiment of the present application, controlling the triggering audio output through the target output channel in step 130 includes:
and if the trigger audios from a plurality of sound sources are received at the same time, sequencing all the trigger audios according to a preset priority to obtain an audio play list, and controlling the trigger audios to be output through the target output channel one by one according to the audio play list.
Further, if the same target output channel simultaneously comprises trigger audios of a plurality of sound sources, all the trigger audios are sequenced according to a preset priority to obtain an audio play list, and the trigger audios are controlled to be output through the target output channels one by one according to the audio play list, namely if the trigger audios of the plurality of sound sources correspond to different target output channels, the trigger audios are directly output through different target output channels.
If trigger audios from a plurality of sound sources are received at the same time, the trigger audios of all the sound sources can not be heard when the trigger audios of the sound sources are directly and simultaneously played, the priority of each sound source is preset at the moment, the audio corresponding to the sound sources is sequentially played according to the priority, and the situation that the content can not be heard after the simultaneous playing is avoided; for example, the priority ranking may be set to a cashier alert tone, a takeaway alert tone, a welcome voice; and when the trigger audio of three different sound sources of the cashing prompting sound, the takeaway prompting sound and the welcome voice are received simultaneously, the three different sound sources are sequentially played according to the order of the cashing prompting sound, the takeaway prompting sound and the welcome voice.
The application embodiments of the present application are specifically described below, and the present application may apply the above solution to electronic devices such as cash registers. Taking the cash register as an example, when the cash register itself contains a default speaker, the cash register is further connected with a peripheral channel (a channel dedicated to playing background audio, wherein the peripheral channel is usually an earphone channel in the cash register, and if a merchant selects to output the background audio in the form of bluetooth, such a special bluetooth channel for playing the background audio may also be a peripheral channel).
After the cash register adopts the multi-channel audio output control method in the invention, the effects achieved are collated in the following table 1:

Through the implementation condition of the table, after the scheme of the application is applied, the device with the plurality of audio output channels can realize the maximum utilization of each audio output channel, namely, the device can output through different audio output channels when a plurality of audio inputs exist, so that the targeted experience improvement of users corresponding to different audio output channels is realized.
Referring to fig. 5, the present invention further provides a multi-channel audio output control device, which includes a plurality of audio output channels and a controller, wherein the plurality of audio output channels include at least one background audio channel, and the background audio channel is used for outputting background audio;
The background audio channel or the target output channel comprises a peripheral channel, the peripheral channel comprises a left channel and a right channel, the left channel is connected with a left loudspeaker, the right channel is connected with a right loudspeaker, and a left audio switch is configured on the left channel and/or a right audio switch is configured on the right channel;
an audio intercommunication switch is arranged between the left speaker and the right speaker;
in one embodiment of the present application, a default speaker is provided on the multi-channel audio output control device, and the target output channel includes a default channel, where the default channel includes a channel that connects to the default speaker and plays audio through the default speaker;
it can be seen that a multi-channel audio output control device according to the present invention includes a plurality of specific embodiments, and one of the embodiments is illustrated in fig. 5: when the peripheral channel receives the background audio and the trigger audio simultaneously, namely, the peripheral channel is used as the background audio channel and the target output channel simultaneously, the traditional method can output the background audio and the trigger audio from the left channel and the right channel respectively; further, an audio intercommunication switch can be arranged to be communicated with the left speaker and the right speaker, so that the left speaker can also receive and output an audio signal of a right channel when the left audio switch is turned off, and misunderstanding of carrying out equipment hardware faults to a user is avoided; meanwhile, the communication switch of the left channel and the default channel is closed, so that the audio signal in the left channel can be output through the default loudspeaker, and the audio received by the left channel can be normally output while the user of the peripheral channel is not disturbed; further advantageous effects have been described in the above method and are not described here in detail;
The controller is used for executing each step in the multi-channel audio output control method. The specific steps and effects of the multi-channel audio output control method have been described above, and are not repeated here.
Referring to fig. 6, the present invention further provides an electronic device 300, including a memory 301, a processor 302, and a computer program stored in the memory 301 and running on the processor 302, where the processor 302 implements the steps in a multi-channel audio output control method as described above when executing the computer program.
The beneficial effects of the electronic device of the present invention are the same as the above method, and will not be described here again.

Claims (6)

1. A multi-channel audio output control method for a multi-channel audio output control device, the output control device comprising a plurality of audio output channels including at least one background audio channel for outputting background audio, the method comprising:
Judging whether the background audio channel is in a state of outputting background audio, and controlling the plurality of audio output channels to enter a synchronous output state when the background audio channel is in the state of outputting the background audio, wherein the plurality of audio output channels simultaneously output the audio on the respective channels in the synchronous output state;
when trigger audio is input, receiving the trigger audio, and analyzing corresponding channel information in the trigger audio to obtain a target output channel, wherein the trigger audio comprises other audio except the background audio;
controlling the triggering audio to be output through the target output channel, and simultaneously controlling the background audio to be output through the background audio channel;
the background audio channel or the target output channel comprises a peripheral channel, the peripheral channel comprises a left channel and a right channel, the left channel is connected with a left loudspeaker, the right channel is connected with a right loudspeaker, and a left audio switch and/or a right audio switch are/is configured on the left channel; an audio intercommunication switch is arranged between the left speaker and the right speaker; the method for controlling the background audio to be output through the background audio channel comprises the following steps:
When the peripheral channel receives background audio and trigger audio at the same time, the left audio switch is controlled to be turned off, so that the left channel stops outputting audio to the left loudspeaker, and the background audio is mixed into mono background audio; outputting the mono background audio to the right speaker through the right channel; controlling the audio intercommunication switch to be closed so that the left loudspeaker and the right loudspeaker play the mono background audio; or (b)
Controlling the right audio switch to be switched off so as to stop the right channel from outputting audio to the right loudspeaker, and mixing the background audio into mono background audio; outputting the mono background audio to the left speaker through the left channel; controlling the audio intercommunication switch to be closed so that the left loudspeaker and the right loudspeaker play the mono background audio;
the multi-channel audio output control device is provided with a default loudspeaker, the target output channel comprises a default channel, and the default channel comprises a channel which is connected with the default loudspeaker and plays audio through the default loudspeaker; the method for controlling the triggering audio to be output through the target output channel comprises the following steps:
Controlling the left channel to be connected with the default loudspeaker, taking the left channel as a default channel, and outputting the trigger audio to the default loudspeaker through the left channel; or (b)
And controlling the right channel to be connected with the default loudspeaker, taking the right channel as the default channel, and outputting the trigger audio to the default loudspeaker through the right channel.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein a default connection switch is provided between the left channel and the default speaker, and the controlling the left channel to be connected to the default speaker includes:
and controlling the default connection switch to be closed so that the left channel outputs audio to the default loudspeaker.
3. The method for controlling multi-channel audio output according to claim 1, wherein the method for analyzing the corresponding channel information in the trigger audio to obtain the target output channel comprises:
analyzing the trigger audio and determining the type of the trigger audio;
and confirming channel information according to the type of the triggering audio to obtain a target output channel.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein said controlling the output of the trigger audio through the target output channel comprises:
and if trigger audios from a plurality of audio sources are received at the same time, sequencing all the trigger audios according to a preset priority to obtain an audio play list, and controlling the trigger audios to be output through the target output channel one by one according to the audio play list.

A multi-channel audio output control device, comprising a plurality of audio output channels and a controller, wherein the plurality of audio output channels comprise at least one background audio channel, the background audio channel is used for outputting background audio, and the controller is used for executing the following method:
judging whether the background audio channel is in a state of outputting background audio, and controlling the plurality of audio output channels to enter a synchronous output state when the background audio channel is in the state of outputting the background audio, wherein the plurality of audio output channels simultaneously output the audio on the respective channels in the synchronous output state;
when trigger audio is input, receiving the trigger audio, and analyzing corresponding channel information in the trigger audio to obtain a target output channel, wherein the trigger audio comprises other audio except the background audio;
Controlling the triggering audio to be output through the target output channel, and simultaneously controlling the background audio to be output through the background audio channel; the background audio channel or the target output channel comprises a peripheral channel, the peripheral channel comprises a left channel and a right channel, the left channel is connected with a left loudspeaker, the right channel is connected with a right loudspeaker, and a left audio switch and/or a right audio switch are/is configured on the left channel; an audio intercommunication switch is arranged between the left speaker and the right speaker;
when the peripheral channel receives background audio and trigger audio at the same time, the left audio switch is controlled to be turned off, so that the left channel stops outputting audio to the left loudspeaker, and the background audio is mixed into mono background audio; outputting the mono background audio to the right speaker through the right channel; controlling the audio intercommunication switch to be closed so that the left loudspeaker and the right loudspeaker play the mono background audio; or (b)
Controlling the right audio switch to be switched off so as to stop the right channel from outputting audio to the right loudspeaker, and mixing the background audio into mono background audio; outputting the mono background audio to the left speaker through the left channel; controlling the audio intercommunication switch to be closed so that the left loudspeaker and the right loudspeaker play the mono background audio;
