Description

Refrigerant circulation abnormality detection method and air conditioner
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of air conditioners, in particular to a refrigerant circulation abnormality detection method and an air conditioner.
Background
The air conditioner stop valve is an important component in an air conditioning system and has the main function of controlling the circulation of refrigerant in the air conditioning system so as to achieve the purposes of temperature adjustment and energy conservation. When the air conditioning system needs to refrigerate, the stop valve can be opened to enable the refrigerant to flow through the refrigerator and the evaporator, so that the indoor temperature is reduced. When the air conditioning system does not need to refrigerate, the stop valve can be closed to prevent the refrigerant from flowing out and air from flowing in.
However, at the time of after-sales installation, there often occurs a case where the closing valve is forgotten to be opened after the completion of the installation or the closing valve is forgotten to be opened after the operation. In the running process of the air conditioner, if the stop valve is closed, abnormal refrigerant circulation conditions can occur, and the normal running of the air conditioner is affected. The existing closing protection detection of the stop valve is to judge whether the stop valve is opened or not by using the same method in a fixed period of time, so that the reliability of judgment cannot be ensured.
Therefore, the reliability of the method for detecting the refrigerant circulation abnormality needs to be further improved.

Referring to fig. 1, the air conditioner performs cooling by a compressor 20, which includes: the low-temperature low-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters the compressor 20 through the first stop valve 101 of the compressor 20, is compressed by the compressor 20 and becomes high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, the high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant flows to the condenser 30 through the second stop valve 102 to be cooled, the low-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant is liquefied in the condenser 30, heat generated by the liquefaction is discharged to the outside along with the outdoor fan 40, the low-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant is depressurized through the throttling mechanism 50 and becomes low-temperature low-pressure liquid refrigerant easy to evaporate, the low-temperature low-pressure liquid refrigerant flows to the evaporator in the room, the evaporator absorbs the heat in the air to evaporate and evaporate, the ambient temperature is reduced, the air is blown into the room along with the indoor fan 70, the effect of reducing the room temperature is achieved, and meanwhile, the gaseous refrigerant evaporated by the evaporator 60 enters the compressor 20 through the first stop valve 101 of the compressor 20 again to be reciprocally circulated. That is, when the air conditioner normally performs the cooling mode, both the first shut-off valve 101 and the second shut-off valve 102 are in an open state. When either the first stop valve 101 or the second stop valve 102 is closed, abnormal refrigerant circulation is caused, so that not only effective cooling cannot be realized, but also the temperature of the compressor 20 is too high, and the compressor 20 is damaged.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for detecting abnormal refrigerant circulation, which is applied to an air conditioner. The method for detecting the refrigerant circulation abnormality comprises the following steps:
s11, sampling the outdoor environment temperature at the starting time, the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time, the current indoor environment temperature, the compressor operating frequency, the indoor heat exchange tube temperature, the outdoor heat exchange tube temperature and the indoor current value, and transmitting a sampling signal.
S12, detecting the running time of the air conditioner and outputting a judgment strategy signal.
S13, receiving a judgment strategy signal, selecting a sampling signal according to the judgment strategy signal, judging according to the sampling signal, and making an instruction that the refrigerant circulation has abnormal faults.
S14, receiving the instruction and controlling the air conditioner to stop protecting when the refrigerant circulation abnormality is met.
It can be understood that by timely protecting after determining that the refrigerant circulation has abnormal faults, the reliability and stability of the operation of the air conditioner can be improved, and the user experience is better.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, detecting the air conditioner operation time, outputting the judgment policy signal includes: if the running time of the air conditioner is longer than a first preset time length, outputting a first judgment strategy signal; the first judgment policy signal includes:
s111a, judging whether the outdoor environment temperature at the starting moment falls into a preset outdoor temperature range;
s111b, judging whether the indoor environment temperature at the starting moment falls into a preset indoor temperature range;
s111c, judging whether the operation frequency of the compressor is larger than or equal to the preset operation frequency of the compressor;
if the outdoor environment temperature at the starting time, the indoor environment temperature at the starting time and the compressor running frequency all meet the conditions,
s112a, judging that the preset time t is reached 1 Whether the temperature drop value delta T of the heat exchange tube at the inner side and the outer side is larger than or equal to a preset change temperature value or not;
s112b, judging whether the operation frequency reduction value of the compressor is smaller than or equal to 0;
the temperature drop value of the outdoor heat exchange tube and the running frequency drop value of the compressor meet the conditions,
s113a, judging that the preset time t is reached 2 Whether the difference value between the temperature of the heat exchange tube at the outer side and the temperature of the outdoor environment is smaller than or equal to a first preset temperature difference value or not and lasts for a first preset time;
s113b, whether the indoor current value is less than or equal to a current preset value,
s114, if the difference value between the temperature of the outdoor side heat exchange tube and the outdoor environment temperature, the duration time and the indoor current value meet the conditions, an instruction that the refrigerant circulation has abnormal faults is made.
It will be understood that the judgment in S112a and S112b is based on the normal circulation of the refrigerant during the normal operation of the air conditioner, the compressor normally compresses, the temperature of the outdoor heat exchange tube does not change significantly, and when the operating frequency of the compressor does not change significantly and the temperature of the outdoor heat exchange tube drops sharply, the abnormality of the outdoor heat exchange tube is illustrated. It is necessary to further determine whether or not the refrigerant circulation abnormality is confirmed.
The judgment of S113a and S113b is performed within 360S after the conditions of S112a and S112b are satisfied, that is, after the conditions of S112a and S112b are satisfied, if the conditions of S113a and S113b are not satisfied within 360S, the judgment of S112a and S112b is repeated, and if the conditions of S113a and S113b are satisfied within 360S, an instruction is given that the refrigerant cycle has an abnormal failure.
In some embodiments, the first preset duration is 300s, where s is a unit of time: second. I.e. the above-mentioned judging method is applicable to 300s, ++ infinity ]. It is understood that various indexes of the air conditioner, such as indoor temperature, outdoor temperature, compressor frequency, etc., gradually become stable after the compressor starts to operate for 300 s. The first judgment strategy signal is a detection strategy for the circulation condition of the refrigerant which is applied after 300S from the moment when the compressor starts to operate.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the first decision strategy signal comprises:
if the outdoor environment temperature is less than or equal to 45 ℃ at the starting time and is less than or equal to 15 ℃, the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to 45 ℃ at the starting time and is less than or equal to 15 ℃, and the running frequency of the compressor is more than or equal to 40Hz;
the temperature drop value DeltaT of the outdoor side heat exchange tube within 1min is more than or equal to 3, and the operating frequency drop value of the compressor is less than or equal to 0;
and if the difference value between the temperature of the outdoor side heat exchange tube and the outdoor environment temperature is less than or equal to 1.5 and the indoor current value is less than or equal to 1.5A, making a command that the refrigerant circulation has abnormal faults.
The judgment of S111a and S111b indicates that the air conditioner is in a harsher environment when running in the environment with the temperature above 45 ℃ or below 15 ℃ and is easy to influence the normal running of the air conditioner, so that the outdoor environment temperature at the starting time of 15 ℃ is less than or equal to 45 ℃ and the indoor environment temperature at the starting time of 15 ℃ is less than or equal to 45 ℃ are required to be met, the air conditioner is determined to be in the normal environment, and then whether the stop valve is closed or not is detected, namely, the refrigerant circulation condition is detected.
Accordingly, if the above condition is not satisfied, the air conditioner maintains the current state operation.
In some embodiments, under the condition of the first judgment policy signal, the air conditioner enters the refrigerant circulation cut-off protection when the refrigerant circulation is abnormal, including: and (5) shutting down the compressor and outputting abnormal information of refrigerant circulation.
It will be appreciated that shutting down the compressor may restore the indoor unit to a normal state, avoiding damage caused by excessive compressor temperatures.
The abnormal refrigerant circulation information can be output by adopting the conventional technical means in the field, such as voice control alarm, fault code display or sending to a preset client, so that a user can know the abnormal refrigerant circulation state in time and take maintenance measures in time, the humanization is better, and the reliability is better.
In some embodiments, after the shutdown is performed for a preset period of time, the method further includes starting the compressor, clearing abnormal refrigerant circulation information, resuming operation, and re-entering detection of abnormal refrigerant circulation. When the operation is resumed again, the time length is counted after the compressor is started.
In some embodiments, the preset time period may be 3min to 5min, for example, may be 3min, 3.5min, 4min, 4.5min, etc.
In some embodiments, after detecting the abnormal refrigerant circulation, the judging strategy signal may mostly refer to the first judging strategy signal, and only different judging conditions are described in detail below:
at a preset time t 2 And judging whether the difference value between the temperature of the outdoor side heat exchange tube and the outdoor environment temperature is smaller than or equal to a first preset temperature difference value or not, and judging whether the first preset time is continued or not. More specifically, the difference between the outdoor side heat exchange tube temperature and the outdoor ambient temperature was judged to be 1.5 or less, but it was not judged to last for 3 minutes any more.
If the refrigerant circulation is determined to be normal again, the current state is maintained to continue operation, and if the refrigerant circulation is determined to have abnormal faults again, namely, after the abnormal faults of the refrigerant circulation are determined continuously twice, the air conditioner is protected from the abnormal refrigerant circulation and is not restored to operation.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4 and 5, detecting the operation time of the air conditioner, outputting the judgment policy signal includes: if the running time of the air conditioner is smaller than the first preset time length, outputting a second judgment strategy signal; the second judgment policy signal includes:
s121 a, judging whether the outdoor environment temperature at the starting moment falls into a preset outdoor temperature range;
s121 b, judging whether the indoor environment temperature at the starting moment falls into a preset indoor temperature range;
s121 c, judging whether the operation frequency of the compressor is larger than or equal to the preset operation frequency of the compressor;
s121 d, judging whether the absolute value of the difference between the indoor environment temperature at the starting time and the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time is smaller than or equal to a second preset temperature difference;
s121 e, judging whether the difference value between the indoor environment temperature and the indoor side heat exchange tube temperature is smaller than or equal to a third preset temperature difference value;
s122, if the outdoor environment temperature at the starting time, the indoor environment temperature at the starting time, the operating frequency of the compressor, the absolute value of the difference value of the indoor environment temperature at the starting time and the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time, and the difference value of the indoor environment temperature and the indoor heat exchange tube temperature all meet the conditions, an instruction that the refrigerant circulation has abnormal faults is given.
In some embodiments, if the air conditioner operation time is greater than the second preset time period and less than or equal to the first preset time period, the second judgment policy signal further includes:
s121 f, judging whether the difference value between the temperature of the indoor heat exchange tube at the starting time and the minimum value of the temperature of the indoor heat exchange tube is smaller than or equal to a fourth preset temperature difference value.
Further, in some embodiments, if the air conditioner operation time is greater than a second preset time period and less than or equal to the first preset time period, the second judgment policy signal includes: if the outdoor environment temperature is less than or equal to 45 ℃ at the moment of starting up at 15 ℃, the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to 45 ℃ at the moment of starting up at 15 ℃, and the running frequency of the compressor is more than or equal to 40Hz; and when the absolute value of the difference between the indoor environment temperature at the starting time and the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time is less than or equal to 1.5 ℃, the difference between the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time and the minimum value of the indoor heat exchange tube temperature is less than or equal to 1.5 ℃, an instruction that the refrigerant circulation has abnormal faults is made.
In some embodiments, the second predetermined time period is 90s, i.e., the above-mentioned judging method is applicable to (90 s,300 s).
In other embodiments, if the air conditioner operation time is less than or equal to a second preset duration, the second judgment policy signal further includes:
s121g, judging whether the difference value between the temperature of the indoor heat exchange tube at the starting time and the minimum value of the temperature of the indoor heat exchange tube at the running time is smaller than or equal to a fifth preset temperature difference value.
Further, in some embodiments, if the air conditioner operation time is greater than a second preset time period and less than or equal to the first preset time period, the second judgment policy signal includes: if the outdoor environment temperature is less than or equal to 45 ℃ at the moment of starting up at 15 ℃, the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to 45 ℃ at the moment of starting up at 15 ℃, and the running frequency of the compressor is more than or equal to 40Hz; and when the absolute value of the difference between the indoor environment temperature at the starting time and the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time is less than or equal to 1.5 ℃, the difference between the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time and the minimum value of the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the inner side of the operating time is less than or equal to 1.5 ℃, an instruction that the refrigerant circulation has abnormal faults is given.
In some embodiments, the second preset duration is 90s, that is, the above-mentioned judging method is applicable to (0 s,90 s).
The difference between the second preset time length and the time length from the second preset time length to the first preset time length is that the difference between the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time and the minimum value of the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the inner side of the operating time length is less than or equal to 1.5 ℃ and the difference between the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time and the minimum value of the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time is less than or equal to 1.5 ℃. Because the temperature of the indoor heat exchange tube of the air conditioner changes rapidly within 90s, the difference between the temperature of the indoor heat exchange tube and the minimum value of the temperature of the indoor heat exchange tube at the starting time is required to be judged to be less than or equal to 1.5 ℃, and when the compressor operates for 90-300 s, the change rate of the temperature of the indoor heat exchange tube is reduced, and the real-time temperature of the indoor heat exchange tube can be adopted for judging.
In some embodiments, under the condition of the second judgment policy signal, the air conditioner enters the refrigerant circulation cut-off protection when the refrigerant circulation is abnormal, including: and (5) shutting down the compressor and outputting abnormal information of refrigerant circulation.
In some embodiments, after the shutdown is performed for a preset period of time, the method further includes starting the compressor, clearing abnormal refrigerant circulation information, resuming operation, and re-entering detection of abnormal refrigerant circulation.
In some embodiments, after detecting the abnormal refrigerant circulation, the judging strategy signal may mostly refer to the second judging strategy signal, and only different judging conditions are described in detail below:
and whether the absolute value of the difference between the indoor environment temperature at the starting time and the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time is smaller than or equal to a second preset temperature difference is not judged. More specifically, the absolute value of the difference between the indoor environment temperature at the starting time and the indoor heat exchange tube temperature at the starting time is not more than 1.5 ℃.
It should be further noted that, the number of abnormal refrigerant circulation times determined in the second preset time period and the second preset time period to the first preset time period may be superimposed, for example, if the abnormal refrigerant circulation is determined in the second preset time period for the first time, and after the operation is resumed again, the abnormal refrigerant circulation is determined in the second preset time period to the third preset time period, that is, the abnormal refrigerant circulation is determined twice continuously. The number of refrigerant circulation anomalies determined outside the first preset time period is not overlapped with the number of refrigerant circulation anomalies determined in the first preset time period, for example, the refrigerant circulation anomalies are determined in the second preset time period for the first time, and the refrigerant circulation anomalies are determined outside the first preset time period after the operation is resumed again, so that the refrigerant circulation anomalies are not determined as two continuous determinations; for another example, the refrigerant circulation abnormality is determined for the first time outside the first preset time period, and the refrigerant circulation abnormality is determined for the second time period after the operation is resumed again, and the refrigerant circulation abnormality can be determined for two consecutive times.
It can be understood that the abnormal refrigerant circulation is continuously determined twice, which means that the air conditioner is difficult to restore to the normal operation state by itself, if the compressor is forced to restore to the operation by itself, the air conditioner may be damaged, and the air conditioner is required to restore to the normal operation by human intervention maintenance, thereby protecting the air conditioner and prolonging the service life of the air conditioner.
According to the method for detecting the refrigerant circulation abnormality, which is provided by the application, the state of the air conditioner indoor unit is different due to the fact that the compressor is powered on for a single time, different strategies are selected to detect the refrigerant circulation abnormality according to the operation time of the compressor, so that the refrigerant circulation abnormality can be detected at all scene moments, the detection reliability is improved, and the refrigerant circulation abnormality can be detected in time so as to take corresponding protection measures to protect the compressor and the air conditioner.
