Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-5, the present application provides a method for detecting filth blockage of an air conditioner, which includes:
s100, acquiring a target image of a target area of the air conditioner, and performing binarization processing on the target image to obtain a target binarized image.
Here, the step S100 includes:
the method comprises the steps of presetting a first preset threshold value, a second preset threshold value, a third preset threshold value and a first preset proportion.
Preferably, the first preset threshold is preferably 50%, the third preset threshold is preferably 60%, and the first preset proportion is preferably 90%.
It should be noted that, by a plurality of experiments, the first preset threshold is preferably 50%, the third preset threshold is preferably 60%, and the first preset proportion is preferably 90% for those skilled in the art, it is possible to better implement air conditioner filth blockage detection through image analysis.
Specifically, the S100 further includes:
obtaining a target image of a target area of the air conditioner, carrying out gray processing on the target image to obtain a target gray image of the target area of the air conditioner, judging whether the gray value of each pixel point in the target gray image is larger than or equal to a second preset threshold value, and carrying out binarization processing on each pixel point in the target image according to a judging result.
It can be understood that the range of gray values of each pixel point in the target gray image is [ 0, 255 ].
Specifically, the binarizing processing is performed on each pixel point in the target image according to the judging result, including:
if the gray value of a pixel point in the target gray image is greater than or equal to a second preset threshold value, binarizing the pixel point into a white pixel point;
and if the gray value of a certain pixel point in the target gray image is smaller than a second preset threshold value, binarizing the pixel point into black pixel points.
Specifically, before S100, the method further includes:
obtaining an initial image of a target area when the air conditioner is just delivered from the factory, carrying out gray processing on the initial image to obtain an initial gray image of the target area when the air conditioner is just delivered from the factory, obtaining gray values of all pixel points in the initial gray image, calculating products of the gray values of all pixel points in the initial gray image and a first preset proportion to serve as second preset thresholds corresponding to all pixel points, judging whether the gray values of all pixel points in the target gray image are larger than or equal to the second preset thresholds corresponding to all pixel points, and carrying out binarization processing on all pixel points in the target image according to judgment results.
Here, the second preset threshold is affected by the color, the position, etc. of the component corresponding to the target area of the air conditioner, and this embodiment is described by taking the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner as an example:
the gray value of a certain pixel point of an initial gray image of the filter screen 2 when the air conditioner just leaves the factory is x, the gray value of the certain pixel point is floated by a certain proportion according to the value of x, namely, the gray value of each pixel point in the initial gray image of the filter screen 2 when the air conditioner just leaves the factory is floated by a first preset proportion according to the value of x, the product of the gray value of each pixel point in the initial gray image of the filter screen 2 when the air conditioner just leaves the factory and the first preset proportion is used as a second preset threshold value corresponding to the gray value of each pixel point in the initial gray image of the filter screen 2 just leaves the factory, preferably, the product of the gray value of each pixel point in the initial gray image of the filter screen 2 when the air conditioner just leaves the factory and the 90% is used as a second preset threshold value corresponding to the gray value of each pixel point in the target gray image, if the gray value of a certain pixel point in the target gray image is larger than or equal to the second preset threshold value, the position indicated by the pixel point is judged to be not blocked, and the pixel point is binarized to be white; if the gray value of a certain pixel point in the target gray image is smaller than a second preset threshold value, judging that the position indicated by the pixel point is dirty, performing binarization processing on the pixel point into black pixel points, and finally obtaining a target binarized image of the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner, wherein the target binarized image divides the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner into a dirty blocking area a and a non-dirty blocking area b.
It can be understood that the ratio of the total number of the black pixels to the total number of the pixels of the target binarized image is calculated by counting the total number of the pixels of the target binarized image of the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner and the total number of the black pixels of the target binarized image, and the ratio is taken as the proportion of the black pixels. Then judging whether the proportion of the black pixel points is larger than or equal to a first preset threshold value; judging whether the proportion of the black pixel points is greater than or equal to 50%, and judging that the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner is dirty and blocked if the proportion of the black pixel points is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value; if the proportion of the black pixel points is smaller than a first preset threshold value, judging that the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner is not blocked.
It can be understood that if the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner is judged to be dirty, the control module outputs an alarm signal related to the dirty blockage of the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner, immediately controls the dirty blockage state indicator lamp of the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner to work, carries out dirty blockage prompt of the filter screen 2, pushes related prompt information through the APP message, and prompts a user to clean the filter screen 2 in time.
Here, the indication lamp for indicating the dirt blocking state of the air conditioner filter screen 2 is disposed on the air conditioner display panel 1.
It can be understood that the method provided by the embodiment is also suitable for detecting the dirty blockage of the evaporator 3 of the air conditioner, if the dirty blockage of the evaporator 3 is detected, an alarm signal related to the dirty blockage of the evaporator 3 is output, the dirty blockage state indicator lamp of the evaporator 3 of the air conditioner is immediately controlled to work, the dirty blockage prompt of the evaporator 3 of the air conditioner is performed, relevant prompt information is pushed through an APP message, and a user is reminded to automatically start the self-cleaning function of the evaporator 3 or immediately manually start the self-cleaning function of the evaporator 3 after the shutdown is completed in the use.
Here, the indication lamp for indicating the state of the filth blockage of the air conditioner evaporator 3 is provided on the air conditioner display panel 1.
If the user cleans and starts up again, whether the filter screen 2 or the evaporator 3 of the air conditioner is dirty or not is detected again by the method provided by the embodiment, if the dirty or dirty detection result of the filter screen 2 or the evaporator 3 of the air conditioner is not dirty or dirty, the corresponding dirty or dirty indication lamp is controlled to be closed, and an alarm message of the APP is cleared, so that the normal use of the air conditioner is restored.
The application realizes the intelligent judgment of the dirty blocking condition of the air conditioner through image analysis, solves the problems that the dirty blocking condition of the air conditioner in the prior art is mainly disassembled by manpower, then the dirty blocking condition is observed, the workload is large, and the time is often not enough, greatly reduces the difficulty of detecting the dirty blocking of the air conditioner, improves the efficiency of detecting the dirty blocking of the air conditioner, greatly expands the application scene of the application, and improves the user experience.
Specifically, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring target images of a plurality of target areas of the air conditioner, wherein the target images of the plurality of target areas respectively correspond to images of a plurality of different areas of any part inside the air conditioner, and performing binarization processing on the target images of the plurality of target areas to obtain a plurality of target binarized images; analyzing the target binarization images, counting and calculating the proportion of black pixels in the target binarization images, counting the number of the target binarization images with the proportion of the black pixels being greater than or equal to a first preset threshold, judging whether the ratio of the number of the target binarization images with the proportion of the black pixels being greater than or equal to the first preset threshold to the total number of the target binarization images is greater than or equal to a third preset threshold, and judging whether the part of the air conditioner is dirty or not according to the judging result.
Here, the present embodiment will be described with reference to the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner as an example:
because the distance between the camera device 10 in the air conditioner and the filter screen 2 is possibly relatively short and the size of the target area acquired by the camera device 10 in the air conditioner is limited and is insufficient to cover the whole filter screen 2 of the air conditioner, the application acquires target images of a plurality of target areas of the air conditioner by dividing and covering the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner through a plurality of camera devices 10, wherein the target images of the target areas respectively correspond to images of different areas of the filter screen 2 in the air conditioner and carries out binarization processing on the target images of the target areas to acquire a plurality of target binarization images; analyzing a plurality of target binarization images and covering a filter screen 2 of an air conditioner, wherein at the moment, the application calculates and calculates the total number of black pixel points in the plurality of target binarization images and the total pixel points in the plurality of target binarization images, and then, judges whether the proportion of the black pixel points is larger than or equal to a first preset threshold value or not by calculating and calculating the proportion of the total number of the black pixel points in the plurality of target binarization images; if the proportion of the black pixel points is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value, judging that the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner is dirty and blocked; if the proportion of the black pixel points is smaller than a first preset threshold value, judging that the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner is not blocked.
Preferably, the application also counts and calculates the number of target binarization images and the total number of target binarization images, the proportion of which is greater than or equal to a first preset threshold, and calculates the ratio of the number of target binarization images, the proportion of which is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold, to the total number of target binarization images, and if the ratio of the number of target binarization images, the proportion of which is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold, to the total number of target binarization images is greater than or equal to a third preset threshold, namely if the ratio of the proportion of black pixels, the proportion of the number of target binarization images, the proportion of which is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold, to the total number of target binarization images is greater than or equal to 60%, judging that the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner is blocked; if the ratio of the black pixel points to the target binarized images with the proportion larger than or equal to the first preset threshold value is smaller than 60%, judging that the filter screen 2 of the air conditioner is not blocked.
It will be appreciated that the method of the present embodiment described above is equally applicable to the detection of fouling of the evaporator 3 of an air conditioner.
Specifically, the determining whether the component of the air conditioner is dirty or not according to the judging result includes:
if the ratio of the number of the target binarized images with the proportion of the black pixel points being greater than or equal to a first preset threshold value to the total number of the target binarized images is greater than or equal to a third preset threshold value, judging that the part of the air conditioner is dirty and blocked;
if the ratio of the number of the target binarized images with the proportion of the black pixel points being greater than or equal to the first preset threshold value to the total number of the target binarized images is smaller than the third preset threshold value, judging that the part of the air conditioner is not blocked.
