The rotating wheel on the adjusting control frame is connected with the protection plate by the transmission rod, and when the angle of the display mechanism is adjusted, the protection plate rotates along with the display mechanism, so that the protection mechanism synchronously rotates along with the display mechanism.
The adjustable connecting device for the display screen is mainly suitable for protecting and connecting an LED display screen, a television display screen or a computer display screen.

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the present invention, reference will be made to the following description of the invention taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples. In addition, features in the embodiments and examples of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides an adjustable connection device for a display screen, as shown in fig. 1, including a support mechanism 3 for supporting a display mechanism 1. In order to protect the display mechanism 1, the present embodiment further includes a protection mechanism 2 provided above the support mechanism 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the protection mechanism 2 includes a protection plate 201, a fixing section 202, a transmission rod 203, an adjustment control frame 209, and an upper support 211.
An upper support table 211 is fixedly or rotatably provided at an upper portion of the support mechanism 3, the upper support table 211 carrying the main components in the shielding mechanism 2.
The upper end of the upper supporting table 211 is provided with a rotating column 208, and the bottom of the rotating column 208 is fixedly connected in a blind hole at the top of the upper supporting table 211. The upper end of the rotating column 208 is connected with an adjusting control frame 209, and the rear end of the adjusting control frame 209 is provided with a connecting seat which is rotationally connected with the upper end of the rotating column 208. The front end of the adjusting control frame 209 is fixedly provided with a connecting seat, a rotating wheel 213 is rotatably installed in the connecting seat, a rotating shaft of the rotating wheel 213 is connected with the output end of a motor, a connecting block 210 is fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the rotating wheel 213, and the front end of the connecting block 210 is fixedly connected with the display mechanism 1 through a bolt. When the angle of the display mechanism 1 is adjusted, the motor is started, the motor output shaft drives the rotating wheel 213 to rotate, and the rotating wheel 213 drives the display mechanism 1 to rotate through the connecting block 210.
The main body of the display mechanism 1 is a display body 101, and two protection plates 201 are located on the outer sides of two side edges of the display body 101, and a gap is reserved between the two protection plates and the side edges of the display body 101. The inside of the protection plate 201 is fixedly provided with fixing joints 202, each fixing joint 202 is connected with one end of a telescopic transmission rod 203, and the other end of the transmission rod 203 is connected to the rotating shaft of the rotating wheel 213. When the rotating wheel 213 and the rotating shaft thereof rotate, the two transmission rods 203 are driven to synchronously rotate, and then the transmission rods 203 drive the protection plate 201 to rotate through the fixed joint 202.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, a cover plate connecting groove 215 is formed in the vertical direction on the inner sides of the two protection plates 201, and in a state where the display screen body 101 is stopped, the protection cover plate can be inserted by using the cover plate connecting groove 215, so as to protect the front end of the display screen body 101.
In order to realize the extension and retraction of the transmission rod 203, an embodiment which is easy to realize is to divide the transmission rod 203 into a transmission rod front section and a transmission rod rear section, wherein the tail end of the transmission rod front section is internally provided with a splicing round hole, and the inner wall of the splicing round hole is provided with parallel grooves; the front end of the transmission rod rear section is provided with a cylinder matched with the plugging round hole, the outer surface of the cylinder is provided with parallel convex strips along the length direction, the convex strips are in one-to-one correspondence with the grooves, and the transmission rod front section and the transmission rod rear section can be separated or combined in the length direction of the transmission rod 203, so that the whole length of the transmission rod 203 is changed. The transmission rod 203 can rotate integrally due to the limit function between the convex strips and the concave grooves.
In a preferred embodiment, the upper support stand 211 is provided with a support column 206 at the upper end, the bottom of the support column 206 is connected with one end of a connection plate frame 214, and the other end of the connection plate frame 214 is provided with a round hole and is rotatably connected with the root of the rotation column 208 through the round hole; the support column 206 upper end is fixed and is provided with flexible frame 205, flexible frame 205 both sides are all fixed and are provided with solid fixed ring 204, and two solid fixed ring 204 front ends all rotate and are connected with connecting plate 207, and two connecting plate 207 front ends all rotate and are connected in the side of guard plate 201.
As shown in fig. 2, the telescopic frame 205 is composed of a plug frame at two ends and a plug board in the middle, and two ends of the plug board are movably inserted into the insertion grooves of the plug frame. Buffer springs can be arranged in the inserting grooves.
In the above embodiment, when the protection plate is impacted, the impact force can be absorbed by slowly shortening and lengthening the telescopic frame 205.
In a relatively specific embodiment, the supporting mechanism 3 comprises a lower supporting table 301, a rubber pad 303 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the lower supporting table 301, an electric telescopic rod 302 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the lower supporting table 301, and the top of the electric telescopic rod 302 is connected with the upper supporting table 211. The use of motorized telescoping rods 302 facilitates height adjustment.
The lower support 301 may be fixed to an outdoor wall, an indoor wall, a table top, or the like.
In a relatively specific embodiment, the front end of the display screen body 101 is embedded with an image processing camera 104, the rear end of the display screen body 101 is provided with a heat dissipation strip 103, and the rear end of the display screen body 101 is provided with an interface module 102.
In a preferred embodiment, the lower end of the upper support 211 is provided with a controller 212, and the controller 212 is connected to the motor.
In order to realize intelligent adjustment of the display angle of the display body 101, as shown in fig. 4, the adjustable connection device for the display screen provided by the invention comprises an internal image processing module 4 and a display control module 5 connected with the internal image processing module 4, wherein the display control module 5 is connected with a bracket driving module 7. The rack drive module 7 is connected to the controller 212.
The internal image processing module 4 recognizes the face of the viewer and calculates the relative distance between the viewer and the display screen body 101; the display control module 5 receives the relative distance data between the viewer and the display screen body 101 transmitted by the internal image processing module 4, calculates and obtains angle adjustment data of the display screen body 101 according to the relative distance data, and the bracket driving module 7 controls the motor to work through the controller 212 according to the angle adjustment data.
In relative detail, the internal image processing module 4 includes a camera capturing unit 401, the camera capturing unit 401 is connected to a face recognition unit 402, the face recognition unit 402 is connected to a key point calculation unit 403, and the key point calculation unit 403 is connected to a position calculation unit 404; the face recognition unit 402, the key point calculation unit 403, and the position calculation unit 404 are connected to an information output unit 405.
When a user views the display screen, first, a viewer image is acquired by the image processing camera 104, and a face image of the viewer is captured by the camera capturing unit 401, and then the captured face image is processed by a face detection algorithm in the face recognition unit 402, so that a face region of the viewer is recognized. The key points, such as eyes, mouth, and nose, are located by the face key point detection algorithm in the key point calculation unit 403, and then the face position of the viewer, that is, the relative position of the viewer in the field of view of the image processing camera 104 is calculated based on the position information of the above key points.
The viewer's position information is then sent to the display control module 5 for further instructions. When the relative position of the viewer is obtained, the bracket driving module 7 calculates the optimal viewing angle and controls the adjusting control frame 209 to drive the display mechanism 1 to rotate to adjust the optimal viewing angle. During the adjustment process, the adjustment control frame 209 drives the protection plate 201 to rotate synchronously through the transmission rods 203 on both sides.
In addition, the internal image processing module 4 is further connected with the viewing record module 9, the viewing record module 9 is connected with the storage module 8, and the storage module 8 is connected with the network transmission module 6, so that better viewing experience can be provided by recording the viewing record of a viewer, and personalized service can be provided for the user.
