Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more features. In the description of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more, unless explicitly defined otherwise.
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a laundry drying control method, apparatus, dryer, and computer-readable storage medium.
Specifically, the present embodiment will be described in terms of a laundry drying control apparatus which may be integrated in a dryer in particular, that is, the laundry drying control method of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be performed by a dryer, alternatively, may be performed by a device having a drying function such as a washing machine.
The following describes in detail the embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which the execution body is a dryer. The following description of the embodiments is not intended to limit the preferred embodiments. Although a logical order is depicted in the flowchart, in some cases the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than depicted in the figures.
According to the background technical description of the disclosure, the control process of the existing clothes drying mode is rough, the accurate control of clothes drying cannot be realized, and the phenomenon that clothes are not completely dried or excessively dried to damage the clothes is avoided.
In order to solve the above problems, the disclosure discloses a laundry drying control method, referring to fig. 1, the specific flow of the laundry drying control method may be as follows steps S10 to S40, wherein:
Step S10, acquiring the clothes weight, the actual drying time length and the actual barrel temperature of target clothes to be dried in a drying barrel;
in this embodiment, the dryer may weigh the target laundry to be dried by the in-tub weight sensor in advance before the drying process starts, to obtain the laundry weight LD of the target laundry. Furthermore, in the drying process of starting the drying process, the actual drying time length in the drying process is acquired through a timer, and the actual barrel temperature is acquired through a barrel temperature sensor.
On the basis, the dryer can carry out drying control according to the weight of the clothes, the actual drying time and the actual temperature in the barrel.
Step S20, obtaining a target temperature difference value corresponding to the weight of the clothes according to a first linear fitting curve between the weight and the temperature difference value;
in this embodiment, after the dryer obtains the laundry weight of the target laundry, the dryer may obtain the target temperature difference value corresponding to the laundry weight according to a first linear fitting curve between the preset weight and the temperature difference value.
The target temperature value may be understood as a difference between an actual tub temperature and a maximum temperature at which the tub temperature maintains a steady state (i.e., the tub temperature does not fluctuate greatly at the end of the drying process).
Step S30, obtaining a target drying time length corresponding to the weight of the clothes according to a preset second linear fitting curve corresponding to the clothes type of the target clothes, wherein the second linear fitting curve is a weight and drying time length curve;
it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the laundry type may be a laundry material type, and the difference of the drying time periods required for different laundry materials is larger due to consideration of the plurality of laundry material types, for example, the drying time period of cotton cloth is much longer than that of silk.
Accordingly, the dryer may determine the laundry kind of the target laundry in advance.
In an embodiment, if the target laundry includes a plurality of laundry types, the dryer may pre-calculate weights of the laundry types, and use the laundry type having the largest weight ratio as the laundry type of the target laundry.
Further, the dryer may acquire the target drying time period corresponding to the laundry weight of the target laundry according to a preset second linear fitting curve (the second linear fitting curve is a weight and drying time period curve) corresponding to the laundry type.
And S40, performing drying control according to the actual drying time, the actual barrel temperature, the target temperature difference value and the target drying time.
In this embodiment, after acquiring the actual drying time period, the actual temperature in the tub, the target temperature difference, and the target drying time period of the target laundry, the dryer may perform drying control according to the above parameters, that is, determine whether the target laundry is dried, and end the drying process when the target laundry is dried.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the dryer may weigh the target laundry to be dried by the in-tub weight sensor in advance before the drying process starts, to obtain the laundry weight of the target laundry, and further, in the drying process of starting the drying process, acquire the actual drying time length in the drying process by the timer, and acquire the actual in-tub temperature by the in-tub temperature sensor. After the dryer obtains the laundry weight of the target laundry, the dryer can obtain a target temperature difference value corresponding to the laundry weight according to a first linear fitting curve between a preset weight and a temperature difference value. The dryer may acquire the target drying time period corresponding to the laundry weight of the target laundry according to a second linear fitting curve corresponding to the laundry type of the target laundry (the second linear fitting curve is a weight and drying time period curve). Further, after the target laundry actual drying time period, the actual in-tub temperature, the target temperature difference, and the target drying time period are obtained, drying control may be performed according to the above parameters.
Compared with a clothes drying control mode in the prior art, the clothes drying control method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining the clothes weight of target clothes to be dried in a drying barrel, and the actual drying time length and the actual temperature in the drying process, further obtaining a target temperature difference value corresponding to the clothes weight according to a first linear fitting curve between preset weight and temperature difference value, and obtaining the target drying time length corresponding to the clothes weight according to a second linear fitting curve corresponding to the clothes type of the target clothes. On the basis, the drying control is carried out according to the actual drying time, the actual barrel temperature, the target temperature difference value and the target drying time. Therefore, in the present disclosure, a linear fitting curve between weight and temperature difference and a linear fitting curve between weight and drying time are adopted to obtain a target temperature difference value and a target drying time corresponding to the laundry weight of a target laundry. And, this disclosure is simultaneously according to multiple type parameter (such as clothing weight, temperature and stoving duration), and the accurate clothing stoving flow of control of all-round avoids the clothing not completely to dry or excessively dry and damage clothing.
In an embodiment, in the step S40, the "performing drying control according to the actual drying time period, the actual temperature in the tub, the target temperature value, and the target drying time period" may include:
step S401, calculating the temperature change rate of the temperature in the barrel in the drying process of the target clothes;
step S402, obtaining a target time period in which the temperature change rate is smaller than a preset change rate and a temperature maximum value in the target time period;
step S403, calculating an actual temperature difference between the maximum temperature value and the temperature in the actual barrel;
step S404, if the actual temperature difference is greater than the target temperature difference, closing a drying assembly, where the drying assembly includes: at least one of a heating pipe, a fan and a motor;
step S405, if the actual temperature difference is less than or equal to the target temperature difference, controlling to end the drying process according to the actual drying time of the target clothes and the target drying time.
In this embodiment, after the dryer acquires the actual drying time period T, the actual in-tub temperature Tt, the target temperature difference μ, and the target drying time period T (LD) of the target laundry, the temperature change rate of the in-tub temperature during the drying of the target laundry is first detected. Further, a target period in which the temperature change rate is smaller than the preset change rate and a temperature maximum value Txmax within the target period may be acquired.
It can be understood that during the clothes drying process, the temperature in the drum is firstly rapidly increased, and during the gradual draining process of the clothes moisture, the temperature in the drum is changed from the increasing trend to the decreasing trend and gradually becomes gentle. Therefore, the dryer can obtain the temperature change rate of the temperature in the barrel and obtain the maximum temperature in the target time period, wherein the temperature change rate is smaller than the preset change rate, the value of the preset change rate is not particularly limited, and the dryer can be flexibly set according to the clothes parameters.
Further, the dryer may calculate an actual temperature difference Δt between the maximum temperature Txmax and the actual tub temperature Tt. As shown in fig. 2, if the actual temperature difference Δt is greater than the target temperature difference μ, the drying assembly may be closed, wherein the drying assembly includes: at least one of the heating pipe, the fan and the motor is used, and the drying process is finished.
If the actual temperature difference Δt is smaller than or equal to the target temperature difference μ, which means that the current stable drying process is still in, at this time, the drying process may be controlled to end according to the actual drying time period T and the target drying time period T (LD), that is, the drying component is turned off.
In another embodiment, the dryer may determine whether the actual drying time period T reaches the target drying time period T (LD); if the actual drying time T reaches the target drying time T (LD), the drying component can be closed to finish drying; if the actual drying time period T still does not reach the target drying time period T (LD), continuing to judge whether the actual temperature difference DeltaT between the maximum temperature Txmax and the actual barrel temperature Tt is larger than the target temperature difference mu, closing the drying component until the actual drying time period T reaches the target drying time period T (LD) or the actual temperature difference DeltaT is larger than the target temperature difference mu, and ending the drying process.
Therefore, in this embodiment, according to various parameters affecting the drying effect of the laundry, namely, the weight of the laundry, the temperature difference in the tub and the drying time, the laundry drying process is controlled in an omnibearing and precise manner, and once the actual temperature difference in the tub is greater than the target temperature difference, the drying assembly can be closed, or once the actual drying time reaches the target drying time, the drying assembly can be closed, so that the laundry drying process is optimized, and the laundry is prevented from being damaged by incomplete drying or excessive drying.
In an embodiment, before "obtaining the target temperature value corresponding to the laundry weight according to the first linear fitting curve between the weight and the temperature difference value" in the step S20 above, the method may further include:
step S50, acquiring the clothes weight, the historical drying temperature and the historical cooling temperature of sample clothes;
step S60, calculating a temperature difference value in the drying process of the sample clothes according to the historical drying temperature and the historical cooling temperature of the sample clothes;
step S70, fitting to form a first linear fitting curve between the weight and the temperature difference value according to the weight of the clothes and the temperature difference value.
In this embodiment, the dryer needs to construct a first linear fitting curve μ=a1×ld+b1 in advance before obtaining a target temperature value corresponding to the laundry weight of the target laundry by using the first linear fitting curve between the weight and the temperature difference value, where a1 and b1 are coefficients of the first linear fitting curve.
Specifically, for example, the dryer may acquire a plurality of sets of historical laundry (i.e., sample laundry in the present embodiment) processing data, such as laundry weight, corresponding historical drying temperature and historical cooling temperature for the laundry weight, from a background database. Further, the difference between the above-described historic drying temperature and the historic cooling temperature may be calculated as a temperature difference during the sample laundry drying process. It can be understood that, since the temperature in the tub changes from an ascending trend to a descending trend and gradually flattens until cooling in the process of gradually draining the water content of the laundry, the difference between the historical drying temperature and the historical cooling temperature can be used as the temperature difference in the sample laundry drying process to construct the first linear fitting curve.
In another embodiment, the historical laundry processing data may also include a laundry weight and a history Txmax corresponding to the laundry weight and a drum temperature at the end of the history drying process. Furthermore, the temperature difference between the history Txmax and the temperature in the tub at the end of the history drying process may be calculated as the temperature difference in the sample laundry drying process, and may also be used to construct the first linear fitting curve.
Further, after the dryer obtains the plurality of sets of laundry weights and the corresponding temperature differences, the dryer may train to obtain a1 and b1 in the first linear fitting curve μ=a1×ld+b1 by using the plurality of sets of laundry weights and the corresponding temperature differences, that is, determine the linear fitting relationship between the laundry weight LD and the target temperature difference μ.
In this embodiment, a linear fitting curve between the weight and the temperature difference value can be calculated through historical data of sample clothes, such as the weight of the sample clothes, the historical drying temperature and the historical cooling temperature, and the linear fitting curve is used to calculate a target temperature difference corresponding to the weight of the target clothes.
In an embodiment, before the step S30 of obtaining the target drying time period corresponding to the laundry weight according to the preset second linear fitting curve corresponding to the laundry type of the target laundry, the step may further include:
Step S80, classifying sample clothes according to the clothes types of the sample clothes;
step S90, for each clothes type target sample clothes, fitting and forming a second linear fitting curve corresponding to the clothes type according to the clothes weight and the drying time length of the target sample clothes.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, since the types of clothing materials are many, but different clothing materials are required to be dried for a long time, for example, the drying time of cotton cloth is much longer than that of silk.
Accordingly, the dryer may acquire laundry types of the sample laundry from the historic laundry processing data and classify the laundry types.
Further, as shown in fig. 3-1 and 3-2 (in which, material 1 and material 2 represent different laundry types), for the target sample laundry of each laundry type, a second linear fitting curve corresponding to the laundry type may be formed by fitting according to the laundry weight and the corresponding drying time period of the target sample laundry:
T(LD)=a2*LD 2 +b2*LD+c
wherein a2, b2 and c are the coefficients of the second linear fit curve, respectively.
Specifically, for example, the dryer may calculate specific values of the a2, b2 and c parameters in the second linear fitting curve for each laundry according to the drying time period corresponding to the laundry weight for each laundry.
On this basis, the dryer may employ a corresponding second linear fitting curve according to the laundry kind of the target laundry.
Therefore, in this embodiment, in order to further improve the accuracy of clothes drying control, besides constructing the first linear fitting curve between the weight and the temperature difference value, a second linear fitting curve between the weight and the drying time length can be constructed, so that each piece of clothes weight has a corresponding clothes drying time length, and clothes drying degree error detection is avoided by performing drying detection through multiple dimensions of the temperature and the drying time length, and further user clothes drying experience is effectively improved.
In an embodiment, before the step S10 of acquiring the laundry weight, the actual drying time period, and the actual in-tub temperature of the target laundry to be dried in the drying tub, the method may further include:
step S100, obtaining the actual air outlet temperature at the air outlet of the drying barrel;
step S110, if the actual air-out temperature is in the preset temperature range, controlling the drying barrel to rotate and shake off the target clothes, and obtaining the weight of the target clothes to be dried in the drying barrel after the shake-off is finished, otherwise, adjusting the start-stop state of the drying heating pipe in the drying barrel until the actual air-out temperature is in the preset temperature range.
Before the clothes drying process is started, the dryer can firstly control the start of the fan in the drying barrel, and then can detect the actual air outlet temperature at the air outlet of the drying barrel through the temperature sensor at the air outlet of the drying barrel.
Further, the dryer may determine whether the actual outlet air temperature is within a preset temperature range. It can be appreciated that in this embodiment, the temperature of the air outlet is controlled to be within a preset temperature range, that is, the temperature in the drying barrel is controlled to be stable, and the accuracy of detecting clothes drying can be effectively improved by keeping the temperature in the drying barrel stable, and excessive drying of clothes can be avoided.
If the actual air outlet temperature of the air outlet of the dryer is in the preset temperature range, the drying barrel can be controlled to rotate and shake off the target clothes, and the clothes weight of the target clothes to be dried in the drying barrel is obtained after the shake-off is finished.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, the temperature minimum value of the preset temperature range in the present embodiment may be 110 ℃, and the temperature maximum value of the preset temperature range may be 120 ℃. Once the actual air outlet temperature is within the range (for example, the actual air outlet temperature is more than or equal to 110 ℃ and less than 120 ℃), the dryer can control the drying barrel to rotate clockwise by one circle and rotate anticlockwise by one circle (the clockwise circle lasts for 2 min), shake off target clothes in the barrel, and ensure uniform distribution of the clothes. Further, the laundry weight of the target laundry may be weighed. And in the process of drying, the drying barrel can be controlled to rotate, so that uniform drying of clothes is ensured.
In an embodiment, if the actual air outlet temperature is greater than the maximum temperature in the preset temperature range, the drying heating pipe may be turned off until the actual air outlet temperature is less than the minimum temperature in the preset temperature range, and then turned on.
Therefore, in this embodiment, according to the air outlet temperature of the air outlet of the drying barrel, the start and stop of the drying heating pipe in the drying barrel are controlled, so as to ensure that the temperature in the drying barrel is maintained in a preset range, so that the detection precision in the drying detection according to the temperature in the barrel can be improved, and the damage to the underwear in the barrel caused by the continuous high temperature in the barrel can be avoided.
In an embodiment, after the step S40 of performing the drying control according to the actual drying time period, the actual temperature in the tub, the target temperature difference value, and the target drying time period, the method may further include:
step S120, acquiring the weight of the clothes after the target clothes are dried;
step S130, obtaining a weight difference value between the dry weight of the target clothes to be dried and the weight of the clothes dried by the target clothes;
step S140, if the weight difference is within the preset weight difference range, outputting a drying completion reminding message.
In this embodiment, the dryer may acquire the laundry weight of the target laundry after drying by the weight sensor in the drying tub after the drying of the closed drying assembly is completed. Further, the dry weight of the target clothes to be dried is obtained, the dry weight is compared with the weight of the clothes dried by the target clothes, and the weight difference between the dry weight and the weight of the clothes dried by the target clothes is obtained.
Further, it is detected whether the weight difference is within a preset weight difference range. If the weight difference value is within the preset weight difference value range, outputting a drying completion reminding message.
In another embodiment, if the weight difference is not within the preset weight difference range, it means that the water content of the target clothes is still higher, and the drying drum may be controlled to perform secondary drying on the dried target clothes until the weight difference is detected to be within the preset weight difference range, so as to end the drying process, where the specific manner of secondary drying is consistent with the foregoing embodiment and will not be repeated herein.
Further, in the above step S40, "performing drying control according to the actual drying time period, the actual barrel temperature, the target temperature difference value, and the target drying time period" may further include:
Step S150, outputting the progress information of the drying process, and acquiring a drying end instruction triggered based on the progress information of the drying process;
step S160, ending the drying process according to the drying end instruction.
In this embodiment, when the dryer performs drying control, the dryer may output the drying process progress information on the display panel of the dryer, where the drying process progress information may include parameters such as a dried time period, a to-be-dried time period, and a target laundry moisture content, so that a user may learn the drying progress in real time.
On the basis, a user can trigger a corresponding drying ending instruction according to the drying process progress information so as to end the drying process in advance.
And after the dryer acquires the drying end instruction triggered by the user, the drying process can be ended in advance according to the drying end instruction.
In another embodiment, the user may also trigger a drying delay instruction. And the dryer can prolong the drying process according to the drying delay instruction.
Therefore, in this embodiment, on one hand, by comparing the laundry weight of the target laundry after drying with the laundry weight between drying, the moisture content of the laundry after drying is detected, and secondary drying is performed when the weight difference between the laundry weight and the laundry weight is not within the preset weight difference range, so that the laundry drying effect is effectively improved, and ineffective drying due to higher laundry moisture content is avoided; on the other hand, the embodiment can output the drying progress information in the clothes drying process, so that a user can select to finish the drying process in advance or prolong the drying time according to the information, the user drying requirement is met, and the user clothes drying experience is further improved.
