The application provides a comfortable cornea shaping mirror, which has the following problems in the use process of a user: after the user wears the cornea shaping lens for a long time, the cornea shaping lens has the problem that the acting force on the cornea is insufficient due to fatigue, and the cornea cannot be shaped well or the using effect is poor in the long time.
For this reason, in the prior art, there are improvements in materials to increase the strength of the cornea shaping lens so that the cornea shaping lens can maintain strength over a longer period of wear to provide a consistently better effect on the cornea of the user.
However, the inventors found that, although improvement in the material can improve the strength of the cornea shaping lens, the problem of higher cost is correspondingly caused, and the comfort of wearing the existing cornea shaping lens is also insufficient.
In view of the above, the present application provides a comfortable cornea shaping lens, and fig. 1 to 2 are views showing an embodiment of the comfortable cornea shaping lens according to the present application, and the comfortable cornea shaping lens according to the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a comfortable cornea shaping lens 100 according to the present application includes a main body section 1, a turnover part 2 and a peripheral section 3, wherein the main body section 1 is provided with a spheroid protruding forward, the periphery of the main body section 1 is provided with the turnover part 2 turned forward and backward, the inner side of the turnover part 2 defines an annular liquid storage tank 20, and the peripheral section 3 is connected with one end of the turnover part 2 far away from the main body section 1.
In the technical scheme provided by the application, the periphery of the main body section 1 is provided with the turnover part 2 which turns back and forth before, the turnover part 2 can enable the main body section 1 to have enough strength, so that the problem that the existing cornea shaping lens is insufficient in acting force due to fatigue after being worn for a long time can be solved.
In the embodiment of the application, the turnover part 2 is arranged opposite to the main body section 1, so that the turnover part 2 and the main body section 1 are provided with enough parts overlapped, and can be abutted and limited when the main body section 1 is deformed, so that the strength of the main body section is further enhanced. And the width of the turndown 2 may be set to different dimensions depending on the strength of the main section 1 and the capacity requirements of the annular reservoir 20.
In the embodiment of the application, the annular liquid storage groove 20 is gradually reduced from the notch to the groove bottom, and the demolding can be conveniently performed during molding.
In the embodiment of the application, the connection part of the turnover part 2 and the main body section 1 is in arc transition, so that the stress concentration at the connection part is avoided, and the problem of cracking caused by the stress concentration at the connection part when the automobile is used for a long time is avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, the connection part of the turnover part 2 and the peripheral section 3 is in arc transition, so that the stress concentration at the connection part is avoided, and the problem of cracking caused by the stress concentration at the connection part when the automobile door is used for a long time is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present application, the turnup part 2 has an upper turnup section 21 arranged above, and a through hole 22 communicating with the annular liquid storage tank 20 is arranged on the upper turnup section 21, for this purpose, the through hole 22 provides a channel for communicating the annular liquid storage tank 20 with the outside, so that the outside oxygen can enter the annular liquid storage tank 20 through the through hole 22, meanwhile, when a user has tear after wearing, the tear can overflow from the through hole 22, so as to provide a gas-liquid exchange channel, so as to further increase wearing comfort, and meanwhile, because the through hole 22 is arranged on the upper turnup section 21, so as to avoid the waste of drops of moist eyes in the annular liquid storage tank 20.
In the embodiment of the present application, a plurality of through holes 22 are provided to better realize the gas-liquid exchange between the annular liquid storage tank 20 and the outside.
In another embodiment of the present application, the through holes 22 are curved in a direction from the inside of the annular reservoir 20 to increase the difficulty of liquid overflow, so that the liquid in the annular reservoir 20 is not easy to overflow freely, and only when enough liquid is stored therein, such as tear fluid is accumulated.
In the embodiment of the application, the main body section 1 is arranged with equal thickness, but obviously, the main body section is not arranged with equal thickness.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the application, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present application and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the application.
