The whole process is realized through the 5G message, the user does not need to download the bank APP, the threshold of the user for transacting loan business is reduced, and the efficiency of transacting the loan business of the user is improved.

collecting current biological information of the target user; based on the target user identification, detecting whether pre-stored biological information of the target user can be queried on a blockchain network; if yes, consistency comparison is carried out on the current biological information and the pre-stored biological information, and a first comparison result is obtained; if the first comparison result is consistent, executing the steps of: and classifying the service according to the service description information to obtain the service type corresponding to the service handling instruction.
In one embodiment, the service handling device is further configured to:

The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. A 5G message-based business transaction method, the method comprising:
receiving a service handling instruction sent by a target user through a 5G message, wherein the service handling instruction comprises service description information and a target user identifier of the target user;
based on the service description information, carrying out service classification on the service handling instruction to obtain a service type corresponding to the service handling instruction;
Selecting an adapted service handling customer service for the target user according to the target user identification and the service type;
according to the business handling mode corresponding to the business type, business handling corresponding to the business handling instruction is carried out through the business handling customer service, and a business handling result is obtained;
and sending the service handling result to the target user through a 5G message.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said selecting an adapted business transaction service for said target user based on said target user identification and said business type comprises:
inquiring target user information corresponding to the target user identification based on the target user identification;
carrying out standardization processing on the target user information to obtain standard user information;
inputting the standard user information into a pre-established user portrait model to obtain a user label of the target user;
and acquiring each candidate customer service corresponding to the service type, and selecting the service handling customer service matched with the user tag from the candidate customer service.

The method of claim 1, wherein the service type includes a transaction type service, and the performing, by the service transaction service, the service transaction corresponding to the service transaction instruction according to a service transaction manner corresponding to the service type, to obtain a service transaction result includes:
If the service type is a handling service, carrying out link inquiry through the service handling customer service to obtain a handling link corresponding to the service handling instruction;
the transacting link is sent to the target user through a 5G message, wherein the transacting link is used for indicating the target user to fill in transacting information required when transacting the business corresponding to the business transacting instruction;
and receiving the transacting information, and carrying out service transacting corresponding to the service transacting instruction through the service transacting customer service based on the transacting information to obtain the service transacting result.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining the transaction link corresponding to the transaction instruction by the link query through the service transaction service comprises:
responding to a link inquiry request initiated by the service handling customer service, and acquiring each candidate link corresponding to the handling service;
matching the handling conditions corresponding to the candidate links with the target user information corresponding to the target user identification to obtain matching results;
and screening transaction links matched with the target user from the candidate links based on the matching results.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of receiving a service transaction instruction transmitted by the target user through the 5G message:
collecting current biological information of the target user;
based on the target user identification, detecting whether pre-stored biological information of the target user can be queried on a blockchain network;
if yes, consistency comparison is carried out on the current biological information and the pre-stored biological information, and a first comparison result is obtained;
if the first comparison result is consistent, executing the steps of: and classifying the service according to the service description information to obtain the service type corresponding to the service handling instruction.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
if the pre-stored biological information can not be inquired on the blockchain network, detecting whether the local biological information of the target user is stored in a local database based on the target user identifier;
if yes, consistency comparison is carried out on the current biological information and the local biological information, and a second comparison result is obtained;
if the second comparison result is consistent, executing the steps of: based on the service description information, service classification is carried out on the service handling instructions, service types corresponding to the service handling instructions are obtained, and the local biological information is uploaded to the blockchain network.
7. A 5G message based business transaction apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
