The working process of the protection cabinet 100 with the monitoring function according to the embodiment of the present invention is specifically described below by taking the first scale as a letter and the second scale as a number as an example.
As shown in fig. 1, there are 25 trip pressing plates 5 in the case 1, and the trip pressing plates 5 are layered in 5 rows in the up-down direction, each row includes 5 trip pressing plates 5, the first positioning member 3 is marked A, B, C, D, E from top to bottom in sequence, the trip pressing plates 5 of 5 rows are marked 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 from left to right in sequence on the second positioning member 4, the trip pressing plates 5 of each row are marked 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in sequence, when the trip pressing plates 5 of 3 rd row and 3 rd row are disconnected, the monitoring component sends a signal C3 to the receiving terminal, thereby facilitating the maintainer to find the disconnected trip pressing plates 5 quickly.
In some embodiments, the receiving terminal has a standard RS485 communication interface (using Modbus or other protocols, with baud rates 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, etc. being optional), and can implement communication with the background monitoring system. The device is provided with a communication interface, can automatically feed the position state of the pressing plate input or output to a monitoring system background in real time, realizes automatic monitoring of the input and output state of the tripping pressing plate 2, and can also be used for pressing plate position checking by monitoring plate personnel. The receiving device is provided with a standard RS485 communication interface, has the characteristics of high-speed transmission, interference resistance, long distance, reliable transmission and the like, can realize real-time communication with a background monitoring system, and is convenient for monitoring and management staff to monitor and maintain the system.
According to the protection cabinet 100 with the monitoring function, the position state of the tripping pressing plate 5 is sent to the receiving terminal through the wireless transmitter, so that real-time on-line monitoring of the switching position of the tripping pressing plate 5 is realized. Meanwhile, the receiving device is provided with an RS485 communication interface, has the characteristics of high-speed transmission, interference resistance, long distance, reliable transmission and the like, and can upload the position state of the tripping pressing plate 5 to the background of the monitoring system in real time, so that the automatic monitoring of the switching state of the tripping pressing plate 54 is realized, and convenience is brought to the checking of monitoring staff.
In summary, the electric control cabinet of the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
1. the upper end and the lower end of the installation seat 51 of the tripping pressing plate 5 are set to be the positive electrode and the negative electrode of a weak current power supply, the pressing plate 54 is withdrawn, the pressure spring 56 moves upwards, the first matching piece 58 and the second matching piece 59 are connected with a loop, the connection and disconnection of the loop where the power supply is located can be realized, and the signal of the throwing and withdrawing position of the pressing plate 54 is transmitted to the receiving terminal through the transmitting unit. The monitoring system in the transmitting unit adopts radio waves for signal transmission, and no electrical connection exists between the monitoring component and the receiving terminal, so that the problem that the tripping pressing plate 5 is difficult to monitor in real time on line is fundamentally solved.
2. A receiving device capable of switching on and off the power supply is additionally arranged, and the position of the tripping pressing plate 5 (the pressing plate 54 is put in or out) is extracted.
1) When the trip pressing plate 5 is disconnected, the circuit where the power source is located is disconnected and connected under the action of the first matching piece 3 and the second matching piece 4. The off and on signals are converted into radio waves by the wireless transmitter, and the position state of the trip press plate 5 is transmitted to the receiving device.
The monitoring assembly and the receiving assembly adopt radio waves for signal transmission, so that the monitoring assembly and the receiving assembly are not electrically connected. Therefore, the system fundamentally solves the problems that the secondary circuit is complex in wiring, the terminals are excessive, and the tripping pressing plate 2 is difficult to monitor in real time on line.

the information cards are arranged in the cavity, each tripping pressing plate is correspondingly provided with at least one information card, and the information cards are recorded with the working information of the tripping pressing plate corresponding to the information cards;
the monitoring assemblies are connected with the tripping pressing plates respectively and are used for monitoring whether the tripping pressing plates are disconnected or not;
and the receiving assembly receiving terminal is connected with the monitoring assembly, so that when the monitoring assembly monitors that one of the tripping pressing plates is disconnected, the monitoring assembly conveys the disconnected position of the tripping pressing plate to the receiving terminal.
2. The protective cabinet with a monitoring function according to claim 1, further comprising:
the first positioning piece extends along the vertical direction and is arranged in the box body, the first positioning piece is positioned on the outer peripheral sides of the tripping pressing plates, the first positioning piece is provided with a plurality of first scales which are arranged at intervals along the extending direction, and the first scales are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the tripping pressing plates in the width direction of the box body;
the second locating piece, the second locating piece is followed the width direction of box extends and establishes in the box, the second locating piece is located a plurality of trip clamp plate's periphery side, the second locating piece has a plurality of graduations that set up along its extending direction interval, a plurality of the second graduation and a plurality of trip clamp plate up-and-down direction one-to-one sets up.

4. The protective cabinet with a monitoring function according to claim 1, wherein the trip press plate comprises:
a mounting base;
the first guide rod and the second guide rod are arranged on the mounting seat in a penetrating manner and are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the mounting seat;
the trip pressing plate is provided with a communicating state and a disconnecting state, the other end of the pressing plate is arranged on the first guide rod in a penetrating mode, and the other end of the pressing plate is separated from the second guide rod in the disconnecting state.

The cabinet of claim 5, further comprising a power source, a first mating member and a second mating member, wherein the first mating member is electrically connected to a positive electrode of the power source, the second mating member is electrically connected to a negative electrode of the power source, the first mating member is disposed on a side of the mounting base adjacent to the pressure plate, at least a portion of the first mating member is disposed in the through hole, and the second mating member is disposed at a free end of the support rod, such that the support rod drives the second mating member to move in a thickness direction of the mounting base, and in a connected state, the first mating member and the second mating member are in contact so that the first mating member and the second mating member are in communication, and in a disconnected state, the monitoring assembly is electrically connected to at least one of the first mating portion and the second mating portion, such that the monitoring assembly monitors whether a current is generated between the first mating portion and the second mating portion.

The cabinet according to claim 5, wherein the monitoring assembly is a position sensor provided in the through hole and disposed opposite to the supporter at an interval in an inner-outer direction so that the monitoring assembly conveys the position of the trip pressing plate to the receiving terminal when the monitoring assembly monitors the change of the position of the supporter,
or the monitoring component is a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the first guide rod, so that when the monitoring component monitors that the temperature of the first guide rod is increased, the monitoring component conveys the position of the tripping pressing plate to the receiving terminal.
