Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
The flow diagrams depicted in the figures are merely illustrative and not necessarily all of the elements and operations/steps are included or performed in the order described. For example, some operations/steps may be further divided, combined, or partially combined, so that the order of actual execution may be changed according to actual situations.
The embodiment of the application provides a member configuration method, device and equipment of a service processing system. The member configuration method of the service processing system can be applied to electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment can be mobile phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, desktop computers and other equipment. The cloud server can be applied to a server, and can be a single server or a cloud server for providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, content delivery networks (Content Delivery Network, CDNs), basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligence platforms and the like.
Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a member configuration method of a service processing system according to an embodiment of the application. It should be noted that, the member configuration method of the service processing system provided by the embodiment of the present application may be used for an electronic device, and of course, may also be used for a server. For example, the server may obtain feature information of the member from the electronic device, determine a member selection list according to the member configuration method of the service processing system according to the feature information of the member, so as to generate a member configuration component corresponding to the service processing system according to the plurality of member selection lists, thereby performing member configuration on the service processing system according to operation information of the user on the member configuration component. For example, the server may send the member configuration component to the electronic device; of course, the present application is not limited thereto.
In particular implementations, the electronic device includes, but is not limited to: any one of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer and a desktop computer; the servers may be individual servers or clusters of servers, or cloud servers that provide cloud computing services.
Illustratively, when a user processes a corresponding online service through a service processing system, for example, a problem that cannot be solved by himself is encountered, the user needs to seek assistance of related members, such as a manual customer service, an intelligent assistant, and the like. Alternatively, the relevant members may teach the service in the relevant flows of the on-line service, etc. Based on this, the service processing system may configure members for the corresponding service, and the members configured for the corresponding service may provide corresponding services for the user. However, the method is not limited thereto, and when the user processes the online service through the service processing system, for example, the user needs to send the mail, the user may configure the member corresponding to the mail, for example, edit the recipient or the transcriber, which is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, in the process of performing member configuration on the online service, a corresponding member needs to be manually selected to be added, for example, related members are searched through keywords to perform member configuration on the corresponding service, so that a great deal of time and effort are required to perform member configuration. In addition, as the number of members to be configured for the corresponding service increases, the time and effort required to be consumed increases, which easily results in poor configuration efficiency of member configuration for the service.
Based on the above, the member configuration method of the service processing system can be used for performing member configuration on the service processing system so as to improve the configuration efficiency of performing member configuration on the service processing system.
As shown in fig. 1, the member configuration method of the service processing system includes steps S101 to S103.
Step S101, determining a member selection list according to the characteristic information of the members; the characteristic information is determined from corresponding data of members in a human resource management system associated with the business processing system.
For example, the corresponding data of the members may be uniformly managed by the human resource management system. For example, the human resource management system may uniformly manage data of historical configuration data, department data, week report data, authority data, group data, and the like of members. Based on the above, the association relationship between the service processing system and the human resource management system can be established, and then the service processing system can acquire the corresponding data of the member according to the associated human resource management system. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and for example, the human resource management system may determine corresponding data of members in the human resource management system based on the related data in the service processing system. Taking the historical configuration data as an example, the human resource management system can establish an association relationship with a plurality of service processing systems, and different service processing systems can configure the same member, for example, the human resource management system can respectively acquire the historical configuration data generated by the plurality of service processing systems for configuring the member, so as to determine the historical configuration data of the member. Taking the authority data as an example, the human resource management system may establish an association relationship with a plurality of service processing systems, and the authorities of the same member in different service processing systems may be different, so that the human resource management system may respectively obtain the authority data corresponding to the member in the plurality of service processing systems, so as to determine the authority data of the member, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the service processing system may determine the characteristic information of the member according to the acquired corresponding data of the member. For example, the service processing system may determine the historical configuration frequency of the member according to the historical configuration data of the member when the historical configuration information of the member is obtained. The service processing system is not limited to this, and may determine the department information of the member according to the department data of the member in the case of acquiring the department data of the member, which is not limited herein.
For example, in the case where the feature information of the member is determined, the service processing system may determine different member selection lists according to different feature information of the member. In the process of member configuration of the service processing system, members in different member selection lists can be selected without searching members one by one.
Therefore, the member selection list is determined according to the characteristic information of the members, and convenience in member configuration of the service processing system is improved.
The characteristic information includes at least one of a history configuration frequency of the member, department information of the member, project information of the member, role information of the member, group information of the member, for example.
In some embodiments, the member selection list is determined from a preset member whose historical configuration frequency is greater than or equal to a preset configuration frequency threshold.
For example, the business processing system may obtain historical configuration data for the member. For example, the historical configuration data may be analyzed by a data analysis function to determine the historical configuration frequency of the member. In the case where the history configuration frequency of the member is determined, a preset member whose history configuration frequency is greater than or equal to a preset configuration frequency threshold value may be selected from the plurality of members according to the history configuration frequency of the member, and the member selection list may be determined.
Taking the insurance renewal service as an example, when a user processes the insurance renewal service through the service processing system, for example, the user does not understand related insurance renewal regulations, and can request help from customer service personnel for processing the insurance renewal service through the service processing system. Based on this, members may be configured for the premium service of the service processing system. For example, historical configuration frequencies for a plurality of members may be obtained. And under the condition that the historical configuration frequency of the existing members is greater than or equal to the preset configuration frequency threshold, determining that the members with the historical configuration frequency greater than or equal to the preset configuration frequency threshold are preset members, and generating a member selection list according to the preset members. For example, when a member is subsequently configured for a premium service of a service processing system, the corresponding member may be selected according to a member selection list. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, when the total number of preset members whose history configuration frequency is greater than or equal to the preset configuration frequency threshold is greater than the preset number threshold, selecting the preset members of the preset number threshold according to the history configuration frequency of the preset members, and generating the member selection list. In an exemplary embodiment, when the total number of preset members whose historical configuration frequency is greater than or equal to the preset configuration frequency threshold is greater, if a member selection list is generated according to all preset members, then when the members are configured for the service processing system, if the members to be configured are selected according to the member selection list, a situation that more time or effort is required to select the members to be configured is easy to occur. Based on this, the number of preset members in the member selection list can be limited. For example, the preset members may be ordered from high to low according to the history configuration frequency of the preset members to obtain a preset member queue, and preset members with a higher history configuration frequency and a preset number threshold in the preset member queue, such as the first 30 members in the preset member queue, are selected to generate the member selection list. Of course, the method is not limited thereto, for example, the history configuration data of the member may be updated, and the history configuration frequency of the corresponding member may be updated, for example, the history configuration frequency of the member may be determined according to the history configuration data of the member acquired recently in a preset period of time, which is not limited thereto.
Therefore, the member selection list is determined according to the preset members with the historical configuration frequency larger than or equal to the preset configuration frequency threshold, and the corresponding member determination member selection list can be selected according to the historical configuration frequency of the members, so that the convenience and the flexibility of generating the member selection list are improved.
In some embodiments, the members are grouped according to their department information to obtain department grouping results, and the member selection list is determined according to the department grouping results.
For example, the business processing system may obtain department data for the member. For example, the department data may be analyzed by a data analysis function to determine the department information of the member. Under the condition that the department information of the members is determined, different members can be grouped according to the department information of the members to obtain department grouping results, so that a member selection list is determined according to the department grouping results.
Taking an insurance claim settlement service as an example, the insurance claim settlement service can comprise different claim settlement types, such as car insurance, insurance production, medical insurance and the like, and the processing personnel of the different claim settlement types can be members of different departments, so that the members can be grouped according to the department information of the members to obtain a department grouping result. For example, in the case where it is determined that the department to which the member belongs is a car insurance claim department according to the department information of the member, the member may be divided into department groups corresponding to the car insurance claim departments. In the case that the department to which the member belongs is determined to be the department for producing the insurance claim according to the department information of the member, the member may be divided into the department groups corresponding to the department for producing the insurance claim. And so on, so that the member selection list can be determined according to the department groups corresponding to the different members. For example, the members of the corresponding departments may be selected based on a member selection list when the members are subsequently configured for an insurance claim service of the service processing system. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, in the case where the member selection list is determined based on the division grouping result, the member selection list may be determined based on the division grouping result and the division architecture information. The department architecture information may be obtained from a human resource management system, and is not limited herein. In an exemplary embodiment, the department architecture information may include an insurance claim department, which may be divided into a car insurance claim department, a production insurance claim department, etc., and the department grouping results may be arranged in combination with the department architecture information to determine the member selection list. For example, the member selection list may take the department architecture information as a frame, take the total division structure, determine the insurance claim department as a total node, take the vehicle insurance claim department and the production claim department as parallel division nodes, determine the members of the departments belonging to the vehicle insurance claim department as options under the division nodes of the vehicle insurance claim department, and determine the members of the departments belonging to the production claim department as options under the division nodes of the production claim department, which is not limited to this, for example, different nodes in the member selection list such as the department architecture information and the department group may be displayed in a folding manner, which is not limited herein.
Therefore, the members are grouped according to the department information of the members, a department grouping result is obtained, and the member selection list is determined according to the department grouping result, so that the member selection list can be determined according to the departments to which the members belong, and the convenience and the flexibility of determining the member selection list are improved.
In some embodiments, the members are grouped according to their project information to obtain project grouping results, and the member selection list is determined according to the project grouping results.
For example, the business processing system may obtain the weekly report data of the member. For example, the weekly report data may be analyzed by a data analysis function to determine project information of the member. Under the condition that the project information of the members is determined, different members can be grouped according to the project information of the members to obtain project grouping results, and therefore a member selection list is determined according to the project grouping results.
Taking a function development service as an example, the service processing system can design functions of different online services through the function development service, for example, functions related to development of insurance purchase service, functions related to development of insurance renewal service, functions related to development of insurance claim settlement service, and the like, and can belong to different projects under the function development service. In an exemplary embodiment, the weekly report data of the member may be obtained, and the item to which the member belongs may be determined, for example, whether the item to which the member belongs is an insurance purchase function development item, an insurance renewal function development item, an insurance claim function development item, or the like, which is not limited herein. Based on the method, the members can be grouped according to the items to which different members belong, and an item grouping result is obtained. For example, in the case where it is determined that the item to which the member belongs is an insurance purchase function development item from item information of the member, the member may be divided into item groups corresponding to the insurance purchase function development item. When the project to which the member belongs is determined to be the premium function development project according to the project information of the member, the member may be divided into a project group corresponding to the premium function development project. And so on, so that the member selection list can be determined according to the item groups corresponding to the different members respectively. When the service configuration members are developed for the functions of the service processing system, the members of the corresponding projects can be selected according to the member selection list. Of course, the method is not limited thereto, and for example, in the case where the corresponding item is associated with the corresponding member, the item to which the corresponding member belongs may be directly acquired, and the item grouping result of the corresponding member may be determined, thereby determining the member selection list, which is not limited thereto.
Therefore, the members are grouped according to the project information of the members to obtain project grouping results, and the member selection list is determined according to the project grouping results, so that the member selection list can be determined according to the projects responsible for the members, and the convenience and the flexibility of determining the member selection list are improved.
For example, according to the weekly report data of the member, determining project information of the member; when the project information of different members is the same, dividing the different members into the same project group; when the project information of different members is different, the different members are divided into different project groups.
In some implementations, the member's weekly report data may include, without limitation, a member submitted work week, a member submitted code document, and so forth. Under the condition that the project information of the member is determined according to the weekly report data of the member, as different members can double different projects, the project architecture information can be determined by integrating the projects to which all the members belong. In an exemplary embodiment, the member selection list may be framed with project architecture information, which may include a plurality of project groupings, which may each include at least one member. Wherein members under different groupings of items may repeat. For example, when item information of different members is the same, the different members are divided into the same item group. When the project information of different members is different, the different members are divided into different project groups. Of course, the method is not limited thereto, and for example, the item architecture information and the item group in the member selection list may be displayed in a folded manner, which is not limited thereto.
Therefore, the project information of the member is determined according to the weekly report data of the member so as to determine the project group of the member, which is beneficial to improving the convenience degree of determining the project group of the member and improving the convenience degree and the flexibility degree of determining the member selection list.
In some embodiments, the members are grouped according to their role information to obtain a role grouping result, so as to determine a member selection list according to the role grouping result.
For example, the business processing system may obtain rights data for the member. For example, the rights data may be analyzed by a data analysis function to determine the role information of the member. In an exemplary embodiment, the rights data of the member is obtained from the different service processing systems according to the human resource management system, and whether the rights data accords with the preset role rights is judged. And under the condition that the authority data accords with the preset role authority, determining the role information of the member as the role information corresponding to the preset role authority. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto. Under the condition that the role information of the members is determined, different members can be grouped according to the role information of the members to obtain a role grouping result, so that a member selection list is determined according to the role grouping result.
Taking an insurance purchase service as an example, the insurance purchase service includes, for example, an insurance analysis service and an insurance return service. Different members may be configured for different services, and the rights information of the members may be different. For example, a member of the insurance analysis service configuration may integrate multiple insurance types for analysis by a user, and then the member has the right to obtain different insurance data. The member of the insurance return visit service configuration can only acquire the insurance data of the insurance which needs to be returned currently, and then the member only has the authority to acquire the insurance data of the insurance which needs to be returned. Based on the above, the authority information of the member can be compared with the preset role authority to obtain the role information of the member. In an exemplary embodiment, in a case where there are a plurality of members having rights to acquire different insurance data, it is determined that a role to which the plurality of members belong is an insurance analysis service member, so as to divide the plurality of members into role groups corresponding to the insurance analysis service member. And under the condition that the plurality of members have the authority to acquire the insurance data which is currently required to be revisited, determining the roles of the plurality of members as the insurance revisit service members so as to divide the plurality of members into role groups corresponding to the insurance revisit service members. And so on, the member selection list can be determined according to the role groups corresponding to the different members respectively. For example, the members of the corresponding roles may be selected based on a member selection list later on when members are configured for insurance purchase with the business processing system. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto.
Therefore, the members are grouped according to the role information of the members to obtain a role grouping result, and the member selection list is determined according to the role grouping result, so that the member selection list can be determined according to the roles of the members, and the convenience and the flexibility of determining the member selection list are improved.
For example, according to the authority data of the member, determining the role information of the member; dividing different members into the same role group when the role information of the different members is the same; when the role information of different members is different, dividing the different members into different role groups.
In some embodiments, the rights data of the member may be the rights data of the member in different service processing systems, or the rights data of the member in an external service processing system, etc., which is not limited herein. Under the condition that the role information of the member is determined according to the authority data of the member, as different members can play different roles, the roles of all the members can be synthesized, and the role architecture information is determined. In an exemplary embodiment, the member selection list may be framed with character architecture information, which may include a plurality of character groups, which may each include at least one member. Wherein members under different role groupings may repeat. For example, when the role information of different members is the same, the different members are divided into the same role group. When the role information of different members is different, dividing the different members into different role groups. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the character configuration information and character groups in the member selection list may be displayed in a folded manner, and are not limited thereto.
Therefore, the role information of the member is determined according to the authority data of the member so as to determine the role group of the member, which is beneficial to improving the convenience degree of determining the role group of the member and improving the convenience degree and the flexibility degree of determining the member selection list.
In some embodiments, the members are grouped according to their group information to obtain a group grouping result, so as to determine a member selection list according to the group grouping result.
For example, when the user performs member configuration on the corresponding service, the user may perform customized configuration according to actual requirements. In an exemplary embodiment, the user may select related members by himself or herself according to actual requirements, and generate a group. For example, when a user needs to submit a material by a related member in a business processing system, the user can group the related member according to the member to be sponsored, and then can directly select the group when the related member to be sponsored subsequently submits the material, so that the sponsored member configuration can be completed. The method is not limited to this, and for example, the user may configure the members of the addressee and the transcriber when the email is required to be sent, and may establish a group according to the members of the addressee and the transcriber that need to be configured, and may directly select the group when the email is subsequently sent, so that the mail member configuration is completed, which is not limited herein. Under the condition that the service processing system acquires the group information of the members, the service processing system can group the members according to the groups to which the members belong so as to obtain group grouping results, and therefore a member selection list is determined according to the group grouping results. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto.
Therefore, the members are grouped according to the group information of the members to obtain a group grouping result, and the member selection list is determined according to the group grouping result, so that the convenience and the flexibility of determining the member selection list are improved.
Step S102, generating a member configuration component corresponding to the service processing system according to the member selection lists.
For example, a user may select respective members from multiple aspects to configure when configuring the respective services of the service processing system. In some embodiments, the member configuration may be performed on the corresponding service according to at least one of a history configuration frequency of the member, department information of the member, project information of the member, role information of the member, and group information of the member.
Based on the above, a member configuration component corresponding to the service processing system can be generated according to the plurality of member selection lists. For example, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of member selection lists, such as at least two of a member selection list determined according to a historical configuration frequency, a member selection list determined according to a department group result, a member selection list determined according to item information, a member selection list determined according to a role group result, and a member selection list determined according to group information, may be combined to generate a member configuration component corresponding to the service processing system. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, since the corresponding data of the member in the human resource management system may be changed, for example, the member may have an off-job condition, the corresponding data of the off-job member in the human resource management system may be deleted and logged off, and in the member configuration component, if the originally generated member selection list includes the off-job member, the off-job member may be deleted accordingly. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the department information of the member, the item information of the member, the role information of the member, and the group information of the member may be changed, and the member selection list may be redetermined according to the changed corresponding data of the member, so that the member configuration component corresponding to the service processing system may be regenerated, which is not limited thereto.
Therefore, the member configuration components corresponding to the service processing system are generated according to the member selection lists, and the convenience and flexibility of generating the member configuration components are improved. Based on the generated member configuration component, the member configuration can be carried out on the service processing system according to a plurality of member selection lists included in the member configuration component, members needing to be configured of the service processing system do not need to be searched one by one, and the member configuration efficiency of the service processing system is improved.
In some embodiments, the member configuration components corresponding to the service processing systems are integrated into external service processing systems except the service processing systems, so as to obtain the member configuration components corresponding to the external service processing systems.
For example, an external service processing system other than the service processing system, for example, also has a member configuration requirement, and then the member configuration component corresponding to the service processing system may be integrated into the external service processing system to determine the member configuration component corresponding to the external service processing system. Based on the above, the external service processing system can perform member configuration on the external service processing system according to the member configuration component corresponding to the external service processing system.
Therefore, the member configuration components corresponding to the service processing system are integrated to the external service processing system, so that the convenience degree of determining the member configuration components corresponding to the external service processing system is improved, and the convenience degree of member configuration of the external service processing system is improved.
For example, according to the interface display parameters corresponding to the external service processing system, the member configuration components corresponding to the service processing system are adjusted to obtain the member configuration components corresponding to the external service processing system.
In some embodiments, the interface display parameters corresponding to the service processing system and the interface display parameters corresponding to the external service processing system may be different, and when the member configuration component corresponding to the service processing system is integrated into the external service processing system, the member configuration component corresponding to the service processing system may be adaptively adjusted.
By way of example, the interface display parameters may include size information, arrangement direction information, color information, and the like, without limitation.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the arrangement direction information corresponding to the service processing system is a transverse arrangement, and the arrangement direction information corresponding to the external service processing system is a longitudinal arrangement, so that the member configuration components corresponding to the service processing system can be adjusted from the transverse arrangement to the longitudinal arrangement, so as to adapt to the interface design style of the external processing system, and obtain the member configuration components corresponding to the external processing system. Of course, the method is not limited thereto, for example, the color information corresponding to the service processing system is orange, and the color information corresponding to the external service processing system is blue, and the member configuration component corresponding to the service processing system may be adjusted from orange to blue to adapt to the interface design style of the external processing system, so as to obtain the member configuration component corresponding to the external processing system, which is not limited herein.
Thus, according to the interface display parameters corresponding to the external service processing system, the member configuration components corresponding to the service processing system are adjusted to obtain the member configuration components corresponding to the external service processing system, so that convenience in determining the member configuration components corresponding to the external service processing system is improved, and configuration efficiency in member configuration of the external service processing system is improved.
Step S103, according to the operation information of the member configuration component by the user, the member configuration is carried out on the service processing system.
For example, a user may configure a member of a business processing system according to a member configuration component. For example, without limitation, members may be added to the corresponding service of the service processing system, members may be subtracted from the corresponding service of the service processing system, and so on.
In some embodiments, taking mail member configuration as an example, a user may delete a corresponding member in a group to which the mail member corresponds, and add a new member, for example. The user can select the corresponding group through the member selection list determined according to the group grouping result in the member configuration component, and select the member to be deleted from the corresponding group so as to perform the deletion operation on the member to be deleted. And, the user may select a member to be added through at least one of other member selection lists in the member configuration component, such as a member selection list determined according to a history configuration frequency, a member selection list determined according to a department grouping result, a member selection list determined according to a project grouping result, a member selection list determined according to a role grouping result, and other groups in the member selection list determined according to a group grouping result, to perform an adding operation on the member to be added. By deleting the members and adding the members, the group corresponding to the mail members can be configured, and the group can be directly selected when the mail is edited later, so that the editing of the addressees and the shovelers is completed. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, when members are configured for the corresponding service of the service processing system, the service processing system may search according to the information such as department information, project information, role information, group information, etc., so that the service processing system may acquire the information such as department information, project information, role information, group information, etc. input by the user, and one or more members corresponding to the information input by the user are highlighted in the corresponding member selection list for the user to operate.
Therefore, the member configuration is carried out on the service processing system according to the operation information of the user on the member configuration component, and the configuration efficiency of the member configuration on the service processing system is improved.
In some embodiments, determining the target member from the at least one member selection list based on user operation information of the member configuration component; and according to the target member, performing member configuration on the service corresponding to the member configuration component in the service processing system.
For example, the user may operate the member configuration component under a corresponding service scenario of the service processing system, and then the service processing system may determine, according to the operation information of the user on the member configuration component, a service scenario in which the user triggers the member configuration component, so as to determine a service corresponding to the member configuration component. Accordingly, the user can select a member to be added or a member to be deleted according to the operation of the member configuration component, and then the member to be added or the member to be deleted can be determined as the target member. And on the basis of the determined target member, the member is added to the service corresponding to the member configuration component in the service processing system by combining corresponding operation information for indicating the member addition. And on the basis of the determined target member, the member deletion is carried out on the service corresponding to the member configuration component in the service processing system by combining corresponding operation information for indicating member deletion. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto.
Thus, according to the operation information of the user on the member configuration component, the target member is determined so as to perform member configuration on the service corresponding to the member configuration component in the service processing system, thereby being beneficial to improving the accuracy of member configuration on the service processing system and improving the configuration efficiency of member configuration on the service processing system.
