Abstract

In view of the above, the embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for managing store qualification, by extracting the qualification information of a merchant and a store, and monitoring the effective term of the qualification, before the qualification certificate fails, automatically sending a prompt for updating the qualification information to the merchant, so that a unified management scheme for the store qualification can be implemented, so that the merchant can re-authenticate the store qualification in time, and the merchant does not need to spend a long time to check to determine that the merchant qualification or the store qualification fails, thereby ensuring normal operation of the merchant and use experience of users.

As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, merchant qualification certificates of all merchants are acquired, the merchant qualification certificates have merchant qualification validity periods, merchant qualification inspection periods corresponding to the merchant qualification validity periods are determined, and in the case that the current date is before the merchant qualification inspection period, a store belonging to the merchant is taken as a store to be subjected to qualification management. Acquiring a store to be subjected to qualification management and a qualification certificate corresponding to the store, determining a qualification testing period corresponding to a qualification valid period of the qualification certificate according to a preset qualification testing rule, and performing qualification testing on the qualification certificate according to the current date and the qualification testing period. And under the condition that the current date is after the qualification checking period, sending out prompt information of the reauthentication qualification certificate to the store so as to carry out store qualification management. And under the condition that the store does not finish the re-authentication of the qualification certificate before the qualification expiration date, taking the article corresponding to the article category associated with the qualification certificate off-shelf in the store. If the merchant completes the re-authentication of the merchant qualification certificate, updating the merchant qualification valid period according to the re-authenticated merchant qualification certificate, and carrying out opening processing on the shops belonging to the merchant under the condition that the shops subjected to closing processing exist.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of main modules of a store qualification management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 3, the store qualification management apparatus 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes: a qualification certificate acquisition module 301, a deadline monitoring module 302, and a qualification management module 303.

The qualification certificate acquiring module 301 is configured to respond to a management request of a store qualification, acquire a store to be subjected to qualification management, and a qualification certificate corresponding to the store, where the qualification certificate may have a qualification validity period.

The term monitoring module 302 is configured to determine a qualification testing term corresponding to the qualification valid term according to a preset qualification testing rule, and perform a qualification test on the qualification certificate according to the current date and the qualification testing term.

And the qualification management module 303 is configured to send a prompt message for reauthenticating the qualification certificate to the store, so as to perform store qualification management, where the current date is after the qualification checking period.

In one embodiment, the qualification management module 303 may also be configured to: generating a merchant qualification information update reminder and sending the merchant qualification information update reminder to the merchant in response to detecting that the time interval between the qualification validity period and the current date of the merchant is less than a set first interval threshold; and generating a store qualification information updating prompt and sending the prompt to the merchant in response to detecting that the time interval between the qualification valid period and the current date of the merchant is not smaller than a set first interval threshold value and the time interval between the qualification valid period and the current date of the store is smaller than a set second interval threshold value.

In another embodiment, the merchant and the store each include at least one qualification certificate, the qualification information further includes a qualification number, and the qualification validity period corresponds to the qualification number; the qualification management module 303 may also be configured to: responding to the detection that the time interval between any one or more qualification valid periods and the current date of the merchant is smaller than a set first interval threshold value, generating a merchant qualification information update prompt according to the qualification numbers corresponding to the any one or more qualification valid periods, and sending the merchant qualification information update prompt to the merchant; and in response to detecting that the time intervals of all the qualification valid periods and the current date of the merchant are not smaller than a set first interval threshold, and the time intervals of any one or more qualification valid periods and the current date of the store are smaller than a set second interval threshold, generating store qualification information updating prompt according to the qualification numbers corresponding to any one or more qualification valid periods and sending the store qualification information updating prompt to the merchant.

In yet another embodiment, the qualification management module 303 may be further configured to: after generating a merchant qualification information update prompt and sending the prompt to the merchant, responding to the fact that the merchant does not complete the update of the merchant qualification information when the qualification validity period of the merchant is reached, and closing a store belonging to the merchant; responding to the detection that the merchant completes the updating of the merchant qualification information, and updating the qualification validity period of the merchant according to the updated merchant qualification information; and if there is a store in which the closing process is performed, opening the store belonging to the merchant.

In yet another embodiment, the qualification certificate also has an associated category of items; the qualification management module 303 may also be configured to: after generating a store qualification information update prompt and sending the prompt to the merchant, responding to the fact that when the qualification validity period of the store is reached, the store does not complete store qualification information update, and taking off the store from the store corresponding to the item category associated with the qualification certificate; in response to detecting that the store completes store qualification information updating, updating a qualification expiration date of the store according to the updated store qualification information; and when the articles subjected to the off-shelf treatment exist, the articles corresponding to the article categories associated with the qualification certificate are subjected to the off-shelf treatment in the store.

In yet another embodiment, the qualification information further includes a qualification type; the item category associated with the qualification certificate is generated by: according to a pre-constructed mapping relation between the qualification type and the item category, determining the item category associated with the qualification certificate according to the qualification type of the qualification certificate, and associating the determined item category with the qualification certificate.

In yet another embodiment, the store qualification management apparatus 300 further includes a qualification certificate management module (not shown in the figure) for: and classifying and managing the qualification certificates of the merchant and the store according to the qualification type and the qualification valid period included in the qualification information. In addition, the specific implementation of the store qualification management device in the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail in the store qualification management method, so that the description is not repeated here.

Fig. 4 shows an exemplary system architecture 400 of a store qualification management method or a store qualification management device to which embodiments of the present invention may be applied.

As shown in fig. 4, the system architecture 400 may include terminal devices 401, 402, 403, a network 404, and a server 405. The network 404 is used as a medium to provide communication links between the terminal devices 401, 402, 403 and the server 405. The network 404 may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.

A user may interact with the server 405 via the network 404 using the terminal devices 401, 402, 403 to receive or send messages or the like. Various communication client applications, such as a store qualification management class application, an internet medical application, a shopping class application, an instant messaging tool, a mailbox client, social platform software, etc., may be installed on the terminal devices 401, 402, 403, as examples only.

The terminal devices 401, 402, 403 may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptop and desktop computers, and the like.

The server 405 may be a server providing various services, such as a background management server (by way of example only) providing support for a management-type website of store qualification that a user browses using the terminal devices 401, 402, 403. The background management server can respond to the received store qualification management request and other data to obtain a store qualification certificate to be subjected to the store qualification management and a merchant qualification certificate to which the store belongs, and respectively extract character features of the store qualification certificate and the merchant qualification certificate to obtain store qualification information and merchant qualification information, wherein the qualification information comprises a qualification valid period; monitoring the qualification valid period of the store and the qualification valid period of the merchant; and in response to detecting that the store or the merchant's qualification validity period meets the qualification updating pre-warning condition, generating a qualification information updating prompt and sending the prompt to the merchant so as to perform processing such as store qualification management and the like, and feeding back a processing result (such as a store qualification management result-only an example) to a terminal device.

It should be noted that, the method for managing store qualification provided in the embodiment of the present invention is generally executed by the server 405, and accordingly, the device for managing store qualification is generally disposed in the server 405.

It should be understood that the number of terminal devices, networks and servers in fig. 4 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.

Referring now to FIG. 5, there is illustrated a schematic diagram of a computer system 500 suitable for use in implementing a terminal device or server in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal device or server shown in fig. 5 is only an example, and should not impose any limitation on the functions and scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 5, the computer system 500 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 501, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM) 502 or a program loaded from a storage section 508 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 503. In the RAM 503, various programs and data required for the operation of the system 500 are also stored. The CPU 501, ROM 502, and RAM 503 are connected to each other through a bus 504. An input/output (I/O) interface 505 is also connected to bus 504.

The following components are connected to the I/O interface 505: an input section 506 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 507 including a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker, and the like; a storage portion 508 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 509 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 509 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. The drive 510 is also connected to the I/O interface 505 as needed. A removable medium 511 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 510 as needed so that a computer program read therefrom is mounted into the storage section 508 as needed.

In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method shown in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 509, and/or installed from the removable media 511. The above-described functions defined in the system of the present invention are performed when the computer program is executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 501.

The computer readable medium shown in the present invention may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium, or any combination of the two. The computer readable storage medium can be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer-readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, the computer-readable signal medium may include a data signal propagated in baseband or as part of a carrier wave, with the computer-readable program code embodied therein. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.

The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). The described modules may also be provided in a processor, for example, as: a processor comprises a qualification certificate acquisition module, a period monitoring module and a qualification management module. The names of these modules do not limit the module itself in some cases, for example, the qualification management module may also be described as "a module for generating a qualification information update reminder and sending to the merchant for store qualification management" in response to detecting that the store or the merchant's qualification validity period meets a qualification update pre-warning condition.

As another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer-readable medium that may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be present alone without being fitted into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to include: responding to a store qualification management request, acquiring a store qualification certificate to be subjected to the quality management and a merchant qualification certificate to which the store belongs, and respectively extracting character features of the store qualification certificate and the merchant qualification certificate to obtain store qualification information and merchant qualification information, wherein the qualification information comprises a qualification valid period; monitoring the qualification valid period of the store and the qualification valid period of the merchant; and generating a qualification information update prompt and sending the prompt to the merchant for store qualification management in response to detecting that the store or the merchant has a qualification valid period meeting a qualification update early warning condition.

According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the qualification certificate of the store to be subjected to qualification management and the qualification certificate of the merchant to which the store belongs are obtained by responding to the management request of the store qualification, and character feature extraction is respectively carried out on the qualification certificate of the store and the qualification certificate of the merchant to obtain the qualification information of the store and the qualification information of the merchant, wherein the qualification information comprises a qualification valid period; monitoring the qualification valid period of the store and the qualification valid period of the merchant; in response to detecting that the store or the store qualification expiration date meets the qualification updating early warning condition, generating a qualification information updating prompt and sending the qualification information updating prompt to the store so as to carry out store qualification management.

The above embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations and alternatives can occur depending upon design requirements and other factors. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method of managing store qualification, comprising:

responding to a store qualification management request, acquiring a store qualification certificate to be subjected to the quality management and a merchant qualification certificate to which the store belongs, and respectively extracting character features of the store qualification certificate and the merchant qualification certificate to obtain store qualification information and merchant qualification information, wherein the qualification information comprises a qualification valid period;

monitoring the qualification valid period of the store and the qualification valid period of the merchant;

and generating a qualification information update prompt and sending the prompt to the merchant for store qualification management in response to detecting that the store or the merchant has a qualification valid period meeting a qualification update early warning condition.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating a qualification information update reminder and transmitting to the merchant in response to detecting that a qualification expiration date of the store or the merchant meets a qualification update pre-warning condition comprises:

generating a merchant qualification information update reminder and sending the merchant qualification information update reminder to the merchant in response to detecting that the time interval between the qualification validity period and the current date of the merchant is less than a set first interval threshold;

and generating a store qualification information updating prompt and sending the prompt to the merchant in response to detecting that the time interval between the qualification valid period and the current date of the merchant is not smaller than a set first interval threshold value and the time interval between the qualification valid period and the current date of the store is smaller than a set second interval threshold value.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein the merchant and the store each include no less than one qualification certificate, the qualification information further including a qualification number, the qualification expiration date corresponding to the qualification number;

generating and sending a merchant qualification information update reminder to the merchant in response to detecting that the time interval between the qualification expiration date and the current date of the merchant is less than a set first interval threshold, comprising: responding to the detection that the time interval between any one or more qualification valid periods and the current date of the merchant is smaller than a set first interval threshold value, generating a merchant qualification information update prompt according to the qualification numbers corresponding to the any one or more qualification valid periods, and sending the merchant qualification information update prompt to the merchant;

And generating and sending a store qualification information update reminder to the merchant in response to detecting that the time interval between the qualification validity period and the current date of the merchant is not less than a set first interval threshold and the time interval between the qualification validity period and the current date of the store is less than a set second interval threshold, comprising: and in response to detecting that the time intervals of all the qualification valid periods and the current date of the merchant are not smaller than a set first interval threshold, and the time intervals of any one or more qualification valid periods and the current date of the store are smaller than a set second interval threshold, generating store qualification information updating prompt according to the qualification numbers corresponding to any one or more qualification valid periods and sending the store qualification information updating prompt to the merchant.

4. A method according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising, after generating and sending a merchant qualification information update reminder to the merchant:

responding to the fact that when the qualification validity period of the merchant is reached, the merchant does not complete updating of the merchant qualification information, and closing a store belonging to the merchant;

responding to the detection that the merchant completes the updating of the merchant qualification information, and updating the qualification validity period of the merchant according to the updated merchant qualification information; and if there is a store in which the closing process is performed, opening the store belonging to the merchant.

5. A method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the qualification certificate also has an associated item category;

after generating and sending the store qualification information update reminder to the merchant, the method further comprises:

responding to the fact that when the qualification validity period of the store is reached, the store does not complete store qualification information updating, and taking off the corresponding articles of the article category associated with the qualification certificate from the store;

in response to detecting that the store completes store qualification information updating, updating a qualification expiration date of the store according to the updated store qualification information; and when the articles subjected to the off-shelf treatment exist, the articles corresponding to the article categories associated with the qualification certificate are subjected to the off-shelf treatment in the store.

6. The method of claim 5, wherein the qualification information further comprises a qualification type;

the item category associated with the qualification certificate is generated by:

according to a pre-constructed mapping relation between the qualification type and the item category, determining the item category associated with the qualification certificate according to the qualification type of the qualification certificate, and associating the determined item category with the qualification certificate.

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:

and classifying and managing the qualification certificates of the merchant and the store according to the qualification type and the qualification valid period included in the qualification information.

8. A store qualification management apparatus comprising:

the system comprises a qualification certificate acquisition module, a qualification management module and a management module, wherein the qualification certificate acquisition module is used for responding to a management request of store qualification, acquiring a qualification certificate of a store to be subjected to qualification management and a qualification certificate of a merchant to which the store belongs, and respectively extracting character features of the qualification certificate of the store and the qualification certificate of the merchant to obtain qualification information of the store and the qualification information of the merchant, wherein the qualification information comprises a qualification valid period;

the term monitoring module is used for monitoring the qualification valid term of the store and the qualification valid term of the merchant;

and the qualification management module is used for responding to the detection that the qualification validity period of the store or the merchant meets the qualification updating early warning condition, generating a qualification information updating prompt and sending the prompt to the merchant so as to carry out store qualification management.

9. An electronic device, comprising:

storage means for storing one or more programs,

when executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-7.

10. A computer readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the method according to any of claims 1-7.
