Abstract
本发明公开了一种燃煤助燃剂,由硼泥、电石灰、石灰石、铁选尾矿渣、二氧化锰、生产重铬酸钾的废渣、生产重铬酸钠的废渣、铝矾土、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、硝酸钠、氯化钠和植物碎屑按一定比例组成。该助燃剂适用于多煤种,不仅可用于含挥发份高、燃点低的烟煤,也可用于含挥发份低、燃点高的无烟煤,使用添加量低,可添加在水泥熟料烧结煤中使用,用无烟煤代替优质烟煤烧水泥熟料。
Description
本发明涉及燃料添加剂,特别是一种添加在燃煤中的助燃剂。
为了改善燃料煤的燃烧状况,本发明人曾在中国专利局1991年第七卷第48号发明专利公报上公开了申请号为90105106.3的一种“燃煤助燃剂”。该燃煤助燃剂是由硼泥、石灰石、白云石、二氧化硅、铝矾土、白泥、锰渣、氧化铁、碳酸钠、硝酸钠、氯化钠和植物碎屑按一定比例组成的。该种助燃剂经使用发现存在三个不足之处:一是对煤种有选择性,用于含挥发份高、燃点低的煤种其助燃效果好,而对于含挥发份低于20%的煤种,其助燃效果就不够理想了,尤其对挥发份在10%左右的无烟煤,助燃效果更差;二是添加量较高,一般最少不能低于煤重的6%;三是因助燃剂本身镁和钠的含量较高(硼泥和白云石中含镁,白泥中含钠),加之使用添加量又高,用于水泥窑熟料烧结的煤中会造成水泥熟料中金属镁和钠超标,影响水泥质量,因此限制了这种助燃剂在水泥熟料烧结煤中的使用。
本发明的目的是对上述现有技术加以改进,提供一种适用于多煤种、使用添加量少、并可用于水泥熟料烧结煤中的燃煤助燃剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明在现有技术的基础上,对其组份进行了调整,取消了氧化反应速度慢、且含有金属镁的白云石;用主要成份为氢氧化钙的电石灰(电石产生乙炔后的废渣)取代含钠量高氧化反应速度慢的白泥;用含有多种金属成份的铁选尾矿渣取代只含单一成份的氧化铁和二氧化硅;另外增加了提高氧化反应速度的四种成份:生产重铬酸钾的废渣(主要用其含的氢氧化铬),生产重铬酸钠的废渣(主要用其含的氢氧化铝),主要成份为氧化铝的铝渣(熔铝时产生的废渣)和氢氧化钠。
调整后的各成份含量(重量百分比)为:硼泥25-40%,电石灰6-20%,石灰石4-12%,铁选尾矿渣10-20%,二氧化锰(或锰渣)3-10%,生产重铬酸钾的废渣3-8%,生产重铬酸钠的废渣1-8%,铝矾土4-6%,氢氧化钠1-2%,碳酸钠1-3%,硝酸钠2-3%,氯化钠1-3%,植物碎屑4-20%。
该燃煤助燃剂的加工制做方法是:将上述各组份经干燥后,分别通过机械粉碎和筛分,使其粒度在5毫米以下,然后将各组份经机械拌合而成。使用时,将助燃剂与煤按一定比例混合均匀即可。
本燃煤助燃剂由于取消了氧化反应速度慢的白云石和白泥,增加了氧化反应速度快的多种金属元素及其化合物,从而使其不仅能应用于燃点低的高挥发份煤种,也适用于燃点高的低挥发份煤种,前者,仅需添加煤重的2%左右,后者,添加量不超过煤重的3%,即可达到理想的助燃效果(小型锅炉烧无烟煤加3%助燃剂炉火温度可由780C提高到1000C以上),平均使用添加量不到原助燃剂的三分之一。由于添加量少,加之助燃剂本身含镁和钠的量减少,故用于水泥熟料烧结煤中,不会引起熟料中镁和钠的超标,从而使该种助燃剂不仅可用于燃煤锅炉,也可用于水泥熟料烧结。尤其是将该助燃剂与售价低的无烟煤配合用于水泥熟料烧结,不仅可提高熟料标号,而且可解决目前水泥熟料烧结只能用高价优质烟煤的难题,对节约能源,降低水泥成本,意义十分之大。
本助燃剂选用的原料仍以工业废渣为主,其制做成本很低。
实施例1
按重量比,硼泥35%,电石灰15%,石灰石10%,铁选尾矿渣15%,二氧化锰5%,生产重铬酸钾的废渣5%,生产重铬酸钠的废渣3%,铝矾土5%,氢氧化钠1.5%,碳酸钠2%,硝酸钠2.5%,氯化钠2%,木屑5%,稻壳4%配料,先将石灰石和氯化钠用锤式粉碎机粉碎,用谷物粉碎机粉碎稻壳,含水物料全部干燥,通过筛分,使其粒度达5毫米以下,然后用水泥搅拌机拌合,即得成品,可用于各种燃煤锅炉,燃烧褐煤采用2%添加量,燃烧无烟煤采用3%添加量。
实施例2
除硼泥配比量降低为25%外,其余成份配比不变,加工制做方法亦相同,制得的成品可用于水泥熟料烧结煤中,烟煤掺加2%,可省标煤10-15%;无烟煤掺加3%助燃剂,可使烧出的水泥熟料标号提高100到200,对提高水泥产量和质量、降低成本作用十分明显。
Claims (2)
1、一种适用于多煤种的燃煤助燃剂,含有硼泥、石灰石、铝矾土、碳酸钠、硝酸钠、氯化钠、植物碎屑,其特征在于:该燃煤助燃剂中还含有电石灰、铁选尾矿渣、二氧化锰、生产重铬酸钾的废渣、生产重铬酸钠的废渣和氢氧化钠。
2、如权利要求1所说的燃煤助燃剂,其特征在于:各组份的重量百分比含量为:硼泥25-40%,电石灰6-20%,石灰石4-12%,铁选尾矿渣10-20%,二氧化锰3-10%,生产重铬酸钾的废渣3-8%,生产重铬酸钠的废渣1-8%,铝矾土4-6%,氢氧化钠1-2%,碳酸钠1-3%,硝酸钠2-3%,氯化钠1-3%,植物碎屑4-20%。
