The fume collecting hood is internally provided with an intracavity temperature detection part, the intracavity temperature detection part is positioned in the first chamber and is close to the fume inlet, and when flame is sucked into the fume sucking equipment, the intracavity temperature detection part detects that the temperature value is increased. The fire extinguishing device further comprises an auxiliary air pipe, the auxiliary air pipe is arranged at the top of the smoke collecting cover, a plurality of auxiliary nozzles facing downwards towards the smoke collecting cavity are arranged on the auxiliary air pipe, an auxiliary control valve is arranged on the auxiliary air pipe, a main control valve is arranged on the main air pipe, and the air inlet end of the auxiliary air pipe is communicated with the air storage tank.
The interior of the fume collecting hood is also provided with an intracavity temperature detection part which is used for detecting the temperature in the fume collecting chamber. The fire prevention control method provided by the embodiment further comprises the following steps:
when the duration of the preset fireproof state reaches the second preset duration, controlling the gas storage tank to enable the fire extinguishing medium to be sprayed downwards through the main gas pipe and the main nozzle so as to extinguish the fire;
when the temperature value detected by the temperature detecting piece in the cavity exceeds a second preset temperature, the air storage tank and the auxiliary control valve are controlled to be opened, so that the auxiliary nozzle sprays fire extinguishing medium downwards to the smoke collecting cavity.
The fire suppression may be carbon dioxide or an inert gas.

in the cooking process, a cooking temperature detection device is adopted to detect the cooking temperature in real time, and when the cooking temperature exceeds a preset safety temperature, a first fireproof program is executed;
in the cooking process, detecting a flame state in real time by adopting an open flame detection device, and executing a second fireproof procedure if the flame state meets a preset fireproof state;
the first fire protection procedure includes: a first alarm is sent out, and after the first alarm lasts for a first preset time, if the cooking temperature is continuously greater than or equal to the preset safety temperature, the smoke baffle is controlled to close the oil smoke inlet;
the second fire protection procedure includes: and controlling the smoke baffle plate to close the oil smoke inlet.
2. The fire protection control method according to claim 1, wherein the preset fire protection state includes: the coverage area of the flame is larger than or equal to a preset range, or the spreading height of the flame is larger than or equal to a preset height.

The fire protection control method of claim 1, wherein the second fire protection procedure further comprises: detecting the duration of the preset fireproof state, and controlling the smoke baffle to close the oil smoke inlet when the duration of the preset fireproof state is longer than or equal to the preset safety duration.

The fire protection control method according to claim 1, wherein the open fire detection device is a visual detection device, and the controller of the smoking device has the preset safe temperatures corresponding to different cooking states built therein, and the fire protection control method further comprises:
when the cooking temperature detection device detects that the duration of the temperature duration reaches a first preset duration, the visual detection device detects a cooking state;
acquiring the preset safe temperature according to the cooking state;
and executing the first fireproof procedure when the cooking temperature reaches a preset safety temperature.

The fire protection control method according to claim 1, characterized in that the fire protection control method further comprises: when the first fireproof procedure or the second fireproof procedure is executed, the smoke baffle plate is controlled to close the oil smoke inlet, and the gas stove is controlled to flameout;

The fire protection control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein a fire barrier is provided in a smoke collecting chamber of the smoking device, the fire barrier having an isolated state in which smoke is blocked from flowing from the smoke inlet to a blower and a communicating state in which the smoke inlet communicates with the blower;
the fire protection control method further comprises the following steps: placing the fire barrier in the connected state when the smoking device is operating normally; and when the preset isolation condition is met, controlling the fireproof partition board to be in the isolation state.

The fire protection control method of claim 8, wherein an intracavity temperature sensing element is disposed between the fire barrier and the fume inlet, the fire protection control method further comprising: the temperature detection part detects the temperature in the cavity of the smoke collecting cavity, and when the temperature in the cavity detected by the temperature detection part is larger than or equal to a first preset temperature, the condition that the preset isolation condition is met is judged.
10. The fire protection control method of claim 9, further comprising: and simultaneously controlling the temperature detection piece in the cavity to start detection when the second fireproof program is executed.
11. The fire protection control method according to claim 9, characterized in that the fire barrier is provided with a plurality of downwardly directed spray holes (24);
the fire protection control method further comprises the following steps: when the duration that the temperature in the cavity is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature reaches the preset duration, supplying fire extinguishing medium to the spray holes (24) so that the fire extinguishing medium is sprayed downwards to extinguish fire;
or, the control method further includes: when the fire barrier is switched to the isolation state, fire extinguishing medium is supplied to the spray holes (24) so that the fire extinguishing medium is sprayed downwards to extinguish fire.
