As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the outer side wall of the connecting post 22 is provided with ratchet teeth 222, the handle 40 further comprises a handle body 41, a ratchet card 42, a button 43 and a ratchet spring 44, the handle body 41 is sleeved on the connecting post 22, the ratchet card 42 is arranged in the handle body 41, a first end of the ratchet card 42 abuts against the ratchet teeth 222, a second end of the ratchet card 42 is connected with the button 43, the button 43 has an initial position and a pressing position, the ratchet card 42 is in locking fit with the ratchet teeth 222 when the button 43 is in the initial position, the ratchet card 42 is separated from the ratchet teeth 222 when the button 43 is in the pressing position, and the ratchet spring 44 is arranged in the handle body 41 and enables the button 43 to be in the initial position. With the above structure, when the handle body 41 needs to be rotated, the button 43 needs to be pressed, so that the ratchet card 42 is separated from the ratchet teeth 222, the handle body 41 is convenient to rotate, the ratchet spring 44 is in a compressed state at the moment, when the handle body 41 rotates to a proper position, the button 43 is released, the ratchet spring 44 is reset at the moment, the ratchet card 42 is abutted with the ratchet teeth 222, the handle body 41 is convenient to fix at the position, the operation structure is simple, and the structural reliability of the handle 40 is ensured.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the ratchet spring 44 is a torsion spring, a connecting shaft 46 is disposed in the handle 40, one end of the connecting shaft 46 is connected with the handle body 41, the axis of the connecting shaft 46 is parallel to the axis of the lock shaft 30, a connecting hole is disposed on the ratchet card 42, when the ratchet card 42 is disposed in the handle 40, the connecting shaft 46 is inserted into the connecting hole, so that the ratchet card 42 can rotate around the axis of the connecting shaft 46, the ratchet spring 44 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 46, one end of the ratchet spring 44 is connected with the ratchet card 42, and the other end of the ratchet spring 44 is connected with the handle body 41.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the handle 40 further includes a cover 45 disposed corresponding to the ratchet card 42, and the cover 45 is connected to the handle body 41. By adopting the above structure, the cover plate 45 is arranged, and the cover plate 45 is connected with the handle body 41, so that the ratchet card 42 can be protected.
As shown in fig. 1, 5, 6 and 7, the seat body 21 includes a first seat body 213 and a second seat body 214, a positioning shaft 2131 is provided on the first seat body 213, a positioning hole 2141 is provided on the second seat body 214 corresponding to the positioning shaft 2131, a recess is provided on the first seat body 213 and/or the second seat body 214, the recess forms a receiving cavity 211, a channel 215 for avoiding the lock pin 10 is provided on the first seat body 213 and/or the second seat body 214, and the channel 215 is communicated with the receiving cavity 211. By adopting the structure, the positioning shaft 2131 on the first seat 213 and the positioning hole 2141 on the second seat 214 are convenient to realize positioning installation by arranging the first seat 213 and the second seat 214, and the first seat 213 and/or the second seat 214 are provided with the channel 215 avoiding the lock pin 10, so that the lock pin 10 can be conveniently stretched into the lock seat 20 to clamp or release the lock pin 10.
As shown in fig. 12, another embodiment of the present invention provides an LED display device, which includes a first LED housing 61, a second LED housing 62, a display unit and a connection assembly 63, wherein the second LED housing 62 is disposed adjacent to the first LED housing 61, the display unit is disposed at front sides of the first LED housing 61 and the second LED housing 62, the connection assembly 63 is used for connecting the first LED housing 61 and the second LED housing 62, and the connection assembly 63 is the connection assembly provided above. With the above structure, the first LED housing 61 and the second LED housing 62 can be connected by the connection member 63, so that the display effect of the LED display device can be ensured.
The device provided by the embodiment has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The handle 40, the clamping mechanism 50, the lock shaft 30, the lock seat 20 and the lock pin 10 are used for being matched with each other, the clamping mechanism 50 can clamp the lock pin 10 only by rotating the handle 40, so that the first LED box 61 and the second LED box 62 are connected, the operation mode is simple, the clamping mechanism 50 is ensured to clamp the lock pin 10 when the lock shaft 30 is in the locking position, and the first LED box 61 and the second LED box 62 are firmly connected. The technical scheme effectively solves the problems of complex operation and lower assembly efficiency of a mode of connecting the box body by using the bolts in the related technology;
(2) By positioning the engaging portion 53 and the claw portion 54 of the first clamping member 51 on a first side of the axis of the lock pin 10, and positioning the engaging portion 53 and the claw portion 54 of the second clamping member 52 on a second side of the axis of the lock pin 10 opposite to the first side, the engaging portion 53 of the first clamping member 51 and the engaging portion 53 of the second clamping member 52 can be brought close to or away from each other by the pivot portion 55, so that the claw portion 54 can clamp or release the lock pin 10 conveniently;
(3) The internal thread 2211 of the through hole 221 can be in threaded fit with the external thread 32 of the lock shaft 30, so that the lock shaft 30 can be driven to rotate when the operating handle 40 rotates, and the lock shaft 30 can move along the axial direction of the through hole 221 when rotating under the action of the external thread 32 of the lock shaft 30 and the internal thread of the through hole 221, so that the lock shaft 30 can be conveniently rotated and moved, and the clamping mechanism 50 can be conveniently driven to clamp or release the lock pin 10.
In addition, the terms "first", "second", etc. are used to define the components, and are only for convenience of distinguishing the corresponding components, and the terms have no special meaning unless otherwise stated, and therefore should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

A connection assembly of an LED display device, the LED display device comprising a first LED box (61) and a second LED box (62) arranged adjacently, the connection assembly being for connecting the first LED box (61) and the second LED box (62), characterized in that the connection assembly comprises:
a lock pin (10) arranged on the first LED box body (61);
the lock base (20) is arranged on the second LED box body (62), the lock base (20) comprises a base body (21) and a connecting column (22) connected with the base body (21), the base body (21) is provided with a containing cavity (211), and a through hole (221) communicated with the containing cavity (211) is formed in the connecting column (22);
a lock shaft (30) rotatably and movably disposed in the through hole (221) in an axial direction of the through hole (221);
a handle (40) rotatably sleeved on the connecting column (22), wherein the handle (40) is connected with the first end of the lock shaft (30), and the handle (40) rotates relative to the connecting column (22) so that the second end of the lock shaft (30) has a locking position extending into the accommodating cavity (211) and an unlocking position leaving the accommodating cavity (211);
-a clamping mechanism (50) arranged in the receiving cavity (211) and having a clamping position and a releasing position, the clamping mechanism (50) comprising a movable first clamping member (51) and a movable second clamping member (52), the first end of the first clamping member (51) and the first end of the second clamping member (52) being mutually adjacent to clamp the locking pin (10) when the clamping mechanism (50) is in the clamping position, the first end of the first clamping member (51) and the first end of the second clamping member (52) being mutually distant to release the locking pin (10) when the clamping mechanism (50) is in the releasing position;
wherein the lock shaft (30) is located between the second end of the first clamp member (51) and the second end of the second clamp member (52) when the lock shaft (30) is in the locked position to hold the clamp mechanism (50) in the clamped position, the lock shaft (30) being separated from the second end of the first clamp member (51) and the second end of the second clamp member (52) when the lock shaft (30) is in the unlocked position, the clamp mechanism (50) being switchable to the undamped position;
the first clamping piece (51) and the second clamping piece (52) comprise a matching part (53), a claw part (54) and a pivoting part (55) arranged between the matching part (53) and the claw part (54), the pivoting part (55) is pivotally connected with the base body (21), the matching part (53) is provided with an arc-shaped notch (531) matched with the second end of the lock shaft (30), and the claw part (54) is matched with the lock pin (10);
the second end of the lock shaft (30) is provided with an adjusting conical surface (31), and the adjusting conical surface (31) gradually decreases from the first end to the second end of the lock shaft (30);
-the engagement portion (53) and the jaw portion (54) of the first clamp (51) are located on a first side of the axis of the lock pin (10), -the engagement portion (53) and the jaw portion (54) of the second clamp (52) are located on a second side of the axis of the lock pin (10) opposite to the first side;
when the lock shaft (30) stretches into the accommodating cavity (211), the lock shaft (30) is respectively matched with the matching part (53) of the first clamping piece (51) and the matching part (53) of the second clamping piece (52), and the claw parts (54) of the first clamping piece (51) and the claw parts (54) of the second clamping piece (52) are mutually close to each other to clamp the lock pin (10).
2. The connection assembly of an LED display device according to claim 1, wherein an external thread (32) is provided on an outer sidewall of the lock shaft (30), and an inner sidewall of the through hole (221) is provided with an internal thread (2211) mated with the external thread (32).

The connection assembly of the LED display device according to claim 2, wherein the second end of the lock shaft (30) is provided with a spiral arc groove (33), the seat body (21) is fixedly provided with a fastening pin (212), and the fastening pin (212) extends into the arc groove (33) and is in limit fit with two ends of the arc groove (33) so as to limit the moving distance of the lock shaft (30).

A connection assembly of an LED display device according to claim 3, characterized in that the first end of the lock shaft (30) has a clamping boss (34), the inner side wall of the handle (40) has a clamping groove cooperating with the clamping boss (34), and the handle (40) is fixed with the second end of the lock shaft (30) by a fastener.

The connection assembly of an LED display device according to claim 1, wherein the outer side wall of the connection post (22) is provided with ratchet teeth (222), the handle (40) further comprises a handle body (41), a ratchet card (42), a button (43) and a ratchet spring (44), the handle body (41) is sleeved on the connection post (22), the ratchet card (42) is arranged in the handle body (41), a first end of the ratchet card (42) abuts against the ratchet teeth (222), a second end of the ratchet card (42) is connected with the button (43), the button (43) has an initial position and a pressing position, the ratchet card (42) is in locking engagement with the ratchet teeth (222) when the button (43) is in the initial position, the ratchet card (42) is disengaged from the ratchet teeth (222) when the button (43) is in the pressing position, and the ratchet spring (44) is arranged in the handle body (41) and enables the button (43) to be in the initial position.
6. The LED display device connection assembly of claim 5, wherein said handle (40) further comprises a cover plate (45) disposed in correspondence to the ratchet card (42), said cover plate (45) being connected to said handle body (41).
7. The connection assembly of an LED display device according to claim 1, wherein the housing (21) comprises a first housing (213) and a second housing (214), a positioning shaft (2131) is provided on the first housing (213), a positioning hole (2141) is provided on the second housing (214) corresponding to the position of the positioning shaft (2131), a recess is provided on the first housing (213) and/or the second housing (214), the recess forms the accommodating cavity (211), a channel (215) for avoiding the lock pin (10) is provided on the first housing (213)/or the second housing (214), and the channel (215) is communicated with the accommodating cavity (211).
8. An LED display device, comprising:
a first LED box (61);
a second LED box (62) disposed adjacent to the first LED box (61);
a display unit provided on the front sides of the first LED box body (61) and the second LED box body (62);
-a connection assembly (63) for connecting the first LED housing (61) and the second LED housing (62), the connection assembly (63) being a connection assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
