To solve this problem, the present inventors have tried many approaches, such as: vibration, degassing and the like, but the results are not ideal, the inventor selects a hot press curing method after multiple attempts to solve the problems, adopts the conditions of hot press temperature of 100-135 ℃, hot press time of 10-60 min and hot press pressure of 100-500 kN to perform preliminary hot press curing, slowly escapes the gas in the die cavity for preparing the grinding column A1 and the grinding column B5 under the hot press in the slow hot press process, and completely fills the die cavity under the hot press. In addition, in the research and development process, the problem of difficult demolding is also encountered, in the demolding process, the grinding column A1 and the grinding column B5 are easy to break, the inventor adopts an optimized formula and a manufacturing process to solve the problem through multiple attempts, namely, the curing of the rubber grinding block is realized through a hot-pressing step, and the strength after hot-pressing curing can meet the requirement of complete demolding by matching with the formula of the rubber grinding block. In addition, the problems of insufficient hardness of the rubber grinding block and insufficient abrasive cutting edge and grinding sharpness are also encountered in the research and development process, and the inventor optimizes and tries the formula for a plurality of times, finally adopts the formula of the rubber grinding block to prepare the rubber grinding block with higher hardness, no cutting edge of the abrasive and proper grinding sharpness, and compared with the conventional fiber grinding block, the polishing effect and the service life of the fiber grinding block are obviously improved.
Example 1

The elastic rubber grinding tool in the example is prepared by adopting the following preparation method, and specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing and uniformly mixing the component materials of the rubber grinding block with the formula amount to prepare mixed slurry;
(2) Injecting the mixed slurry into a mold core, filling each cavity for manufacturing a grinding column A1 and a grinding column B5 in the mold core with the slurry, scraping the slurry uniformly, then placing the mold core into a resin grinding wheel hot press for hot press solidification, wherein the hot press temperature is 125 ℃, the hot press time is 30min, the hot press pressure is 250kN, and placing the mold core into a 120 ℃ oven for solidification for 8h after solidification and molding, so as to obtain the rubber grinding block in the example;
(3) The rubber grinding block is bonded with the elastic rubber pad 3 and the mounting clamping seat 4, and then the granularity of diamond is sprayed, so that the elastic rubber grinding tool in the example is obtained.
Performance test:
the glazed tile was polished by using the elastic rubber grinder of example 1 and a commercially available fiber grinder block (formed by rolling an integral fiber yarn and a resin liquid material), the polishing time was the same, a physical image of the glazed tile polished by using the elastic rubber grinder of example 1 is shown in fig. 4 (a), a physical image of the glazed tile polished by using the commercially available fiber grinder block is shown in fig. 4 (b), and then the gloss of different portions on the glazed tile was tested, and the gloss test method was as follows: the polished work piece was air dried, the tile surface was wiped clean with alcohol and a towel, 5×5=25 spots were tested on the wiped clean tile surface using a WGG60 gloss meter, standard version calibration photometer, and recorded, and the test results are shown in fig. 4 and table 1, respectively.
The number of superior workpieces (i.e., workpieces satisfying the qualification of glossiness, no shadow, no grinding mark, no grinding flower) after polishing 1000 glazed tiles using the elastic rubber grinder of example 1 and a commercially available fiber grinding block were separately tested, and the superior rates of the workpieces were calculated, and the specific calculation results are shown in table 1.

In addition, the elastic rubber grinding tool can be used for polishing, so that the excellent rate of a workpiece and the service life of the workpiece can be remarkably improved, wherein the service life is improved by 5-8.3 times.
