Description

License management method, license management device, electronic equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a License management method, device, electronic apparatus, and storage medium.
Background
With the wide application of wireless networks and the increasing growth of networking scale, the disaster recovery and reliability requirements of the existing network deployment are also improved, and in many solutions, an Access Point (AP) can establish a primary link and a backup link with two Access controllers (Access Controller, AC) at the same time based on a wireless Access Point control and provisioning (Controlling and Provisioning of Wireless Access Point, CAPWAP) protocol to meet the requirement of failover.
The AC needs to control the number of APs that can be accessed by an available grant (License). Under the above-mentioned networking of the primary-backup dual link, only the primary AC side needs to check and consume License, but for the sake of benefit to the user, the backup AC needs to check and consume License when upgrading to the primary AC. In some specific scenarios, the user may choose not to install License files on the AC side, but to schedule distribution of the License uniformly for all ACs in the network through one License Server (Server).
However, in this scenario, if there is no redundant License on the License Server side during failover, there may be a problem that the AP cannot successfully upgrade the backup link to the primary link because the failed AC does not release the License in time.

The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail.
The embodiment of the application provides a License management method, which is applied to an AC (alternating current), and as shown in fig. 1, the method can comprise the following steps:
s11, in the timing duration of the current License cycle timer, if it is determined that the first AP needs to switch from a main link established with the main AC to a standby link established with the first AP, and it is checked that no available License which can be authorized for the first AP to use is locally available, the AP is allowed to switch to the standby link, a License application request for applying for the License used by the first AP is sent to a License server, and the first total number of locally recorded pre-applied licenses is accumulated to the first number of the License used by the first AP.
In this step, the timing duration of the License cycle timer may be set by an administrator according to the network requirement, and the timing duration of the License cycle timer may be automatically re-counted after reaching.
In addition, initially, the first total number of locally recorded pre-applied License is 0.
For example, assuming that the first number of License used by the first AP is 0.5 and assuming that the first total number of License of the pre-application recorded locally is 10, the AC adds up the first total number of License of the pre-application recorded locally (i.e., 10) to the first number of License used by the first AP (i.e., 0.5), i.e., the first total number of License of the pre-application recorded currently (i.e., the first total number after addition) after transmitting the corresponding License application request to the License server becomes 10.5.
And S12, if a second number of License application responses carrying second License applied by the AC as the second AP are received in the timing duration, the second total number of the applied License recorded locally is accumulated by the second number.
In this step, initially, the second total number of applied License locally recorded is 0.
The second AP and the first AP may be the same AP or different APs.
For example, assuming that the second AP and the first AP are different APs, assuming that the above-mentioned second number is 2, and assuming that the second total number of locally recorded applied-for License is 12, the AC adds up the second number (i.e., 2) to the second total number (i.e., 12) of locally recorded applied-for License, that is, the second total number (i.e., the first total number after addition) of currently recorded applied-for License becomes 14.
S13, if a License application response for representing the License unsuccessfully applied to the third AP is received from the License server or the third AP is monitored to be in a downlink state in the timing time period, the first total number recorded currently is deducted by a third number of the License used by the third AP.
In this step, the third AP, the second AP, and the first AP may be the same AP, may be completely different APs, or may be partially the same AP.
For example, assuming that the third AP, the second AP, and the first AP are completely different APs, the third number of License used by the third AP is 1, and assuming that the first total number of current records is 10.5, the AC, in case that the third AP is monitored to be down line, deducts the first total number of current records (i.e., 10.5) by the third number (i.e., 1), that is, the first total number of License of the pre-application currently recorded (i.e., the first total number after deduction) becomes 9.5.
And S14, after the timing duration is reached, if the first total number of the current records is judged to be not 0, returning N License servers when the absolute value of the difference value between the first total number of the current records and the third total number of the current records is judged to be 0 and the absolute value of the difference value between the second total number of the current records and the third total number of the current records is judged to be not 0.
In this step, the third total number is the smallest total number of the first total number of the current records and the second total number of the current records, and the value of N is the difference between the second total number of the current records and the third total number.
Specifically, in the above step S11, the AC (i.e., the standby AC) may determine that the first AP needs to switch from the primary link established with the primary AC to the standby link established with itself by:
the first way is: when the AC needs to actively inform the first AP to upgrade the standby link to the main link, the first AP is determined to need to be switched from the main link established with the main AC to the standby link established with the first AP.
Here, once the AC monitors that the primary AC fails, the AC may be considered to need to actively notify the first AP to upgrade the backup link to the primary link.
The second way is: when the AC receives a link upgrading request sent by the first AP, the first AP is determined to be required to be switched from a main link established with the main AC to a standby link established with the first AP.
Here, the link upgrade request may be transmitted by the first AP upon monitoring that the primary AC fails.
In the first manner, when the AC performs the step of allowing the first AP to switch to the standby link, the AC may specifically send a link upgrade notification message to the first AP.
In the second mode, when the AC performs the step of allowing the first AP to switch to the standby link, the step may specifically be processing a link upgrade request sent by the first AP.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the AC local side may not be configured with License, and may be configured with a small amount of License.
Whether the local side of the AC is provided with a License or not, once the AC determines that the first AP needs to be switched from a main link established with a main AC to a standby link established with the AC, the AC firstly checks whether the local side has available licenses which can be authorized for the first AP to use, if so, the AC allows the first AP to be switched to the standby link and authorizes the corresponding License for the first AP; if not, the first AP is allowed to switch to the standby link, and at the same time, the AC sends a License application request for applying a License used by the first AP to a License server.
In the embodiment of the present application, the execution sequence of the step S11, the step S12, and the step S13 is not limited.
The AC may perform all or some or none of the three steps S11, S12, and S13 within the timing duration of the License cycle timer at any one time.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the AC may also perform the following operations:
and in the timing duration, if a License application response which is sent by the License server and used for representing the License which is not successfully applied to the third AP is received, the third AP is forced to be disconnected.
Still further, in an embodiment of the present application, the AC may also perform the following operations:
after the timing duration is reached, if the first total number of the current records is judged to be 0, no operation is performed.
It should be noted that, once the first total number of records is found to be 0 after the arrival of the timing duration, it may be caused by that there is no need to switch from the main link to the AP of the standby link in the timing duration of the current License return cycle timer; it may also be because there are APs that need to switch from the main link to the standby link within the timing duration of the last License return cycle timer, but none of the APs successfully completes the link upgrade before reaching the timing duration of the last License return cycle timer, or none of the APs comes off line after the link upgrade is completed, or none of the APs successfully completes the link upgrade and another AP comes off line after the link upgrade is completed.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present application, the AC may also perform the following operations:
and when the absolute value of the difference value between the first total number and the third total number of the current records is judged to be not 0, or the absolute value of the difference value between the first total number and the third total number of the current records is judged to be 0, and the absolute value of the difference value between the second total number and the third total number of the current records is judged to be 0, no operation is performed.
That is, in the case where the AC determines that the first total number of current records is not 0, once it determines that the absolute value of the difference between the first total number of current records and the third total number of current records is 0 and the absolute value of the difference between the second total number of current records and the third total number of current records is not 0, it means that the License is required to be timely returned to the License server because some APs have not successfully applied to the License or have appeared unused License offline.
Once it is determined that the absolute value of the difference between the first total number of current records and the third total number of current records is not 0 or that the absolute value of the difference between the first total number of current records and the third total number of current records is 0 and the absolute value of the difference between the second total number of current records and the third total number of current records is 0, this means that there is no need to return License.
As can be seen from the above technical solution, in the embodiment of the present application, if it is determined that, in the timing duration of the current License cycle timer, the first AP needs to switch from the main link established with the main AC to the standby link established with itself, and it is checked that there is no available License that can be authorized for use by the first AP locally, the AP is allowed to switch to the standby link, and a License application request for applying for the License used by the first AP is sent to the License server, and the first total number of locally recorded pre-applied licenses is accumulated by the first number of licenses used by the first AP; if a second number of License application responses carrying second License applied by the AC as a second AP are received in the timing duration, accumulating the second total number of the applied License recorded locally; if a License application response for representing the License unsuccessfully applied to the third AP is received from the License server or the third AP is monitored to be offline in the timing duration, deducting the currently recorded first total number from the third number of the License used by the third AP; after the timing duration is reached, if the first total number of the current records is judged to be not 0, when the absolute value of the difference value between the first total number of the current records and the third total number of the current records is judged to be 0 and the absolute value of the difference value between the second total number of the current records and the third total number of the current records is judged to be not 0, returning N License servers, wherein the third total number is the minimum total number of the first total number of the current records and the second total number of the current records, and the value of N is the difference value between the second total number of the current records and the third total number of the current records.
In this way, during the fault switching, the AP is allowed to switch to the backup link, and then the corresponding License is pre-applied to the License server, and the License that is no longer used is returned in time, so as to ensure that the AP can perform normal communication with the backup AC during the fault switching.
Based on the same inventive concept, the application also provides a License management device, which is applied to the AC, and the structural schematic diagram of the License management device is shown in fig. 2, and specifically comprises:
a first accumulating module 21, configured to, in a timing duration of a current License cycle timer, allow the first AP to switch to a standby link if it is determined that the first AP needs to switch from a main link established with the main AC to a standby link established with the first AP and it is checked that there is no available License that can be used by the first AP locally, and send a License application request for applying for a License used by the first AP to a License server, accumulate a first total number of locally recorded pre-applied licenses to the first number of licenses used by the first AP;

and a return module 24, configured to return N License servers if it is determined that the first total number of current records is not 0 after the timing duration is reached, and if it is determined that the absolute value of the difference between the first total number of current records and the third total number of current records is 0 and the absolute value of the difference between the second total number of current records and the third total number of current records is not 0, where the third total number is the minimum total number of the first total number of current records and the second total number of current records, and the value of N is the difference between the second total number of current records and the third total number of current records.
Preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
a forcing module (not shown in fig. 2) configured to force the third AP to be down if a License application response sent by the License server for characterizing a License that is not successfully applied to the third AP is received in the timing duration.
Preferably, the return module 24 is further configured to:
and after the timing duration is reached, if the first total number of the current records is judged to be 0, no operation is performed.
Preferably, the return module 24 is further configured to:
and when the absolute value of the difference value between the first total number of the current records and the third total number of the current records is not 0 or the absolute value of the difference value between the first total number of the current records and the third total number of the current records is 0 and the absolute value of the difference value between the second total number of the current records and the third total number of the current records is 0, no operation is performed.
