With reference to fig. 1 to 19, a specific structure of the uniform sound field speaker will be mainly described below.
Please refer to fig. 1-3.
In a first embodiment of the present application, a uniform sound field speaker includes:
an arc-shaped sound box shell 1;
the middle bass driving units 2 are distributed on the arc-shaped sound box shell 1 in a curved surface array;
the high-pitch drive units 3 are distributed on the arc-shaped sound box shell 1 in a curved surface array mode and are located between the middle-low-pitch drive units 2.
The mid-bass driving unit 2 in this embodiment refers to a mid-bass driving unit or a driving unit having both mid-bass frequency domains.
In the acoustic sound field, the bass sound is generally in the range of 30hz to 150 hz; midrange, generally in the range of 150hz to 5000 hz; the high pitch is generally in the range of 5000hz to 20000 hz.
It should be noted that each of the driving units referred to herein may be each of the sub-speakers, which together constitute the whole of the uniform sound field speaker in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, each mid-bass driving unit 2 and each treble driving unit 3 are uniformly distributed in a curved surface array and are fixed on the arc-shaped sound box shell 1 in a mounting and fixing manner, and can be connected through fasteners such as screws, bolts and other threaded members.
In a specific embodiment, the size of the mid-bass driving unit 2 may be 2-3 inches, the size of the treble driving unit 3 may be 1-2 inches, and the sizes of the mid-bass driving unit 2 and the treble driving unit 3 may be larger than those of the treble driving unit 3 when the mid-bass driving unit 2 and the treble driving unit 3 are matched, so that the design meets the actual requirement of sound transmission of a loudspeaker and the requirement of sound amplification of most indoor broadcasting, such as a classroom about 55 square meters, and the playing requirement of most users is met.
Conventional speaker systems typically employ drive units of a relatively large size (typically over 3 inches) and a relatively large weight, whereas the present speaker selects drive units of a relatively small size. The loudspeaker effectively lightens the overall weight, is relatively suitable for a loudspeaker installed on a ceiling, obviously reduces the falling risk and improves the application safety of the product.
Large-sized speakers generally have strong directivity, while small-sized full-frequency drive units have weak directivity. Through the array mode design, realize certain sound field coverage more easily, ensure the uniformity of sound propagation.
The adoption of a plurality of loudspeaker units in the embodiment can also improve the maximum radiation sound pressure level of the loudspeaker system, and make up for the radiation power deficiency possibly caused by small-size units.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the mid-bass driving units 2 are axisymmetric arc arrays.
Since the enclosure is of a curved shape, each mid-bass driving unit 2 is mounted on a curved line to form a curved line array of one or more columns. For an arc array of one column, an axisymmetric arc array may be present between each adjacent mid-bass driving units 2 with a transverse symmetry axis. For a multi-column arcuate array, an axisymmetric arcuate array may also be presented with a vertical axis of symmetry.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the mid-bass driving units 2 are arranged in an axisymmetric arc array of 2X 4.
Based on the current actual speaker broadcasting needs in a room such as a classroom, a conference room, etc., the mid-bass driving unit 2 may be configured as an axisymmetric arc-shaped array of 2X4 (i.e., 2 columns and 4 rows from the top view of fig. 3), that is, as a left-right mirror-symmetrical 2 arc-shaped array, with the driving unit size specifications in the above embodiments. This design was tested by the experiments below to find a better uniform sound field.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in a specific embodiment, the treble drive units 3 are arranged on the symmetry axis between the mid-bass drive units 2.
If the curved surface arrays of the middle bass driving units 2 are arranged in multiple columns, the high bass driving units 3 can be arranged on vertical symmetry axes among the middle bass driving units 2, and the high bass driving units 3 are uniformly distributed on the arc-shaped sound box shell 1 in a mirror image mode.
In a specific embodiment, the tweeter driving unit 3 is a curved surface array of 1X2 and is disposed on the curved speaker housing 1 in a mirror image uniformly distributed manner.
In the case where the mid-bass driving unit 2 is provided in a 2X4 curved surface array, the treble driving unit 3 may be a 1X2 curved surface array.
In the example of fig. 3, it can be seen that the center of the treble driving units 3 may be located not only on the symmetry axis of the array of mid-bass driving units 2, but that the two treble driving units 3 may also be uniformly symmetrical with respect to the transverse symmetry axis as an up-down mirror image. The middle bass driving units 2 of the first two rows and the second two rows are respectively a middle bass driving unit 2 group, and the two treble driving units 3 are preferably arranged in the middle of each middle bass driving unit 2 group, so that the uniformity of the sound field is also facilitated by the uniform distribution mode.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to facilitate description and more intuitively embody the spatial position of the uniform sound field speaker of the present application, in the case that the uniform sound field speaker is installed on the indoor roof, the center of the product is used as the center of a circle, the front and rear are distinguished by the X axis, the left and right are distinguished by the Y axis, and the up and down are distinguished by the Z axis.
Referring to fig. 5, in a specific embodiment, in the front-rear direction, an arc array formed by a group of 4 mid-bass driving units 2 is taken as an example, and the directions of the arc arrays are arranged in an arc array; the radiated sound wave arc wave fronts uniformly radiate sound waves within a certain angle range, so that a more uniform sound field can be formed within the covered angle; the angular range is determined by the angle formed by the drive unit, and a specific angle may be:
that is, from the front view of fig. 1, the central axis angle between each mid-bass driving units 2 can be 35.8-37.5 degrees of closed interval, and the center distance between each mid-bass driving units 2 is 53-64 mm of closed interval.
Two groups of arc arrays can be adopted in the left-right direction, and two points are mainly considered: on one hand, the maximum radiation sound pressure level of the loudspeaker is increased; on the other hand, the directivity of a single group of speakers in the left-right direction is poor, a large angle range can be covered, and the directivity of the speakers in the left-right direction can be obviously increased by adding a group of speakers in the left-right direction, so that a uniform sound field which can cover a certain angle is formed. This angle is determined by the angle of the drive unit in this direction. One specific angle may be:
that is, from the side view of fig. 2, the central axis angle between each mid-bass driving units 2 may be 40 ° to 50 ° closed interval, such as 45 °, and the center distance between each mid-bass driving units 2 is 53 to 64mm closed interval.
Referring to fig. 6, for the arrangement of the treble driving unit 3: when the frequency exceeds a certain range, interference between the mid-bass driving units 2 becomes more obvious, so that above the frequency, two high-frequency driving units 3 are adopted to be respectively arranged between the front and rear groups of full-frequency driving units (the mid-bass driving units 2) for supplementing high-frequency signals, so that the overall tone of the loudspeaker is more balanced. A specific angle of the treble driving unit 3 may be:
that is, from the front view of fig. 1, the included angle between the central axes of the two treble driving units 3 is 74-86 degrees, and the interval between the two treble driving units 3 is 110-120 mm.
Please refer to fig. 16-19. To verify the actual sound field effect of the uniform sound field speaker of the present embodiment, the following test was conducted and the test results shown in fig. 17 and 19 were obtained.
As shown in fig. 16 and 17, in the horizontal test process, frequency response curves of 0, 22.5 °, 45 °, 67.5 ° are obtained, and it can be seen that these curves, compared with the frequency response curves of the existing speaker in fig. 21, only generate small interference at the sound frequency band at different measurement points, so that the fluctuation is significantly reduced, and the frequency response curves at different directions show approaching uniformity, which reflects that users at different directions can also have near-uniformity hearing, and greatly improves the hearing of users.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, during the vertical test, it can be seen that these curves, compared to the frequency response curves of the conventional speaker of fig. 21, also produce little interference at different measurement points in the acoustic frequency band.
The above speaker design forms a compact speaker array design by combining a smaller-sized driving unit and a specific distribution of an arc-shaped array, which can form a uniform sound field in a certain area, and can obviously reduce sound pressure level outside a target area, thereby providing more accurate sound projection.
In addition, it should be noted that the central control module (including the circuit PCB board) of the driving unit may be built in the sound box housing, or may be externally arranged in other structures.
According to the application, the middle-bass driving units 2 are distributed on the arc-shaped sound box shell 1 in a curved surface array, so that the universality of sound wave transmission in multiple directions in space can be ensured, interference between sound frequency bands is greatly reduced, the radiated sound wave arc wave fronts uniformly radiate sound waves in a certain angle range, and a relatively uniform sound field can be formed in the covered angle. And outside the target area the sound pressure level can be significantly reduced, providing a more accurate sound projection. By using the high-frequency driving unit 3 and being arranged among the plurality of mid-low-frequency driving units 2, the high-frequency driving unit is used for supplementing high-frequency signals, so that the overall tone of the loudspeaker is more balanced. The application improves the uniformity of sound field when the loudspeaker is amplified based on the layout arrangement of the middle bass driving unit 2 and the high bass driving unit 3, ensures the consistency of hearing feeling of users in all directions and greatly improves the hearing feeling of the loudspeaker.
Referring to fig. 7, in particular, in one embodiment, the uniform sound field speaker further includes:
the central control box body 4 and the mounting upright post 5; the mounting upright post 5 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the central control box body 4;
the central control box body 4 is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped sound box shell 1 through the mounting upright post 5;
the top of the central control box body 4 is used for being installed at the indoor central top.
The mounting upright post 5 can be integrally formed with the central control box body 4, or the mounting upright post 5 can be arranged at the bottom of the central control box body 4 through an injection molding process, and can be connected with the central control box body 4 in an adhesive or fastening connection mode, so that the central control box body is not limited. The number of the mounting posts 5 may be plural, and the mounting posts 5 may be uniformly distributed at the bottom of the center control box 4, such as four mounting posts 5 shown in fig. 7.
Correspondingly, referring to fig. 8, a mounting slot 7 matched with the mounting upright post 5 can be further formed in the top of the arc-shaped sound box shell 1, and the mounting upright post 5 is embedded into the mounting slot 7, so that the connection between the central control box body 4 and the arc-shaped sound box shell 1 is firmer and more reliable.
The central control box body 4 is fixedly connected with the arc-shaped sound box shell 1 through the mounting upright posts 5, so that a certain gap is reserved between the central control box body 4 and the arc-shaped sound box shell 1, heat dissipation of a central control module in the central control box body 4 is facilitated, and the running stability and the service life of the loudspeaker are improved.
Referring to fig. 11, an installation seat (not labeled in the drawing) may also be disposed on the top of the central control box 4, for fixedly connecting with the indoor roof.
In a general indoor scene, when the speaker plays back sound indoors, the distance from the speaker will cause a significant difference in sound pressure level at the receiving place of the sound wave, and in order to obtain a more uniform sound field, the speaker in this embodiment is generally mounted in the center of the room in a ceiling. In view of the practical situation, there may be a certain deviation between the installation position and the center of the classroom, but the installation position should not deviate significantly from the center of the room.
With continued reference to fig. 7, in one embodiment, the uniform sound field speaker further includes:
a speaker control module and a power amplifier heat dissipation unit 6;
the loudspeaker control module is arranged in the central control box body 4;
the power amplifier heat dissipation unit 6 is arranged at the bottom of the loudspeaker control module.
The speaker control module mainly refers to a circuit PCB board and the circuit elements thereon, and the power amplifier heat dissipation unit 6 may be a heat sink attached to the power amplifier at the bottom of the speaker control module. One side of fin is laminated with power amplifier, and the another side can laminate with the bottom of well accuse box 4 mutually to the part of laminating mutually with the bottom of well accuse box 4 is open pore structure, thereby does benefit to the heat of components and parts such as power amplifier and distributes away in time, ensures the normal operating of speaker.
The power amplifier may be disposed on a circuit PCB of a speaker as a common sense, and will not be described here.
Based on the foregoing embodiments, referring to fig. 8, in one embodiment, the uniform sound field speaker further includes:
a phase inverter tube 8;
the phase inversion tube 8 is arranged in the arc-shaped sound box shell 1, the top opening of the phase inversion tube 8 is close to the bottom of the central control box body 4, and the bottom opening of the phase inversion tube is close to the bottom of the arc-shaped sound box shell 1.
In order to further improve the heat dissipation capacity of the loudspeaker, a phase inversion tube 8 can be arranged in the arc-shaped sound box shell 1, and the phase inversion tube 8 can be fixedly connected with the inner side of the arc-shaped sound box shell 1 through an injection molding process. The top opening is close to the bottom of the central control box 4 and the bottom opening is close to the bottom of the arc-shaped sound box shell 1, so that better air circulation is achieved to achieve better heat dissipation effect, and in order to facilitate understanding of the heat dissipation effect brought by the design, please refer to fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 10, during the operation of the speaker, the air in the inverter tube 8 fluctuates due to the sound wave vibration. This fluctuation creates a strong air flow at the opening of the inverter tube 8. At the same time, the power amplifier heat dissipation unit 6 inside the speaker system also generates heat during operation. The present embodiment uses the air flow in the inverter tube 8 as a heat exchange medium.
Specifically, the speaker system is designed such that the power amplifier heat radiating unit 6 is placed near the inverter tube 8. By the movement of the air flow in the inverter tube 8, heat can be transferred to the environment surrounding the inverter tube 8. This process is similar to the convection phenomenon in nature, in that hot air rises and cold air falls, forming a heat exchange cycle. By means of the design, the system can radiate heat more effectively, and performance degradation and damage risks possibly caused by the increase of the power amplifier temperature are reduced. By combining the heat dissipation of the power amplifier with the air flow synergy of the inverter tube 8, the reliability and lifetime of the whole loudspeaker can be significantly improved.
Furthermore, the inverter tube 8 is employed and its bottom opening is close to the bottom of the arc-shaped cabinet 1, that is, close to the mid-bass driving unit 2, so that it is also possible to function to enhance the radiation efficiency of bass sounds.
Referring to fig. 9, in an embodiment, the uniform sound field speaker further includes:
a sound guide cone 9;
the sound guide cone 9 is arranged at the bottom of the central control box 4 and is opposite to the top opening of the phase inversion tube 8.
By arranging the sound guide cone 9, sound can be diffused out to various angles, and the universality of sound transmission during broadcasting of the loudspeaker is enhanced.
Further, referring to fig. 12, in an embodiment, the speakers of the uniform sound field may be cascaded in a wireless or wired manner, such as the four speaker devices a-B-C-D shown in the figure, and in a larger room, a plurality of speakers may be distributed in a cascade manner, so as to expand the coverage area of the whole system, and thus the coverage area is wider.
Referring to fig. 13, in an embodiment, the uniform sound field speaker further includes a crossover network module; the frequency division network module is used for respectively inputting medium-low frequency signals to the medium-low sound driving unit and inputting high frequency signals to the high sound driving unit.
The control method of the uniform sound field speaker will be described with reference to the related structure of fig. 13:
(1) The loudspeaker can adopt a two-frequency division network to respectively drive the middle bass driving unit and the high bass unit;
(2) The audio signal is divided into a high frequency band and a low frequency band or a high frequency band and a middle frequency band or a high frequency band, a middle frequency band and a low frequency band by a Linkwitz-Riley filter in a frequency division network module, and the high frequency band, the middle frequency band and the low frequency band are respectively fed to a high-pitch drive unit and a medium-low-pitch drive unit.
Thereby realizing the function and function of jointly outputting a uniform sound field between high, medium and low tones.
Further, please refer to fig. 14 and 15.
In an embodiment, the mid-bass driving units and the treble driving units are respectively grouped according to a preset grouping rule to obtain each group of driving units; the uniform sound field speaker further includes:
a gain amplifier;
a delay device;
a power amplifier;
the output end of the frequency division network module is electrically connected with the input end of the gain amplifier;
the output end of the gain amplifier is electrically connected with the input end of the delayer;
the output end of the delay device is electrically connected with the input end of the power amplifier;
the output end of the power amplifier is electrically connected with each group of driving units.
For rooms with different sizes, the angles required to be covered by the speakers are different to a certain extent, and meanwhile, when the mounting positions of the speakers deviate from the front and rear centers, the coverage range of the uniform sound field and the target area deviate to a certain extent. Therefore, the speaker device can independently control the grouped driving units by adopting multiple channels, and the angles of uniform sound fields of the speakers can be adjusted by adjusting the phases and the amplitudes of the groups, so that better uniform sound field output is realized. Meanwhile, based on the structure and the mode of grouping control, the sound can be balanced and regulated according to different space environments, and the method is suitable for application requirements of different scenes.
The specific grouping rules may be as shown in fig. 14:
every two middle bass driving units are divided into one group (namely, two middle bass driving units of each row are divided into one group in a top view, namely, four groups (shown as A1, A2, A3 and A4) and are controlled by independent channels;
the front and rear treble driving units are also controlled by independent channels, respectively (B1, B2 shown).
It should be noted that the above grouping rules are only preferred examples, and are not limiting on the grouping.
For specific control of the packet, please refer to fig. 15:
g represents gain, τ represents delay;
the transmission path of the audio signal is as follows: the audio signal is divided into a middle-low frequency signal and a high frequency signal by a frequency division network, and the middle-low frequency signal and the high frequency signal are respectively output to each channel (middle-bass channels A1-A4 and high-bass channels B1-B2) by a gain amplifier, a time delay device and a power amplifier in sequence.
The gain and delay of the corresponding channel are adjusted through the amplitude gain amplifier and the delay device, so that the deviation between the whole coverage area of the loudspeaker and the target area is reduced, and the consistency of sound transmission in all directions is further improved.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the application, and all equivalent structural changes made by the specification and drawings of the present application or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present application.
