The CPE operation control method provided by the embodiment has strong applicability, the condition constraint of user and CPE interaction is small, a path for CPE remote management through a short message can be provided for the user under the conditions that the CPE network fails and the user is not in the CPE network coverage area, and the user does not need to memorize or save the dynamically changed IP address, so that the remote management of the CPE is simpler and more convenient and reliable, the CPE can actively inform the user of the state of the CPE, the user can timely master the state of the CPE, and the user experience can be effectively improved.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of an operation control device 1300 according to an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 13, the embodiment of the present application further provides an operation control device 1300, where the operation control device 1300 includes at least one control processor 1310 and a memory 1320 for communicatively connecting with the at least one control processor 1310; the memory 1320 stores instructions executable by the at least one control processor 1310 to enable the at least one control processor 1310 to perform the CPE operation control method provided by any of the method embodiments above. According to the CPE operation control method, a way of CPE remote management through a short message is provided for the user under the conditions that the CPE network fails and the user is not in the CPE network coverage area, and the user does not need to memorize or store the dynamically changed IP address, so that the remote management of the CPE is simpler, more convenient and reliable, and the user experience can be effectively improved.
The embodiment of the application also provides a customer terminal device, which comprises the operation control device 1300 provided by the embodiment of the application, and can execute the CPE operation control method provided by any method embodiment, according to the CPE operation control method, a path for carrying out CPE remote management through a short message is provided for a user under the condition that the CPE network fails and the user is not in the CPE network coverage range, and the user does not need to memorize or save the dynamically changed IP address, so that the remote management of the CPE is simpler, more convenient and reliable, and the user experience can be effectively improved.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores computer executable instructions for causing a computer to execute the CPE operation control method provided by any of the method embodiments.

Claims (14)

1. A CPE operation control method, the CPE is configured with a short message receiving and transmitting function; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a first short message for managing the CPE;
analyzing the first short message, and executing management operation according to the content of the first short message.
2. The CPE operation control method according to claim 1, characterized in that the CPE stores a management ID corresponding to a terminal device, the management ID being a number of the terminal device; the method further comprises the steps of:
after receiving the first short message, obtaining the number of the terminal equipment for sending the first short message according to the first short message, and judging whether the number of the terminal equipment for sending the first short message is consistent with the management ID;
and under the condition that the number of the terminal equipment sending the first short message is inconsistent with the management ID, the first short message is not analyzed, and the first short message is stored.
3. The CPE operation control method of claim 1, further comprising:
and after the management operation is executed, sending a second short message for indicating the operation execution result to the sender of the first short message.
4. The CPE operation control method of claim 1, wherein the CPE stores a security management password; the method further comprises the steps of:
after the first short message is analyzed, judging whether the content of the first short message comprises the security management password or not;
and under the condition that the content of the first short message does not comprise the safety management password, the management operation is not executed, and the first short message is stored.
5. The CPE operation control method of claim 1, wherein the CPE stores a preset format and preset content of the first short message, the method further comprising: after the first short message is analyzed, judging whether the format and the content of the first short message are respectively consistent with the preset format and the preset content;
and under the condition that the format of the first short message is inconsistent with the preset format or the content of the first short message is inconsistent with the preset content, the management operation is not executed, and the first short message is stored.
6. The CPE operation control method of claim 5, further comprising:
and sending a third short message to a sender of the first short message under the condition that the format of the first short message is inconsistent with the preset format or the content of the first short message is inconsistent with the preset content, wherein the third short message is used for indicating that the format or the content of the first short message is inconsistent with the preset format or the preset content.
7. The CPE operation control method of claim 1, wherein the CPE stores a remote management instruction set, the content of the first sms corresponds to an operation instruction, and the performing management operation according to the content of the first sms includes:
traversing the instructions in the remote management instruction set to find operation instructions corresponding to the content of the first short message;
and executing management operation according to the operation instruction.
8. The CPE operation control method of claim 7, wherein the management operation is not performed and the first sms is saved if an operation instruction corresponding to the content of the first sms is not found.
9. The CPE operation control method according to claim 1, characterized in that the CPE stores a management ID corresponding to a terminal device; the method further comprises the steps of:
and when the state of the CPE changes, sending a fourth short message for indicating the current state to the terminal equipment corresponding to the management ID.
10. The CPE operation control method of claim 9, further comprising: after the fourth short message is sent, judging whether the fourth short message is sent successfully or not;
and under the condition that the fourth short message is failed to be sent, sending the fourth short message to the terminal equipment again at intervals of preset time.
11. The CPE operation control method of claim 10, wherein the fourth short message is not transmitted again if the number of retransmissions of the fourth short message reaches a preset number.
12. An operation control device comprising at least one control processor and a memory for communication with the at least one control processor; the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one control processor to enable the at least one control processor to perform the CPE operation control method of any one of claims 1 to 11.
13. A client terminal apparatus comprising the operation control device according to claim 12.
14. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform the CPE operation control method according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
