According to the operation right acquiring method provided by the embodiment of the application, the execution main body can be an operation right acquiring device. In the embodiment of the application, an operation right acquiring method executed by an operation right acquiring device is taken as an example, and the operation right acquiring device provided by the embodiment of the application is described.

According to the embodiment, the collected voice information is recognized to obtain the identity mark corresponding to the voice information, and under the condition that the identity mark is the first type, the operation authority of the intelligent household appliance is secondarily confirmed, so that the user of the first type of identity mark is prevented from operating the intelligent household appliance under the condition that the user is not authorized, and the safety risk is caused.

and setting the operation authority of the intelligent household appliance as the complete authority based on the identity mark as the second category.
