The receiving user identification is obtained when the message is sent, the corresponding message receiving terminal is quickly found according to the receiving user identification, the speed of determining the message receiving terminal is improved, and the receiving authority information of the message receiving user is sent to the message receiving terminal when the message to be sent is sent to the message receiving terminal, so that the message receiving terminal can directly verify whether the message receiving user has the authority of reading and downloading the message to be sent according to the receiving authority information, different display modes are realized, the delay of determining the display mode is avoided, the user experience is ensured, and the message receiving terminal can also carry out secret management on the message in the communication process.
