when the external tension of the electric wire is eliminated, the electric wire can be restored to the original state under the action of the first return spring coil 23;
part of the fixed plug cone can be inserted into the protective insulating skin outside the electric wire of the electric appliance under the action of the pressing action of the fixed clamping plate 27, so that the stability of fixation can be effectively improved, and the other part of the fixed plug cone can be directly pressed against the wire head of the electric wire of the electric appliance;
and (3) main line refastening:
the main line passes through the fixing jacket 9, and then the anti-skid clamping plate 30 is clamped on the main line to fix the main line;
the main line is provided with additional tensile capacity, the probability of separating the main line from the main board module 8 is further reduced, the stability of connecting the main line head with the main board module 8 is improved, the main line head can be protected, and the probability of breaking the main line head is reduced;
one of the anti-skid clamping plates 30 moves to drive the linkage fixing block 32 on the anti-skid clamping plate 30 to move, and the linkage telescopic ring 33 is matched to drive the other anti-skid clamping plates 30 to move, so that a plurality of anti-skid clamping plates 30 move and clamp simultaneously, the clamping and fixing efficiency on a main line is higher, and meanwhile, the plurality of anti-skid clamping plates 30 can increase the pressing friction force, so that the aim of improving the clamping and fixing stability is fulfilled;
the locking slide plate 29 is moved to drive the anti-skid clamping plate 30 to move, the anti-skid clamping plate 29 can be prevented from moving reversely under the action of the locking teeth 34 and the locking plugboard 37, the anti-skid clamping plate 30 is kept to be clamped against the main line under the action of the pressing force, if the locking slide plate 29 needs to be unlocked, the pressing push rod 36 is only required to be pulled to separate the locking plugboard 37 from the locking teeth 34, and at the moment, the locking slide plate 29 can move on the fixed clamping sleeve 9, so that the anti-skid clamping plate 30 is driven to be separated from the main line;
the locking plugboard 37 is always clamped with the locking teeth 34 under the action of the pressing spring 39 and the fixed baffle 38, so that the stability of locking the locking sliding plate 29 is improved;
winding the main wire on the first winding roller 10, and then inserting one end of the wire head of the main wire into the wire plug hole 15 of the main wire;
before the main line head is fixed, the main line needs to be wound on the first winding roller 10, when one end of the main line far away from the main board module 8 is pulled instantly, the main line can be propped against the first winding roller 10 at the first time, so that most of the pulling force can be counteracted, and the stability of connection between the main line head and the main board module 8 is ensured.
After the main line abuts against the first winding roller 10 for a certain time (the time is short, generally within one second), the main line pulls the first winding roller 10 to rotate, meanwhile, the main line wound on the first winding roller 10 is unreeled, the length of the main line at one end close to the main board module 8 is lengthened due to unreeled main line, the stress limit of the main board module 8 can be increased, the buffer effect is achieved, and the stability of connection between the main line and the main board module 8 can be further improved;
when the main line is subjected to the external tension of the main line and disappears, the main line can be restored under the action of the second reset spring coil 40, so that the main line is continuously wound on the first winding roller 10;
the main line is wound on the first wind-up roll 10, the main line passes through the steering buffer roll 14, when the main line receives tension, the steering buffer roll 14 is driven to move under the action of the tension of the main line, the main line is buffered for a certain distance by matching with the use of the buffer spring 12, the limiting slide plate moves to generate friction force due to the action of the friction block, and the tension is partially counteracted by using the internal energy consumed by the friction force, so that the main line can be effectively protected, and the existing probability of falling off of the main line and the main board module 8 is reduced.
