Abstract
The application provides a report generation method, a device, equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the field of communication, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring service data of a plurality of preset indexes from each service device in a plurality of service devices to obtain a service data set; according to the service data set, determining the statistical condition of each preset index in the plurality of preset indexes; and generating a service report according to the statistical condition of each preset index and a preset template. The method is suitable for the process of generating the service report and is used for solving the problem that the time and the labor are consumed for manually arranging the data.

Technical Field

Background
With the advent of the information age, the acquisition, analysis, and utilization of data has become more important. In particular, in enterprise management, data analysis and decision support have become one of the important factors for enterprise competition.
In this context, the weekly reports of most enterprises are still reported layer by layer from bottom to top in a traditional manual filling manner. In a first aspect, the present application provides a report generating method applied to a report generating apparatus in a report generating system; the report generating device is connected with the plurality of business devices; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring service data of a plurality of preset indexes from each service device in a plurality of service devices to obtain a service data set; according to the service data set, determining the statistical condition of each preset index in the plurality of preset indexes; and generating a service report according to the statistical condition of each preset index and a preset template.
Optionally, the method further comprises: acquiring a plurality of reference templates; and determining a plurality of preset indexes according to the statistical indexes in the plurality of reference templates.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a report generating system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include: business device 100 and report generating device 200. Alternatively, the visual interface may comprise multiple languages. For example, english, japanese, korean, chinese, or the like.
In other possible embodiments, the plurality of service devices may comprise a plurality of grouped service devices, or the plurality of service devices may be divided into different groups, e.g. a service department may comprise a plurality of service groups, each of which may have its own service device. In this case, the service data set acquired by the electronic device may include a plurality of sub data sets, which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of packets. Fig. 8 is another flow chart of a report generating method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the S102 may specifically include S1021, the S103 may specifically include S1031, and the method may further include S201 and S202 after the S1031.
S1021, the electronic equipment determines the statistical condition of each preset index corresponding to each group according to the sub-data set corresponding to each group.
S1021 may be described with reference to S102, and will not be described here.
S1031, the electronic equipment determines the service report corresponding to each group according to the statistics condition of each preset index corresponding to each group.
S1031 may be described with reference to S103, and will not be described here.
S201, the electronic equipment generates a view interface corresponding to each group according to the service report corresponding to each group.
S201 may be described with reference to fig. 6 and 7, and will not be described here again.
S202, the electronic equipment sends a corresponding visual interface to each target equipment corresponding to each group.
For example, the plurality of packets may include a first packet and a second packet. The electronic device may determine the statistics of each preset index corresponding to the first packet according to the sub-data set corresponding to the first packet, and determine the statistics of each preset index corresponding to the second packet according to the sub-data set corresponding to the second packet.
Then, the electronic device may determine, according to the statistics of each preset index corresponding to the first packet, a service report corresponding to the first packet, and determine, according to the statistics of each preset index corresponding to the second packet, a service report corresponding to the second packet.
Then, the electronic device may determine a view interface corresponding to the first packet according to the service report corresponding to the first packet, and determine a view interface corresponding to the second packet according to the service report corresponding to the second packet.
Finally, the electronic device may send the view interface corresponding to the first packet to the first target device, and send the view interface corresponding to the second packet to the second target device.
For example, the first target device may be a traffic device of a first packet group leader and the second target device may be a traffic device of a second packet group leader.
In the report generating method provided by the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment can acquire the service data of a plurality of preset indexes from each service device in a plurality of service devices to obtain a service data set; according to the service data set, determining the statistical condition of each preset index in the plurality of preset indexes; and generating a service report according to the statistical condition of each preset index and a preset template. The data which is needed to be manually processed is automatically processed, so that the business report is automatically generated, and the working efficiency and the accuracy of business personnel are improved.
In addition, the specification of the service data can be automatically established, and the format and the quantization method of the service data are unified, so that the service data acquired by the morning personnel are more accurate and clear, and confusion and errors in data management are reduced.
Finally, the service report generated by the report generating method provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for monitoring and updating data in real time, capturing the latest service data in real time and at fixed time, and analyzing and processing the service data, so that business personnel can track and monitor the service data in real time, thereby finding out problems and solving problems in time.
The foregoing description of the solution provided by the embodiments of the present application has been mainly presented in terms of a method. To achieve the above functions, it includes corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules that perform the respective functions. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware or combinations of hardware and computer software. Whether a function is implemented as hardware or computer software driven hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. The technical aim may be to use different methods to implement the described functions for each particular application, but such implementation should not be considered beyond the scope of the present application.
In an exemplary embodiment, the embodiment of the application further provides a report generating device. Fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of the report generating device according to the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the report generating apparatus may include: an acquisition module 901 and a processing module 902.
The acquiring module 901 is configured to acquire service data of a plurality of preset indexes from each service device in the plurality of service devices, and obtain a service data set.
A processing module 902, configured to determine, according to the service data set, a statistical condition of each preset index of the plurality of preset indexes; and generating a service report according to the statistical condition of each preset index and a preset template.
In some possible embodiments, the obtaining module 901 is further configured to obtain a plurality of reference templates. The processing module 902 is further configured to determine a plurality of preset indicators according to the statistical indicators in the plurality of reference templates.
In other possible embodiments, the processing module 902 is specifically configured to use a union of statistical indexes in the plurality of reference templates as a plurality of preset indexes; or taking intersection of statistical indexes in a plurality of reference templates as a plurality of preset indexes; or respectively obtaining the occurrence times of the statistical indexes in the plurality of reference templates; taking the statistical index with the occurrence number larger than the frequency threshold value as a preset index to obtain a plurality of preset indexes; or respectively obtaining the occurrence times of the statistical indexes in the plurality of reference templates; sequentially arranging the statistical indexes according to the sequence of the occurrence times from more to less to obtain a sequencing result; and taking the first M statistical indexes in the sequencing result as preset indexes to obtain a plurality of preset indexes.
In still other possible embodiments, the obtaining module 901 is further configured to obtain a plurality of custom indicators. The processing module 902 is further configured to use the plurality of custom indicators as a plurality of preset indicators.
In still other possible embodiments, the processing module 902 is further configured to generate a visualization interface according to the service report; and sending the visual interface to the target device.
In still other possible embodiments, the plurality of service devices comprises a plurality of grouped service devices; the service data set comprises a plurality of sub data sets; the plurality of sub data corresponds to the plurality of packets one by one; the processing module 902 is specifically configured to determine, according to the respective sub-data set corresponding to each packet, a statistics condition of each preset index corresponding to each packet; determining a service report corresponding to each group according to the statistics condition of each preset index corresponding to each group; the processing module 902 is further configured to generate a respective visualization interface for each packet according to the service report corresponding to each packet; and sending a corresponding visual interface to each target device corresponding to each group.
It should be noted that the division of the modules in fig. 9 is illustrative, and is merely a logic function division, and other division manners may be actually implemented. For example, two or more functions may also be integrated in one processing module. The integrated modules may be implemented in hardware or in software functional units.
In an exemplary embodiment, the application also provides a readable storage medium comprising software instructions which, when run on an electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform any of the methods provided by the above embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment, the application also provides a computer program product comprising computer-executable instructions which, when run on an electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform any of the methods provided by the above embodiments.
In the above embodiments, it may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented using a software program, it may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer-executable instructions. When the computer-executable instructions are loaded and executed on a computer, the processes or functions in accordance with embodiments of the present application are fully or partially produced. The computer may be a general purpose computer, a special purpose computer, a computer network, or other programmable apparatus. The computer-executable instructions may be stored in or transmitted from one computer-readable storage medium to another, for example, from one website, computer, server, or data center by wired (e.g., coaxial cable, fiber optic, digital subscriber line (digital subscriber line, DSL)) or wireless (e.g., infrared, wireless, microwave, etc.). Computer readable storage media can be any available media that can be accessed by a computer or data storage devices including one or more servers, data centers, etc. that can be integrated with the media. The usable medium may be a magnetic medium (e.g., a floppy disk, a hard disk, a magnetic tape), an optical medium (e.g., a DVD), or a semiconductor medium (e.g., a Solid State Disk (SSD)), or the like.
Although the application is described herein in connection with various embodiments, other variations to the disclosed embodiments can be understood and effected by those skilled in the art in practicing the claimed application, from a study of the drawings, the disclosure, and the appended claims. In the claims, the word "Comprising" does not exclude other elements or steps, and the "a" or "an" does not exclude a plurality. A single processor or other unit may fulfill the functions of several items recited in the claims. The mere fact that certain measures are recited in mutually different dependent claims does not indicate that a combination of these measures cannot be used to advantage.

Claims (10)
1. A report generating method, characterized in that the method is applied to a report generating device in a report generating system; the report generating device is connected with a plurality of service devices; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring service data of a plurality of preset indexes from each service device in the plurality of service devices to obtain a service data set;
determining the statistical condition of each preset index in the plurality of preset indexes according to the service data set;
and generating a service report according to the statistical condition of each preset index and the preset template.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a plurality of reference templates;
and determining the preset indexes according to the statistical indexes in the reference templates.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the plurality of preset indicators from the statistical indicators in the plurality of reference templates comprises:
taking the union of the statistical indexes in the plurality of reference templates as the plurality of preset indexes;
or,
taking intersection of statistical indexes in the plurality of reference templates as the plurality of preset indexes;
or,
respectively obtaining the occurrence times of the statistical indexes in the plurality of reference templates;
taking the statistical index with the occurrence number larger than the frequency threshold value as a preset index to obtain a plurality of preset indexes;
or,
respectively obtaining the occurrence times of the statistical indexes in the plurality of reference templates;
sequentially arranging the statistical indexes according to the sequence of the occurrence times from more to less to obtain a sequencing result;
and taking the first M statistical indexes in the sequencing result as preset indexes to obtain the preset indexes.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring a plurality of custom indexes;
and taking the custom indexes as the preset indexes.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
generating a visual interface according to the service report;
and sending the visual interface to target equipment.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the plurality of traffic devices comprises a plurality of grouped traffic devices; the service data set comprises a plurality of sub data sets; the plurality of sub-data are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of packets;
the determining, according to the service data set, a statistical condition of each preset index of the plurality of preset indexes includes:
according to the sub-data set corresponding to each group, determining the statistical condition of each preset index corresponding to each group;
generating a service report according to the statistics condition of each preset index and a preset template, including:
determining a service report corresponding to each group according to the statistics condition of each preset index corresponding to each group;
the method further comprises the steps of:
generating a view interface corresponding to each group according to the service report corresponding to each group;
and sending a corresponding visual interface to the target equipment corresponding to each group.
7. A report generating apparatus, wherein the report generating apparatus is connected to a plurality of service apparatuses; the report generating device includes: the device comprises an acquisition module and a processing module;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring service data of a plurality of preset indexes from each service device in the plurality of service devices to obtain a service data set;
the processing module is used for determining the statistical condition of each preset index in the plurality of preset indexes according to the service data set; and generating a service report according to the statistical condition of each preset index and the preset template.
8. An electronic device, the electronic device comprising: a processor and a memory;
the memory stores instructions executable by the processor;
the processor is configured to, when executing the instructions, cause the electronic device to implement the method of any one of claims 1-6.
9. A readable storage medium, the storage medium comprising: a software instruction;
when executed in an electronic device, causes the electronic device to carry out the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
10. A report generating system, the system comprising: report generating means and a plurality of business means; the report generating device is connected with the plurality of business devices;
the report generating device is used for acquiring service data of a plurality of preset indexes from each service device in the plurality of service devices to obtain a service data set; determining the statistical condition of each preset index in the plurality of preset indexes according to the service data set; and generating a service report according to the statistical condition of each preset index and the preset template.
