The water storage box 15 stores cooling water, and in order to be convenient for add cooling water to the water storage box 15, a water filling port can be arranged at the top of the water storage box 15, and is closed by a sealing cover or a sealing plug, and the sealing cover or the sealing plug is taken down and water is added when water is added. The cooling pump 16 is used for conveying cooling water or air to the cooling pipe network 110, the cooling water or air can be sprayed to the water absorption layer 111 through the cooling pipe network 110, the water absorption layer 111 adopts the existing water absorption material, preferably adopts the water absorption silica gel layer, the water absorption silica gel layer has a large number of micropores, not only has good water absorption performance, but also has good heat conduction performance, the heat dissipation effect can be ensured, and the thickness of the water absorption layer 111 is 1mm.
In the heat dissipation process of the invention, the three-way valve 17 is used for connecting the cooling pump 16 and the water inlet pipe 18, the space between the cooling pump 16 and the air inlet pipe 19 is closed, the cooling pump 16 conveys the cooling water in the water storage box 15 to the cooling pipe network 110, the cooling water is sprayed to the water absorption layer 111 through the outlet, the water absorption layer 111 absorbs the cooling water, the heat in the main cavity is transferred to the partition plate 14 and the water absorption layer 111, and the cooling water can absorb the heat, so that the heat dissipation is realized. When the water absorption layer 111 absorbs enough moisture, the three-way valve 17 is used to connect the cooling pump 16 and the air inlet pipe 19, the cooling pump 16 and the water inlet pipe 18 are closed, water is stopped, the cooling pump 16 conveys outside air to the cooling pipe network 110, the air is sprayed to the water absorption layer 111 through the outlet of the cooling pipe network 110, the air takes away heat of the water absorption layer 111, and then the air is exhausted from the air exhaust port 112. When the moisture in the water absorbing layer 111 evaporates, ventilation is stopped and water is again supplied, and the above-described process is repeated, whereby a good heat dissipation rate can be maintained by alternately supplying water and ventilation. The duration of the ventilation is determined according to the water absorption amount of the water-absorbing layer 111, typically 3 to 5 seconds, and the duration of the ventilation is determined according to the evaporation time of the water, typically 30 to 60 seconds.
The traditional air cooling and water cooling can only dissipate heat in a heat transfer mode, and the heat dissipation effect is general. In addition, external air does not need to enter the main cavity, so that dust can be effectively prevented from entering the main cavity, and therefore, the dust removal is not required for elements in the main cavity, and the use is more convenient.
In order to increase the heat dissipation area, the cross sections of the partition plate 14 and the water absorbing layer 111 are rectangular waveforms, as shown in fig. 7, and a plurality of heat conducting fins 113 are arranged on the side surface of the partition plate 14, which is located on the main cavity, and the heat conducting fins 113 can transfer the heat in the main cavity to the partition plate 14 more quickly, so that the heat dissipation speed is further improved.
