As shown in fig. 2, preferably, the frame 1 is provided with connecting pieces 18, the connecting pieces 18 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the frame 1, the connecting pieces 18 are L-shaped plate bodies, one end of each connecting piece 18 and the frame 1 are of an integrated structure, a threaded hole is formed in the side wall of the other end of each connecting piece 18, and a bolt 20 is connected in the threaded hole.
When in installation, the frame 1 is close to the air inlet of the air conditioner outer machine shell. The frame 1 is fixed to the side of the air conditioner casing by bolts.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and all equivalent or equivalent modifications and substitutions of the technical solutions of the present invention are included in the scope of protection of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention, i.e., the scope of disclosure.
Claims (8)
1. The anti-blocking device for the air conditioner external unit comprises a frame (1) in a shape like a Chinese character 'Hui' and a protective screen (2) arranged in the frame (1), and is characterized in that a cleaning mechanism and a displacement mechanism are further arranged on the frame (1), the cleaning mechanism comprises a bearing cylinder (9) and first bristles (14), an air inlet hole (13) is transversely formed in the side surface, close to one side of the protective screen (2), of the bearing cylinder (9), the first bristles (14) are arranged on the upper side of the air inlet hole (13), one end of each first bristle (14) is fixed with the bearing cylinder (9), and the other end of each first bristle (14) is in contact with the protective screen (2);
the displacement mechanism comprises a first transverse plate (3), an upright post (4), a second transverse plate (5), a sliding piece and an air pump (15), wherein the two ends of the upright post (4) are respectively connected with the first transverse plate (3) and the second transverse plate (5) which are in a horizontal state, the other end of the first transverse plate (3) is fixed with the upper end of the frame (1), the other end of the second transverse plate (5) is fixed with the lower end of the frame (1), the upright post (4) is provided with a convex groove, the sliding piece is arranged in the convex groove and is a convex block body formed by connecting a sliding block (7) and a connecting rod (12), and one side of the connecting rod (12) is fixedly connected with a bearing cylinder (9) positioned between the upright post (4) and the protective screen (2);
the novel air pump comprises a first transverse plate (3) and a sliding block (7), wherein a corrugated pipe (11) is fixedly arranged between the first transverse plate (3) and the sliding block (7), a spring (21) is fixedly arranged between the first transverse plate (3) and a connecting rod (12), the air pump (15) comprises an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is connected with a first air pipe (16), the other end of the first air pipe (16) is communicated with a bearing cylinder (9), the air outlet is connected with a second air pipe (17), and the other end of the second air pipe (17) is communicated with the corrugated pipe (11).

The anti-blocking device for an air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 1, wherein the sliding block (7) is of a hollow square structure, the sliding block (7) is provided with a vent hole (10), the vent hole (10) penetrates through the sliding block (7), the top surface of the sliding block (7) is connected with the lower end of the corrugated pipe (11), the corrugated pipe (11) is communicated with the inside of the sliding block (7) through the vent hole (10), a baffle (22) in a sliding state is arranged in the sliding block (7), and the cross section of the baffle (22) is larger than that of the vent hole (10);
the two sides of the baffle plate (22) are respectively provided with a first pull rope (23) and a second pull rope (24), one end of the first pull rope (23) is fixed with the baffle plate (22), the other end of the first pull rope penetrates out of the sliding block (7) to be fixed with the second transverse plate (5), one end of the second pull rope (24) is fixed with the baffle plate (22), and the other end of the second pull rope penetrates out of the sliding block (7) to be fixed with the first transverse plate (3).

The anti-blocking device for the air conditioner external unit according to claim 2, wherein a limit rod (25) is arranged on one side, close to the first pull rope (23), of the interior of the sliding block (7), the limit rod (25) is fixed with the upper end face of the interior of the sliding block (7), when the baffle plate (22) slides to be pressed against the limit rod (25), the baffle plate (22) is positioned in the middle of the vent hole (10), so that the vent hole (10) is separated into an upper section and a lower section, and the communication between the interior of the sliding block (7) and the corrugated pipe (11) is disconnected;
the bottom surface of the sliding block (7) and the upper end surface of the second transverse plate (5) are correspondingly provided with magnetic blocks (28).

The anti-blocking device for an air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 1, wherein the bearing cylinder (9) is of a horizontally placed strip-shaped structure with a hollow interior, a round tube (34) is arranged in the bearing cylinder (9), the left end and the right end of the round tube (34) are fixedly connected with the left side plate and the right side plate of the bearing cylinder (9), the first air tube (16) is communicated with the right end of the round tube (34), an arc-shaped hole (35) is formed in the lower portion of the round tube (34), and a filter screen (31) is arranged at the position corresponding to the arc-shaped hole (35).

The anti-blocking device for an air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 4, wherein a cleaning plate (36) is further arranged inside the bearing cylinder (9), a connecting hole (37) is formed in the cleaning plate (36), second bristles (38) are fixedly arranged on the connecting hole (37), the round tube (34) penetrates through the connecting hole (37), and the free ends of the second bristles (38) are in contact with the filter screen (31) and the round tube (34);
one end of the cleaning plate (36) is fixed with an elastic belt (39), the other end of the cleaning plate is fixed with a third pull rope (40), the other end of the elastic belt (39) is fixed with the right side plate of the bearing cylinder (9), and the other end of the third pull rope (40) penetrates out of the left side plate of the bearing cylinder (9) to be fixed with the top plate of the frame (1).
6. The anti-blocking device for an air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 4, wherein a cover (30) is provided at a lower end of the carrying cylinder (9), and the cover (30) is detachably connected with the carrying cylinder (9).

The anti-blocking device for an air conditioner outdoor unit according to claim 1, wherein the frame (1) is provided with connecting pieces (18), the connecting pieces (18) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the frame (1), the connecting pieces (18) are L-shaped plate bodies, one end of each connecting piece (18) and the frame (1) are of an integrated structure, a threaded hole is formed in the side wall of the other end of each connecting piece (18), and bolts (20) are connected in the threaded holes.
8. The anti-blocking device for an air conditioner external unit according to claim 1, wherein the air pump (15) is provided with an air pressure switch (32), and the air pump (15) is connected with a mains supply to form a loop through the air pressure switch (32).
