The measurement shows that when the mass percentage is 0.2% -0.4%, the rising rate of the viscosity values of the two is the fastest, so that the viscosity requirement of the dust suppressant can be met at lower mass percentage, the cost is lower, and the initial determination concentration range is 0.2% -0.4%.
S102: then performing a temperature-sensitive test, setting a temperature gradient of 20 ℃, 25 ℃, 30 ℃, 35 ℃, 40 ℃ and 45 ℃, and selecting a hydroxyethyl cellulose solution and a sodium polyacrylate solution with the maximum mass percent of 0.4% in the concentration gradient, so that the hydroxyethyl cellulose solution can be more stable in a high-temperature environment.
S103, selecting the type of the binder, the novel dust suppressant of the embodiment is mainly applied to an operation environment with large dust prevention amount and high environmental protection requirement on human bodies or other organisms, and the environment temperature is changed greatly. Therefore, hydroxyethyl cellulose with the mass percent of 0.2-0.4% is selected as the binder of the novel dust suppressant in the embodiment.
Wherein, the mass percent of the cocamidopropyl betaine is also obtained to be 0.09 percent through the single factor test.
The mass percent of the glycerol is obtained through a single-factor test, and the specific single-factor test is carried out according to the following steps:
s201: collecting soil samples according to a serpentine sampling method, placing the collected soil samples into a blast drying oven, drying for 8 hours at 105 ℃, then sieving the dried soil samples with a 100-target standard sample sieve, and finally weighing 30g of the sieved soil samples into a 55 x 35mm aluminum box.
S202: preparing glycerol solution and triethanolamine solution according to concentration gradients of 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.5%, 1% and 3% by mass percent, and setting a group of clear water control tests; and respectively spraying the prepared glycerol solution, triethanolamine solution and clear water into an aluminum box filled with soil samples according to the spraying quantity of 15 ml.
S203: then the aluminum box is placed under the room temperature condition for natural evaporation, and after the water retention performance is compared, glycerol solution with the mass percent of 1% -3% is selected as the water retention agent of the novel dust suppressant in the embodiment.
Wherein, the mass percent of the dodecyl magnesium sulfate is obtained by a single factor test, and the specific single factor test is carried out according to the following steps:
s301: solutions of the respective surfactants and water absorbing agents were prepared.
S302: the surface tension of each surfactant solution was measured.
S303: the type of surfactant was selected, and cocoamidopropyl betaine was selected as the water absorbing agent for the novel dust suppressant in this example at a mass percentage of 0.09% and magnesium dodecyl sulfate was selected as the surfactant for the novel dust suppressant in this example at a mass percentage of 6.5% for better indoor dust suppression.
Wherein, the mass percent of the calcium chloride as the water absorbing agent was also obtained as 0.812% by the above single factor test.
Wherein, the mass percent of ammonium persulfate as the catalyst was also obtained by the single factor test as described above to be 0.567%.
Wherein, the mass percent of the polyvinyl alcohol used as the catalyst is also obtained to be 0.1 percent through the single factor test.
In summary, the novel dust suppressant in this embodiment comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 0.2 to 0.4 percent of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.09 percent of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1 to 3 percent of glycerol, 6.5 percent of magnesium dodecyl sulfate, 0.812 percent of calcium chloride, 0.567 percent of ammonium persulfate, 0.1 percent of polyvinyl alcohol and the balance of deionized water.
