The materials or equipment used are conventional products available from commercial sources, not identified to the manufacturer.

Example 1
The plug-in type smoke generating section 1 comprises a first hollow pipe 1-3, wherein a heat homogenizing piece 1-1, a smoke generating substance 1-2, a plugging piece 1-4 with holes and a cavity section 1-6 are arranged in the first hollow pipe 1-3 from upstream to downstream;
the heat homogenizing component 1-1 is of a columnar structure with an air cavity 1-1-1, a partition board 1-1-2 which is radially arranged is arranged in the heat homogenizing component 1-1, and an air vent is arranged on the partition board 1-1-2.
Preferably, the smoking material 1-2 comprises a particulate smoking material, and the partition 1-1-2 is located in the middle of the heat distribution member 1-1 to form an air chamber 1-1-1 both upstream and downstream of the partition 1-1-2.
Preferably, the distal lip end of the first hollow tube 1-3 is provided with a closure 1-5.
Preferably, the sealing piece 1-5 is a penetrable sealing piece or a heating element inserting port is arranged on the sealing piece 1-5.
Preferably, the first hollow tube 1-3 is of an integral or split design, and the heat homogenizing element 1-1 contains ferromagnetic substances so as to generate heat due to electromagnetic induction when being matched with an electromagnetic heating type smoking set.
Preferably, the side wall of the lip-proximal section of the first hollow tube 1-3 is provided with an air hole 1-7, and the air hole 1-7 is communicated with the hollow section 1-6.
Fig. 1 is an axial cross-section of a smoke generating segment 1 according to a first embodiment of the invention.
Fig. 2 is an axial cross-section of a smoke generating segment 1 according to a second embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2 differs from fig. 1 in that: the distal lip end of the first hollow tube 1-3 is not provided with a closure 1-5.
The method for manufacturing the smoke generating segment 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention may be a positive-sequence filling method or a reverse-sequence filling method.
The reverse filling method comprises the following steps:
the first hollow tube 1-3 is used as an outer sleeve, a perforated plugging piece 1-4, a fuming substance 1-2 and a heat homogenizing piece 1-1 are sequentially filled from the near lip end to the far lip end of the first hollow tube 1-3, finally an upper sealing piece 1-5 is fixed at the far lip end of the first hollow tube 1-3, and a cavity section 1-6 is reserved at the part close to the near lip end to form a fuming section 1.
The smoke generating segment 1 can be used alone as a cartridge. The smoke generating segment 1 is particularly suitable for being added to a smoking article with a filter segment only for drawing, as shown in figure 3. Because the cartridge itself is provided with the cavity sections 1-6, the volume of the matched smoking set can be reduced, and the cavity sections are not reserved in the smoking set.
Fig. 3 is a view of a smoking article with a cavity and mouthpiece filter segment 6 mated with the smoke segment 1 of the second embodiment, and smoked. The cigarette holder 5 is detachably connected with the smoking set shell 7. A cigarette holder filtering section 6 and a cavity are arranged in the cigarette holder 5. The smoke generating segment 1 is inserted into the cup 4.
Fig. 4 is a view of a smoking article with a filter segment 6 alone in combination with a smoking segment 1 of a second embodiment. It can be seen that the mouthpiece 5 need only be provided with a filter segment 6, the volume of the mouthpiece 5 being small compared to that of figure 3.
The pluggable smoke generating section of the invention can also be suitable for being plugged with any filter tip, and cigarettes can be formed for users to suck after plugging.
Example 2
This embodiment provides a heated cigarette comprising, from the distal lip end to the proximal lip end, a smoke generating section 1 and a temperature reducing filter section 2 according to the first aspect of the present invention.
Preferably, the cooling filter section 2 comprises a second hollow tube 2-1, and the second hollow tube 2-1 is internally provided with the filter section 2-2.
Preferably, the cooling filter section 2 comprises a second hollow tube 2-1, and a hollow cooling section 2-4 and a filter section 2-2 are arranged in the second hollow tube 2-1 from the far lip end to the near lip end. The filter stage 2-2 may be a cellulose acetate tow stage.
Preferably, the side wall of the far lip section of the second hollow tube 2-1 is provided with a vent hole 2-3, and the vent hole 2-3 is communicated with the hollow cooling section 2-4.
Preferably, the second hollow tube 2-1 is of a split design or an integrated design.
Fig. 5 is an axial cross-sectional view of a heated cigarette according to a third embodiment of the invention. The heated cigarette comprises a smoke generating section 1 and a cooling filter section 2 which are shown in figure 1 from the far lip end to the near lip end. The second hollow tube 2-1 and the first hollow tube 1-3 are integrally designed. The cooling filter section 2 comprises a second hollow tube 2-1, a hollow cooling section 2-4 and a filter section 2-2 are arranged in the second hollow tube 2-1 from the far lip end to the near lip end, and a vent hole 2-3 is arranged on the side wall of the far lip section of the second hollow tube 2-1. The hollow cooling sections 2-4 and the hollow sections 1-6 in the heated cigarette of fig. 5 are communicating cavities.
The method for manufacturing the heated cigarette according to the third embodiment is a reverse filling method, and includes the following steps:
the first hollow tube 1-3 and the second hollow tube 2-1 which are integrally designed are used as outer sleeves, a filtering section 2-2, a perforated plugging piece 1-4, a fuming substance 1-2 and a uniform heating piece 1-1 are sequentially filled from the near lip end to the far lip end of the outer sleeves, finally a sealing piece 1-5 is fixed on the far lip end of the outer sleeves, and air holes 1-7 are formed on the side wall of a cavity section 1-6 formed between the filtering section 2-2 and the perforated plugging piece 1-4 to form a heating cigarette. The plugging piece 1-4 with holes is a cylinder with holes. The size of the holes in the apertured plugs 1-4 is smaller than the size of the particulate smoking material.
Fig. 6 is an axial cross-sectional view of a heated cigarette according to a fourth embodiment of the invention. The second hollow tube 2-1 and the first hollow tube 1-3 are integrally designed. The cooling filter section 2 comprises a second hollow pipe 2-1, and only the filter section 2-2 is arranged in the second hollow pipe 2-1. The side wall of the lip-near section of the first hollow tube 1-3 is provided with an air hole 1-7, and the air hole 1-7 is communicated with the hollow section 1-6.
Fig. 7 is an axial cross-sectional view of a heated cigarette according to a fifth embodiment of the invention. Fig. 6 differs from fig. 5 in that: the outermost layer of the heating cigarette is also provided with tipping paper 3. The first hollow tube 1-3 and the second hollow tube 2-1 are of split type design.
The method for manufacturing a heated cigarette according to the fifth embodiment is a rolling method, and includes the following steps:
a filter section 2-2 is arranged in the lip-near section of the second hollow tube 2-1 to form a cooling filter section 2;
and (3) rolling the smoke generating section 1 and the cooling filtering section 2 by using tipping paper 3, and then punching air holes 1-7 on the side wall of the lip-near section of the first hollow tube 1-3, wherein the air holes 1-7 penetrate through the tipping paper 3 to obtain the heated cigarette, as shown in figure 7.
Claims (22)
1. The pluggable smoke generation section is characterized in that the smoke generation section (1) comprises a first hollow tube (1-3), and a heat homogenizing piece (1-1), a smoke generation substance (1-2), a hole plugging piece (1-4) and a cavity section (1-6) are arranged in the first hollow tube (1-3) from upstream to downstream;
the heat homogenizing component (1-1) is of a columnar structure with an air cavity (1-1-1), a partition plate (1-1-2) arranged radially is arranged inside the heat homogenizing component (1-1), and an air vent is arranged on the partition plate (1-1-2).
2. A pluggable smoke-generating segment according to claim 1, wherein the smoke-generating substance (1-2) comprises a particulate smoke-generating substance, the partition (1-1-2) being located in the middle of the heat homogenizing member (1-1) to form an air chamber (1-1-1) both upstream and downstream of the partition (1-1-2).
3. A pluggable smoke segment according to claim 1, characterized in that the distal lip end of the first hollow tube (1-3) is provided with a closure (1-5).
4. A pluggable smoke segment according to claim 3, characterized in that the sealing member (1-5) is a pierceable sealing member or that a heating element insertion opening is provided in the sealing member (1-5).
5. A pluggable smoke generation segment according to claim 1, wherein said first hollow tube (1-3) is of unitary or split design, said heat homogenizing element (1-1) comprises ferromagnetic material or does not comprise ferromagnetic material, said heat homogenizing element (1-1) being of a material selected from the group consisting of: one or more of ceramics, metal, graphite, wood and polymer.
6. A pluggable smoke segment according to claim 1, characterized in that the side wall of the near-lip segment of the first hollow tube (1-3) is provided with air holes (1-7), which air holes (1-7) are in communication with the hollow segment (1-6).
7. A method of making a pluggable smoke generating segment according to claim 3, wherein the method of making is a positive or reverse sequence filling method;
wherein, the positive sequence filling method comprises the following steps:
fixing an upper sealing piece (1-5) at the far lip end of a first hollow tube (1-3), sequentially filling a heat homogenizing piece (1-1), a fuming substance (1-2) and a hole plugging piece (1-4) from the far lip end to the near lip end in the first hollow tube (1-3), and forming a cavity section (1-6) by a space reserved at the downstream of the hole plugging piece (1-4) to finally obtain a fuming section (1);
the reverse-order filling method comprises the following steps:
and sequentially filling a perforated plugging piece (1-4), a fuming substance (1-2) and a uniform heating piece (1-1) from the near lip end to the far lip end of the first hollow tube (1-3), fixing an upper sealing piece (1-5) at the far lip end of the first hollow tube (1-3), and forming a cavity section (1-6) in a space reserved at the downstream of the perforated plugging piece (1-4) to finally obtain the fuming section (1).
8. Use of a pluggable smoke segment according to any one of claims 1-6 in a heated cigarette.
9. Use of a pluggable smoke segment according to any one of claims 1 to 6 in a heating smoking article.
10. A method of using a pluggable smoke segment according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the smoke segment (1) is inserted into a smoking article having a mouthpiece filter segment (6) for drawing.
11. A method of using a pluggable smoke segment according to claim 10, wherein the smoking article has only a mouthpiece filter segment (6).
12. A method of using a pluggable smoke generating segment according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the smoke generating segment (1) and the hollow cooling segment (2-4) are combined into a cigarette and then inserted into a smoking set for heating and sucking; or after the smoke generating section (1) and the filtering section (2-2) are combined into a cigarette, the cigarette is inserted into a smoking set for heating and sucking; or the smoke generating section (1), the hollow cooling section (2-4) and the filtering section (2-2) are combined into a cigarette, and then the cigarette is inserted into a smoking set for heating and sucking.
13. A heated cigarette, characterized in that it comprises, from the distal lip end to the proximal lip end, a smoke-generating section (1) and a cooling filter section (2) according to claim 3.
14. The heated cigarette according to claim 13, wherein the cooling filter section (2) comprises a second hollow tube (2-1), the second hollow tube (2-1) being provided with a filter section (2-2).
15. The heated cigarette according to claim 13, wherein the cooling filter section (2) comprises a second hollow tube (2-1), and a hollow cooling section (2-4) and a filter section (2-2) are arranged in the second hollow tube (2-1) from the distal lip end to the proximal lip end.
16. The heated cigarette according to claim 15, wherein the second hollow tube (2-1) is provided with a ventilation hole (2-3) in the side wall of the distal lip section, said ventilation hole (2-3) being in communication with the hollow cooling section (2-4).
17. A heated cigarette according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the second hollow tube (2-1) is of split or unitary design.
18. A method of making a heated cigarette as in claim 14, wherein the method of making is a positive-sequence loading method or a reverse-sequence loading method;
the positive sequence filling method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of using a first hollow tube (1-3) and a second hollow tube (2-1) which are integrally designed as an outer sleeve, fixing an upper sealing piece (1-5) at the far lip end of the first hollow tube (1-3), sequentially filling a heat homogenizing piece (1-1), a fuming substance (1-2), a hole plugging piece (1-4) and a filtering section (2-2) from the far lip end to the near lip end of the outer sleeve, and forming a cavity section (1-6) between the filtering section (2-2) and the hole plugging piece (1-4) to obtain a heated cigarette;
the reverse-order filling method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of using a first hollow tube (1-3) and a second hollow tube (2-1) which are integrally designed as an outer sleeve, sequentially filling a filtering section (2-2), a perforated plugging piece (1-4), a fuming substance (1-2) and a heat homogenizing piece (1-1) from the near lip end to the far lip end of the outer sleeve, finally fixing an upper sealing piece (1-5) on the far lip end of the outer sleeve, and forming a cavity section (1-6) between the filtering section (2-2) and the perforated plugging piece (1-4) to obtain a heated cigarette.
19. A method of making a heated cigarette as in claim 14, wherein the method of making is a cigarette-rolling method comprising the steps of:
a filter section (23) is arranged in the second hollow pipe (2-1) to obtain a cooling filter section (2);
and (3) rolling the smoke generating section (1) and the cooling filtering section (2) into a heated cigarette by using tipping paper (3).
20. The method of manufacturing a heated cigarette according to claim 15, wherein the method of manufacturing the smoke generating section (1) is a positive or reverse sequence filling method;
the positive sequence filling method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of using a first hollow tube (1-3) and a second hollow tube (2-1) which are integrally designed as an outer sleeve, fixing an upper sealing piece (1-5) at the far lip end of the first hollow tube (1-3), sequentially filling a heat homogenizing piece (1-1), a fuming substance (1-2), a hole plugging piece (1-4) and a filtering section (2-2) from the far lip end to the near lip end of the outer sleeve, and forming a cavity section (1-6) and a hollow cooling section (2-4) between the filtering section (2-2) and the hole plugging piece (1-4) to obtain a heated cigarette;
the reverse-order filling method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of using a first hollow tube (1-3) and a second hollow tube (2-1) which are integrally designed as an outer sleeve, sequentially filling a filtering section (2-2), a perforated plugging piece (1-4), a fuming substance (1-2) and a heat homogenizing piece (1-1) from the near lip end to the far lip end of the outer sleeve, finally fixing an upper sealing piece (1-5) on the far lip end of the outer sleeve, and forming a cavity section (1-6) and a hollow cooling section (2-4) between the filtering section (2-2) and the perforated plugging piece (1-4) to obtain a heated cigarette.
21. A method of making a heated cigarette as in claim 15, wherein the method of making is a cigarette-rolling method comprising the steps of:
filling a filter section (23) in a near lip section of a second hollow pipe (2-1), reserving a cavity in a far lip section of the second hollow pipe (2-1) to form a hollow cooling section (2-4), and obtaining a cooling filter section (2);
and (3) rolling the smoke generating section (1) and the cooling filtering section (2) into a heated cigarette by using tipping paper (3).
22. Use of a heated cigarette as claimed in claims 13 to 17 in a heated smoking article.
